I brought my 15-inch, 2017 MacBook Pro for a battery replacement to TenPlus Systems because they were closer than an Apple Store and were Apple certified repairers. For some reason, they required that $60 diagnostics be done, even though I told them that the battery life was poor and just wanted the battery replaced. After a few days, they said that the battery was all that was wrong with the computer. Then they wanted $700 dollars to replace the battery. The Apple website lists $200 dollars for a battery replacement. TenPlus should have given an estimate for a battery replacement before they charged me $60 dollars. Perhaps they have better prices for other devices.

Two visits. Both times, pure heaven compared to the Apple Store/zoo at Crabtree! More appointments, quiet, fast, easy to get to (with GPS). Hidden gem. Justin (repair guy) was earnest and transparent. Both people at front desk were fast and friendly.Visit 1: Macbook Pro under AppleCare with a deranged screen. They troubleshot it quickly, sent it to Apple and back in like 2 days, good as new now.Visit 2: Airpods Pro, buzzing and howling, out of warranty. They did audio test and were able to replace them on the spot for free because they met Apples policy for flaky airpods. So glad I went instead of just buying new ones.

I could not have asked for a better experience at TenPlus Systems. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about the MacBook Air and Pro. He answered all of my questions and also provided additional information that I needed to consider. I purchased the MacBook Air. Nick also loaded pictures from an external drive and installed Microsoft Office, set up my computer with custom viewing and features that I like and all while being very professional and patient. Please have stricter policies for your work vans. I am only writing this review because one of you employees ran me off the road yesterday in your little work van. Doing 80+ in a 65mph work zone is not acceptable. Maybe if your rear windows weren’t covered you would have saw the people you were cutting off. If there were damage to my vehicle this would be coming from law enforcement rather then a bad review.

This place is just incredible. They treat customer with care, dignity and professional courtesy. Justin listened carefully to my issues with my iPad and iPhone. He creatively came up with multiple technical, cost-effective solutions and then went to work. By the end of the day, all problems were solved. Justin did Apple, Geek Squad and others could not. To me, he is a WIZARD, GENIUS, and MAGICIAN all in one. Anything computer issues, don’t even think about going elsewhere. This is the place.

I recently had my first experience with TenPlus Systems, and it went incredibly well. My MacBook Pro died on me suddenly. I made an appointment to have it serviced through Apples website and was in turn directed to TenPlus. I dropped off the Mac on June 2nd and was told I would receive a call from their tech within two business days. It wound up being three days, but it was no problem for me. The tech, Justin, explained that I needed a new logic board and that he had ordered one through Apple. He wasnt able to give me an ETA for the new part, but assured that once it had shipped, it would arrive quickly, and the repair would be completed just as fast. Justin spoke with me for a good ten minutes, patiently and clearly answering each of my questions. My Mac was repaired (at no cost to me as it was covered up Apple Care) and ready to be picked up on June 11th, roughly seven business days.

I learned that TenPlus Systems is a certified Apple Authorized Service Retailer after trying to make an appointment at the often booked-up Apple Store Genius Bar. Im so glad I tried this company out! There were plenty of appointment slots available, and it was much easier to social distance (we wait in our cars in between technician check-ins) while getting quick support. I worked with Peter, who was professional, helpful & quick to diagnose + fix my phone issues. Ill definitely be back!

Took my iPhone 7 in due to the battery was degrading. I reached out to TenPlus because they are a certified premium repair facility for Apple. I called and made an appointment, I went at my scheduled appointed time and they got me in on time. Justin came out and explained everything to me, he checked my phone and found everything on the phone passed except the battery. He did a battery replacement for me and I was out of there in 1 hour. My phone is back to peak performance now. Can not ask for better service than what I got, would go back in the future and recommend to everyone I know. Great experience, Great Customer service.

Getting an appointment has been rough. Well, I haven’t yet. I’ll spare the details. Worthy to note that they can’t put you down for any time beyond seven days. So if you have to plan your days off in advance, be aware of that.I also imagine they’re very busy, which is good. I’m having a lot of trouble getting in touch with anyone.I’m sure most folks have a much better experience with these folks. Check out the other reviews.

Its great to know there are people that are more interested in doing whats right than selling something. Jeremy Mayes at TenPlus Systems is on such person. I recently brought an iPad in for a repair. As part of the initial take in process, TenPlus quickly determined the issue, and Jeremy gave me a comprehensive overview of my options, in terms I could readily understand. I decided the repair was not correct option for me, and was pleased to learn there was no charge for the assessment. I would highly recommend TenPlus and Jeremy !

I had problems with my iPhone battery draining fast, and TPS gave me great service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and it took much less time than I expected but I felt they looked at everything efficiently. Jeremy looked at my phone and found it wasnt a battery replacement or hardware issue, but gave me advice on how to improve battery life and did not charge me. I will definitely go to them when I do need to replace my battery.This review was written during Covid, and staff and costumers are required to wear masks, after giving them my phone I could wait in my car, and everything was handled with gloves and was cleaned

I took my iPhone11 here to have the screen replaced. The staff were super helpful and the wait time for the repair was extremely reasonable! There ended up being a minor issue with my phone, but Justin (the tech helping me) immediately resolved it and was able to order me a brand new phone no extra charge. TenPlus Systems recently did a Lenovo warranty repair to my Yoga940c notebook, after my trackpad failed - they ended up replacing the trackpad and keyboard (which are integrated together as one part).1) TenPlus systems was as prompt in completing the repair as was possible, given the timing (dropped computer off @10plus on Wed bf New Years weekend, got it back the next Tue because the replacement part didnt arrive until Monday instead of Fri as expected).2) The TenPlus tech (Brett Mutchler) was good about keeping me updated with progress, and promptly notifying me on Mon pm that the repair was done. Overall, they were very courteous, prompt, and professional.i would definitely use them again if I had a Lenovo or Apple warranty repair (they are certified for both).

I busted the screen on my IPhone 11 and the soonest I could get a appointment with Best Buy to replace the front screen was 2 weeks out. I went on Apple Care and made a appointment same day with this awesome company even though it was over a hour away they will have my business from now on. I had $600+ quote for repair- which I could not manage at the time. They helped me request 2 Apple-recognized recalls that seemed highly related to my issues - which were both granted by Apple! TenPlus arranged all repair, overnighting shipping/costs, and even refunded me my initial payment to TenPlus to have the laptop reviewed at all. Saved me over $600, greatly appreciated and computer in perfect condition now. HIGHLY recommend, will return again if needed (but in the nicest way, I hope I dont have to) :) Thank you TenPlus!

I was advised that I had a crack in my screen and it could get worse as they had to remove screen to replace battery. The tech guy was super careful and no damage was done to my phone. My iPhone battery was shot to heck, couldn’t hold a charge even when not in use, phone would reboot by itself, I traveled with an external battery. Called TenPlus - they had a battery for my phone in stock - estimated an hour or so to do the diagnostics, swap in the new battery. I made a same-day appointment. I was there a little more than the estimated hour but I walked out with a working phone. I will be taking my aging MacBook Pro to them ... happy customer.

Would give zero star review if I could. Do not believe high ratings TenPlus has taken down my previous reviews. Unacceptable service but even worse is filtering customer reviews. They have claimed that they couldnt even clean a sticky keyboard because they didnt want to be liable for previous moisture damage. I had been dealing with the sticky keys for almost two months before bringing it in my computer did work fine and continues to work perfectly well. Save yourself money absolutely avoid!!!

I had/have a 5+ year old MacBook Pro which was beginning to have some problems, so I knew I would be needing a new machine within the next 6-9 months. After a big glitch, I took my machine to TenPlus Systems for a diagnostic exam; the fee for this, I felt was reasonable. After receiving the diagnostic results and considering the cost to fix the problems, I decided today was the day for a new machine. Low and behold even with the supply chain delays, they had in stock what I wanted. Within 5 hours, my data was transferred, a backup had taken place and I walked out with my new MacBook Pro 2020. In the midst of going from class to class constantly and prepping for my final exams, alas, I spill water all over my Lenovo Carbon X1 keyboard. I was so overly stressed out until someone recommended this place and I called in. The service and staff is AMAZING. They also happened to have the exact keyboard part in stock. Brett checked me in and reinstalled the new keyboard THAT DAY. He understood my concern of not wanting to go more than a few hours without my laptop-- the staff is so caring. I went in for a non-responsive screen on my iphone x since the apple store has been closed due to covid. Justin Cook fixed my issue and answered all my questions. Apparently my phone was out of warranty, but Justin informed me of an issue with iphone x’s display module which was covered by apple since my screen wasn’t broken/cracked/damaged. They are very busy with the apple store being closed, but the process was never rushed. I had a pleasant experience and recommend them for solving issues with your iphone.

I have never written a bad reviews on internet before but my experience with Tenplus was horrible..I had startup problem with my 2017 15 inch macbook pro. I waited a week to have an appointment to stock my macbook with them with $60 stocking fee, and waited another week for them to inspect my macbook. I got an email from their specialist saying that it will need to be sent to an apple depot for comprehensive repair and gave me a quote of $702.43 which was not so much different than my initial quote from Apple. I accepted their quote because I just wanted to get it fixed asap at that point. Few days later, they got back to me with more expensive price of $938.38 which was way more expensive than the price that I got quoted from Apple Genius bar. At that point, it was way beyond the price I could afford and asked them to just return it.In summary, I just wasted $60 + 2 weeks waiting. I shouldve just gone with quote from Apple. No explanation of problem whatsoever, just telling me different numbers. Good for people who got better services from here. Unfortunately, I didnt.

Apple set up my appointment with TenPlus Systems. When I arrived, they were prompt and courteous. They informed me that 2017 MacBooks sometimes had keyboard issues, tested it themselves, and then sent the computer back to Apple for repair. I had it back in 4 business days! Super fast!

More than a computer store! Top-notch SERVICE!I was having major problems with my aging Lenovo desktop, problems that a number of online services could not fix, so I knew I had to take it in. I found Tenplus and man, am I glad I did! I brought in my elderly Lenovo and Tenplus returned a rocket ship! It flies! Tenplus is a clean, modern shop with extremely talented people. I was assigned a tech who specialized in Lenovo (Brett), we went over the issues, Brett explained the service policies and estimates and made me feel confident and assured. Brett called with updates on the work being done and possible changes to the estimate. I am more than happy with the outcome, my Lenovo has been given a life-extension for much, much less than a new box would have cost.I will surely keep Tenplus at the top of my list. I would prefer going to TenPlus for my requirements with Apple Service and accessories. They were extremely helpful. Highly recommended !

I cannot say enough good things about the service and assistance from the team at TenPlus. After the Genius at the Apple Store decided the only course of action was to completely wipe my hard drive I found that my time machine backup drive was corrupted. The guys at TenPlus were able to recover all my lost data - I was so relieved. Its great to be dealing with people who know what theyre talking about, are happy to help, and deliver a great result. So glad I know theyre here.

My husband has been taking his personal computers to TenPlus for several years and has always been very satisfied with the service. However, I didnt realize how good the service was until I had problems with my MacBook Air a few weeks ago. I took it in, expecting to have to leave it for at least a few days, but Jerrika immediately worked on it - and half an hour later she had everything restored!

Came in for a cracked iPhone screen. They were awesome and were able to use my AppleCare to get me a discount. I will come here instead of going to the Apple store the next time I break my phone (probably in 6 months!)

Had to get my wifes iPhone 6s battery replaced under a free replacement program for certain defective devices and there were some complications with getting Apple to cover it like they said they would on their website. They helped guide me through working with Apple to get resolution and we successfully repaired the phone. Would definitely return again if we have any future Apple issues.
