Lexi was a GREAT worker! She helped me print out my flyers for my birthday. She was very helpful and respectful. 10/10 definitely ask for her help.

This Office Depot has progressively gone down hill regarding customer service. Waited at the service desk for 20 minutes while the guy was moving boxes and generally doing some things on the floor. Would seem that a waiting customer would come first?!Meanwhile, another customer at the register also waited 20 minutes or so while a manager was needed to approve something in the register.While standing in the furniture area, asked the manager if I could ask a question and she said no, she needed to handle something upfront, and then walked off.Will never go to this store again...have been a regulars customer off and on for years.

So Robin was amazing she really made my order exactly the way I wanted it .I would definitely recommend her if you ever needed anything printed very large

Jonathon was incredibly helpful in having a set of two chairs shipped from the Raleigh to Burlington store. He initiated the transfer in minutes! We received the chairs the next morning! Very appreciative of his help and would highly recommend this store!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My grandmother and I went to the store for a desk and found many displayed in the back of the store. They were on sale and still very expensive. When I found one I really liked, we asked one of the workers to help us find a chair and order the desk. He would not open one of the boxes and didnt seem to understand us. He also seemed to get frustrated very quickly. We bought a chair, and left it for pickup (our car at the time was too small to transport it). The worker told us we could order the desk from home, so we left to order it ourselves. We quickly found out that the desk was not on the online store. So, we took a bigger car to pick up the chair, and went to order the desk at the store. The man who helped us earlier, was rude and called us lady. He didnt explain to us clearly about why he also could not order the desk. Just told us we couldnt buy the one on the floor, even though its not in stock. Fair warning to anyone looking to buy here; if its on display, its likely not in stock.

Terrible Customer Service. A bunch of people just walking around but took more than an hour to print a poster. The poster printed fast but no one to cut it.

This is a simple example of a staff that doesnt want to be at work and the customers are just in the way of whatever the days task are. Communication between staff and customers is eerie and completely silent. I would never willing return to this store.

They can improve their customer service. Purchased a desk that did not have everything in the package to put it together. They only had the floor model left. They were unwilling to take the part from the floor model and told us to call the manufacturer; who said they couldnt do anything. Found another store location who was more than willing to help. They had the desk and gave us the part we needed. It would have been nice of the Falls of Neuse store to have reached out to another local store to see if they could help us.

My daughter and mother in law went hunting for a desk and chair. They could not buy the floor model of the desk and it is out of stock so they were also told it cannot be ordered. ??There was a chair they wanted to see in the box but were told they could not open it and look at it. ??I am so disappointed and my daughter is in her room just so frustrated. Very poor customer service.

I had horrible experiences with the office depot purchase twice in the last couple of days. I am providing a brief description of both instances:1. order # 112165669-001: I placed the order, payment was deducted and received confirmation. The next day, I received an email stating the order can not be fulfilled.2. Order # 111899982-001: I managed to find the same item in another store, which is half an hours drive from my place. I placed the order and collect it through the curbside pickup option. However, after coming home, I found that the wrong item (color of the ordered item is different) was given to me. This item is very heavy (75 kg), and I live on the 2nd floor. It took me great pain and effort to bring the item up on the 2nd floor. When I contacted the customer support, I was asked to bring it to the store and exchange it. Because of the mistake on the office depot side, I will have to bring the package down from the 2nd floor, drive 30 mins to the store, get the correct package, drive back 30 mins from the store, and get it up on the 2nd floor again. Please keep in mind that the weight of the package is 75kg.Also, I find the customer care representative extremely rude, who told me that I should bear the pain, and office depot can not do anything. It is extremely unprofessional to ask the customer to go through all this pain when the mistake was committed on the office depot side. This was my first shopping experience with the office depot, and I already regret my decision to order this item from office depot.

I have been to this location a few times recently and I keep going back because my experiences here have been really good. They are awesome about price matching to the online store whenever I ask and the staff has been friendly and extremely helpful every time I have been there.

JP and Chris are absolutely fantastic! They helped me create the perfect memorial card for my sisters funeral. They showed compassion and took the time to help me and will have it ready on my tight timeframe. I will be back and tell everyone that they are the epitome of true customer service!

I had a great experience at the service counter for laminating reference material and recovering a manual. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable of my options. My shopping experience was just as enjoyable, the manager helped me find what I was looking for right away and opened an extra register when the check-out line started to form a line.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience when I come here.

The worst retail experience Ive ever had! Diamond claimed to be a manager named Melissa when I was calling regarding a huge order for my business that they made multiple mistakes on. She was completely rude and when I called back again to verify the information she gave me, they wouldnt answer the phone-- repeatedly. When I finally spoke with the real manager, Bernard, he was also rude and implied that I made-up the encounter with Melissa because oh yeah, our employees make-up names all the time. This was the most unprofessional business exchange Ive ever encountered, and Ive been doing this for 20 years!

When you have an office challenge and need a solution, this is a good place to go. Usually, when you enter the store, someone will walk up to you and attempt to find out why you are there so as to direct you to the correct department. This is the moment to find out where things are and ask for solutions (if you dont have one yourself). They may stock a product that you didnt even know existed or be able to direct you to another source.

The staff and management are always accommodating to customers needs. They go out of their way to do research, match prices, and provide great customer service. That honor online Discounts​ easily. I recommend this locations for all of your office needs.

The customer service was excellent. The cashier was very polite, cheerful, and pleasant. It was very refreshing to have an associate smile and engage in conversation while giving great customer service.

Paid for hard drive. It was 54.99 for 1tb. I bring it back two days later to exchange it for 4tb for 109.00.Im told I can give you 22.00 back only. I explained I dont need anything back I want to exchange and the difference. They would not. Never buying from here again.

Not a shiny experience. Place was understaffed, understocked and generally dirty. I can see why everyone is buying online (which I subsequently had to so because they didnt have what I needed available in the store and werent willing to sell me the display). Cashier came into the store to try to help but was not trained to understand. Not sure I will pick up more than office supplies here going forward. The three stars was because they were polite and tried to be helpful. My part will be delivered next week. A lost weekend of productivity.

I agree with most of the recent reviews. We went in tonight to purchase 1 thing. Waited behind a lady with 6 kids while they ran all over the store adding things. There were 2 other employees - one was literally rearranging the popcorn display. There was no telling how long this was going to go on so we left and went somewhere else. They clearly don’t care about the customers.

Been coming here for past month due to library being closed . The gentleman at the office center was not engaging and rushed me off. Some people need jobs so if you dont want yours quit !

Such a great place to shop and order custom forms!! Went in for the first time and was waited on by Selicia. Not only did she save me over 1/2 of what I paid to Staples for the SAME PRODUCT she was super friendly!! I will be returning to this location the next time I need supplies!! It is well worth the trip!

They have the most horrible costumer Servise I’ve ever experienced, both of the printers were not working and they didn’t offered help and when we asked they just said the printers do not always work and let us figured out by ourselves. It took me more then 40 minutes to print less then 10 copies. The only reason I didn’t leave was because it was already late and I didn’t have time to go to another place.I would NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I have always had good experiences here. After having a bad experienc at another place just minutes prior to entering this place i was promptly greeted positively helped even though it was only one associate working the desk. I will have to make this my first choice in the future.

Awesome store. The pen refills were actually cheaper than amazon and the associate were helpful when trying to search for them. I was able to get some cash back. The pen area was disorganized for being as slow as Business was that day.

First, as a Puerto Rican and American citizen by birth, your customer service is the worst. They dont know how to make money with customer service. The most racist and lazy employees were born in his shop.

Went to have 60 program copies for an Eagle Scout Ceremony. Online says color copies on regular paper are $0.42. B&W $0.09. When I got at the register the color copies were $0.77 each!!! They were not willing to discount or explain!! I will not return

Found my items easily . Then I checked out right away without any waiting.

Office Depot has declined over the years. Prices are higher than Best Buy and Amazon which has so much more to offer.

Ran in to get a few copies put on a thumb drive. The associate was very curtious and welcoming. Did the job swiftly and efficiently.

I found what I wanted but I had to cross the store twice while all of the employees hung out and chatted it up with each other. I dont like that. I shouldnt have to beg them to stop socializing and do their job. I went somewhere else to find what I want with better customer service.

Did not get a greeting when approaching the Copy and Print Center at the same time as a white customer was approaching and still didnt get any acknowledgement after another white customer approached and was asked if he needed any help. About 5 to 10 minutes at the fax machine, an employee asked me if I needed any help. This has never happened there before. It was very disturbing to me. I will give Office Depot another chance because everyone deserves a second chance.

I used the online printing service with in store pickup. I downloaded the preview before submitting my file for printing, it looked as it should. I go to pick up the prints and there are pieces missing on the prints that were indeed there on the file preview. The staff and manager on site was short, annoyed, and rude when I asked they do a partial refund (after showing them on my screen that the file was intact).

My print order was supposed to be ready almost an hour and a half before I got there. I was picking it up on my way to work. I put it in more than 3 hours earlier. They hadnt even looked at it! Luckily they printed it right then but made me ten minutes late for work.

Stood waiting for the printing supervisor for over 5 minutes while he filled out papers for another customer. Another saff member asked the same man being service did he need help but not me. Customer service should be everything to a business thats closing down stores but I guess not. Perhaps thats why office depos are shutting down left and right.

Dark store that usually feels disorganized. Today was so disorganized I actually wondered if this location was going out of business. Usually only 1 person at the copy center and no one to ring up customers.

Had a terrible experience at Office Max - Falls of the Neuse- yesterday. They were terribly understaffed and one of the managers was very rude to me. They told me they had no idea when they could process the order I had requested and didnt try to figure it out. I said I would go elsewhere and the manager continued to rant at me as I left the store.I went to the Office Max on Creedmore and their service was FRIENDLY, KIND, AND EFFICIENT.

Showed up at 8am and had to leave at 8:15 because the store manager still hadn’t opened the doors. Went to Staples instead.

This store in the print shop is ALWAYS understaffed leaving the staff who is working overworked and stressed out and print deadlines not being met. Resulting in employees bad mouthing management to customers, high drama, bad attitudes, & a rude staff. There are too many print shops in Raleigh for you to use their print services. Ive moved my business to Staples right down the road. I wIll NEVER go back.
