I have photos printed off here frequently. It’s not the exact photo paper and I’m fine with this. Today, the “manager” Angela was who walked up to me from behind the counter. I said I was hoping to have some pictures printed off. Immediately, Angela responded, “no, we don’t print off pictures.” I said, yes you do because I’ve had pictures printed off here before. To which Angela responds, “we don’t have photo paper, so I know we don’t print off photos.” At this point I’m frustrated and I said are you having a bad day because I’ve come here before. Well, she was mad at me and got someone else to help me. I won’t EVER print of anything while she’s here. Extremely rude and needs to be re-trained on customer service skills.

The store manager Clay Thomas was the absolute nicest person! My printer died and I was scurrying around town trying to find one from the short supplies. I went to four different stores and Clay was the first guy to even talk to me! He patiently explained all the details about the printer and carried it out to my car! He deserves a big raise!

I came there looking for these black nitrate gloves that according to online were in store. I had no one help me find them I flagged a guy down and showed him the pic front staples website without even checking inventory he says this is only online and walked off. I’m not upset about the product not being in stock if that’s the case, in store they have no control. But it would be nice to confirm and check poor customer service the guy was very dismissive.

Placed and paid for a printing order online and was promised an 8:30pm, same-day pick up. When I arrived at the store around 8:15 to pick up my order, the printing person says to me, Oh, yeah. Im sorry but we wont have them ready for you today. Weve been backed up since noon.I understand being backed up, what I dont understand is the terrible communication. Why wasnt there an email or phone call sent to inform me that my order would be delayed? I then could have made alternate arrangements to have my items printed. I am posting this review because the Staples website doesnt give me an email of any manager to whom I can reach out. It is my hope that this was an isolated incident of poor customer service and communication.Update: Now four days after the incident. I call the customer service line for Staples, and after talking with the representative over the phone, I find out that no refund had been initiated by the store. So after being promised a refund while in person, no refund had actually been initiated. This particular Staples location has certainly lost my business.

Began with a Stumble ended Gracefully... my wife works from home while i was furloughed in April and released inOctober. I found her a chair with the arms that swing up so her work space in the living room could be a little more condensed after she stopped for the day... When i got the box home on December 23rd it turned out to be a returned box with warn out parts such as the lifter and Seatback that some a...hole american pulled a fast one... I brought the box back immediately since i lived near by and every associate i encountered was overly Pleasant and anxious to right the wrong... no nearby stores had the item and it had to be ordered from the Warehouse. As I said it was Dec.23rd and they guaranteed that it would arrive on Monday. Well, the chair arrived on the next day... Christmas eve.. all new and very satisfying.. Kudos to everyone involved... especially associate Mary who checked the other stores and put in the order.. She is a recent graduate of N.C. State.. and everyone who reads this should acknowledge her accomplishment in these CRAZY TIMES.

I purchased the HP 902XL cartridge at this store. Inside the 902XL box, 920XL was inside. The store would not exchange it to the correct item and told me I would have to contact HP myself. I purchased the item at this store and they should be responsible for the items they sell, rather than telling me to take care of their mistakes.

Had a great experience w this staples yesterday. Needing packing peanuts in the middle of a pandemic In a day proved more challenging than I thought. Neither Ups store or post office had any to sell me. I called staples and they offered to help my curbside! When I got to the store Bon Eric assisted me. He was professional and kind. I couldn’t have been happier w my experience. Will definitely go back

Love the easy printing access, for small amounts. Send email or attachments to Staples@ go to the machine, follow instructions, and print. LOVE IT. no extra fees, no waiting for assistance (unless you get stuck). Great for those with no printer at home, or just cant drive all the way back home during errands.

He also skillfully handled several customers at once, making sure that each person got his full attention. Not only was the service great, the quality of work was excellent, too! I commented him to his supervisor.

The staff at this location especially in the print and copy center are the best. I cant speak highly enough of each employee, from Mike the AGM to all the staff - great prices, great location and the customer service is great. I have been a dedicated customer of Staples for years, and each time it gets better and better. Kudos the management and staff at this location.

I had to get a flyer printed last week. Alex at the print center was very helpful: he helped format the document, print them in different sizes, and cut them precisely. He also explained the paper types that would best fit my needs. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. It was a job well done!

Great experience at this location. Here shopping for an office chair after already going to Office Depot- found Staples pricing to be better. Made a decision on a chair and manager Mike Pucci handled the transaction perfectly, from beginning to end. Great service and product knowledge on his part, including a warranty that I would not normally buy. Mike presented the value of the warranty well enough to cause me to pull the trigger on it. Would drive the hour just for the professional service here.Thanks. JD

Change your store hours online at the same time you change your store hours in-store or please don’t post your hours online - people do actually look up store hours online before they drive to your store. This would have saved many customers a wasted trip to your store.

I am so disappointed in the print shop this past week. EVERY aspect of my non-complicated order was completely wrong and it took 4 trips in one day plus an additional hour wait to finally get a resemblance of my actual order. It was 2 different schedules and 2 maps on boards. I went in Thursday night and placed my order and was told that a morning completion would be rushed but it could be done by lunch without the additional rush charge- I said lunch was fine and most importantly I needed the schedules. I left thinking by lunch of the following day I would have my order. A colleague of mine happened to be in the same Staples at 11 am on Friday and I asked her to check on it, maybe it was done...she turned away rudely, by who I now know was the supervisor, and told it wasnt due until 6 and that is when she was going to get it. I then called and relayed my story- the supervisor then told me that I should have been charged- I APOLOGIZED and said I was sorry and I would pay the charge but I needed those schedules. He said he would print the 2 schedules, verified they were two different, and try to have them done by noon. I had another team member go to the store at 1 pm to give them a little extra time and only one of the schedules was printed, incorrectly, and he then claimed we didnt have the other schedule file and now it wouldnt be done for another 24 hours (again a simple print on card-stock). They did reprint the schedules, but the second batch was WORSE than the first!!! I then rushed down there and by the time I arrived the supervisor had left for the day. I show up with my receipt and asked if you dont have the file, what did I pay for? They responded that they DID have the schedule file but mas missing one of the poster files- thankfully I brought everything again and provided the file. So....I show up at 6 pm to pick up my completed order and it is WRONG. No schedules at all, the associate said the supervisor told him we didnt need them because we already picked them up- I said I personally showed up saying we still needed these, how could it have been clearer? Then the posters were not printed on the boards....an additional hour of waiting and they ended up fixing the boards and printing the schedules. One of the associates said the good news was that I didnt actually pay for the board and they were not going to charge me....ugh, thanks???? I would have paid double NOT to have had this experience....So word to the wise, you need anything printed, save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

Went to get a display port cord for a new computer. They had one. Their website showed more. The one they had was $35. Amazon and Walmart had them online for about 1/3 of that amount or less.Staff was nice though. One new guy and a manager. I wish Id remembered that the construction was going on. I would have gone elsewhere or ordered it online and saved the gas and frustration.

This Staples used to be down on Six Forks Road, but moved to the Holly Park Shopping Center a few months ago. It seems like a smaller space, but Im not sure. The check-out area is very tight and awkwardly set up if you have a shopping cart to maneuver through the area. Ive been in a few times to pick up some items that I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to locate the items. Last week, I needed help which I received from a nice young fellow. Ultimately, the store didnt have the item that I had seen online and suited my needs. I was able to place an order for the online item with free shipping to my house. I would have been charged shipping if I had just ordered from home. I received the item in 3 days not next day or even two days as the staff person indicated.

The staff is friendly the store is great but the location is horrible to access from wake forest road the light to get out turn left takes forever to change if you’re turning right going north on wake forest road you’re OK parking is horrible especially if your handicapped spaces are nowhere near the store. I hate to rate the store low because the staff is really great but when you can’t access the store easily due to traffic and you can’t access door easily do to accessibility issues I rated it it lower sorry.

Stay Away from their Copy Center!My experience at Staples started well enough. I called ahead to find a good time to come as my main reason for the visit was the copy center. I spoke with a perfectly friendly woman on the phone. She indicated that they were quite busy at the moment. I asked when would be a good time if I needed help enlarging an image. She said that theyre usually slow in the evenings. Come after 7:00pm. She said it was a simple job and if I come after 7 theyd have it done tonight. You can see where this is going, but wait... I still havent introduced you to the main character.. Jordan.So I get there right at 7pm. And from the front door, I glance across the store. I am the only customer. There are 4 Staples employees. I am the only customer. I walk up to the Copy Center and meet our main character, Jordan (with the face piercing). You can tell its Jordan cuz he has this look in his eyes. He stares with the hatred of 1,000 angry teenagers. Like Im wasting his time. Like its taking him all the self-control in his being to simply acknowledge my presence at the counter. He finally drags himself like a mummified corpse to the counter to ask me what I want. I describe a job that will take 5 - 10 minutes to complete. He says hes too busy, cant get to it tonight. I look around the empty store for dramatic effect. He says they have an express option that takes one hour. He makes sure to point out that it takes the entire hour and that thats not an option for me tonight because he is too busy. Then he goes back to his corner and looks at his phone. I assume he has better things to be doing like designing a face tattoo to match his piercing... that will come in real handy in prison. (I dont mean any disrespect to people in prison. Most of you are not this rude). But this. This was a level of rudeness you only see in people whove already put in their 2 weeks. He really just wanted to watch the whole thing burn to the ground. But I dont know why because the other Staples employees seemed happy and helpful. I asked another where to find a wireless mouse, and he walked me straight there. And the guy on the register was cracking jokes. They seemed to like their job.Tldr: Half the experience was rude and frankly upsetting. The other half was helpful and friendly. The bottom line is AVOID the Copy Center. But if you have to purchase an item from the rest of the store, youll be in good hands :)

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is the second time I have been here, and experienced bad service both times. I wont be back. You have to hunt people down to get them to help you. One associate I noticed asked all the other customers for help....except for me! One associate with long, brown hair is forever trying to dodge customers. She will see you, and rush off in the opposite direction. If you do get her to help, she will rush you to the item you want, point to it, and run away so you cant ask her anything else. This one woman (I think she is a manager she wears a grey shirt) will walk straight by without an acknowledgment. They all prefer to talk and gossip amongst themselves than to work. Save yourself some time and go to another Staples.

I went to the this store on 8/7/2018 and was very disappointed with my service. I initially went to the store to purchase business cards and labels for my business. I did receive help from a nice young lady. After that it went down hill. The next associate was very lost and when he called for a manager he never came. The manager was checking out other customers at the time, but after he finished he looked over at me and never came to assist with my question. I will never return to this store. Disappointing because I like staples as a store and frequently purchase items for work and my business.

Spoken with several people that dont even know that this location is in the shopping center, which is surprising because the area get such heavy traffic. But it is a great sword to stop by if you are making a quick run for office supplies. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and even though it is a much smaller story than any other Staples in the triangle, if they dont have what you are looking for in stock at that location, they can place an order for you with free shipping on all in store purchases.They have a pretty good-size copy and print section, with plenty of self-serve machines. They have computers you can use, copiers, and fax machines. Their staff behind the counter can do posters, laminating, or pretty much anything else you need. I found this to be a great resource for pretty much any business need or any personal need to have that would fit what they carry.They also do cell phone and computer repairs, including replacing batteries for iPhones.

This is a kind of weird place to visit. Half of the store is empty, everything seems a little outdated, and the employees are helpful, but always seem a little surprised to see people inside. It does have most standard office supplies, so thats a plus, but I honestly wouldnt visit for much else.

By far the best Staples I have ever been to!I recently needed business cards printed. I put a front end back Jpeg image file on a USB stick and first headed to Office Depot. They wanted to charge $20 to out it in their website to create the 10 up format for the printer. I left and headed to this Staples location. I was greeted by the friendly staff who quickly got my order sorted for the cards. I placed the order at 6:15pm and at 7:35pm same day, the cards were ready for pickup. Incredibly speedy print center with staff that have a passion for what they do. Cant ask for anything more.

I want to the Staples this morning with my business colleague who had an important document to be scanned as a pdf. We were in a time crunch to get back to work. There was no one to offer any assistance in the Copy Centre. The only option appeared to be to send it as a fax No kidding, in 2018, STAPLES charges $2.29 per page for its faxing service. Never mind that what ai really needed was for it to be scanned as a pdf. I asked for help when I checked out at the register. I was told there was nothing that could be adjusted. We left. I called the Store General Manager, Mike, when I got back to work. He agreed the charge was outrageous but, he was not helpful; he passed the buck and advised that I reach out to the corporate office via an 800 number. This whole experience was not “EASY” as claimed in the STAPLES advertising. This was in no way either an easy or a good experience.

I had a bad experience, the staff is helpful but when it comes to getting things done they fall short. I was looking to get a design for a brochure for my new business, staples said they had not only printing services but design as well so I left it in their hands. They said it would take 24hr, it took 3 days! and all they did was put a solid color on the entire page wrote what I had left written all in one paragraph and align the pictures! I could have done that in 10 min. When I got there the lady said she tried to contact me, so they printed 25 of this ugly things without me approving of their design and charge me a dollar for each!

Went to print out business cards and labels. Had excellent service from the young lady at the printing area. She went above and beyond to help. She had to leave work and the next gentlemen at the area took over but did not understand much of anything. Cool..he called for his manager whom stated he was coming after ringing up current customer. We waited 10 mins which was pretty long but understandable since he was with his same customer. The guy called manager again and stated dont forget about me...mgt then looks at us and takes the next customer versus coming to help us. Even when walking out mgr did not acknowledge us or apologize. Not only did this store lose my sale that was going to be over $1000 but I will never put anymore money into staples. Seriously an upset former customer.

It gives me a lot of pleasure to write a nice review about good customer service as I experienced at Staples on Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC.Mark, a Tech Sales Associate, greeted me when I walked in with my cell phone asking if he could show me what was wrong with the charger. He said they didnt fix phones at Staples but he would be glad to take a look. He got a magnifying glass and a flashlight and looked in that tiny hole and discovered there was a piece bent thus the reason the charger would not hold. He was afraid to mess with it for fear he might do more damage so he suggested going to a phone repair store. I had no idea who would be open on Sunday so without hesitation, he googles stores open on Sunday that fix phones. Low and behold, he found one at Crabtree Mall called I Fix I Repair. He even located it on the lower level near Macys. I had just had back surgery and was walking with a walker and he was so accommodating probably just because hes a nice guy and knows great customer service. Thanks, Mark, for helping. The guys in the store fixed my phone and I bought a battery and USB charger so I would never have to use the charger again. Great customer service. You should be proud of your employees. Laura

Very good service. You are making a letter in the computer, in which you pass your credit card and depending on the time you spend using it generates a value that you are charged when you finish. Well, when I finished my letter I wanted to impound it, I got a problem, I do not know why I did not want to print, I called an employee, my friend, I tried but could not, then she called another girl and neither, and how could you understand the time of the The competitor was still running and the balance was increasing. When finally they could print it, they applied a 50% discount on my total consumption. I did not have to discuss that part, they are aware. I liked that
