Manager comes to the window with the bag of food and says, “I thought your order was a JOKE”. Seriously appalled that she felt the need to make that comment. Come home to see that the food was half filled. She shouldn’t be a manager/supervisor let alone working with the public. So unprofessional. Why did I pay for 3 buckets when I was given this small amount? Sorry my order bothered you so much that you felt the need to not give me what I paid for.

They are so up beat and Happy in the store. Everyone one seems to know where to find what you need. They also let you save on gas/fuel. They are well lit and great place to buy cigarettes cheap. How can you beat that. A1A - funnest gas station ever.

I’m never wasting money on this company again and I advise you to do the same. Two dollars for a small fry is outrageous and the fact they didn’t even fill up the bag. Super salty but I will admit good crunch. Still not good enough to leave more than one star 👎

I buy gas, my snacks... Actually a lot of things from here.. Kinda my store in a way.. The employees work hard here.. Their great I know a lot of them well.. Just wish there coffee was stronger. 😊 other than that great gas station, amazing employees, best customer service.

I just came through the drive-through and was helped by a wonderful employee. He goes by “man” I believe his name is manwan. Another employee was having issues ringing me out through the drive-through he came over and assisted them no problem. He was extremely kind through the entire interaction and very personable. I would love to see him and more employees like him and Sheetz.

Some of the employees are nice. Thats the only positive thing about this place. They are constantly understaffed (even before the great worker shortage of 2021. This leads to long periods of time waiting on food and orders being incorrect more than correct. I work across the street so I frequent here out of necessity. I am not exaggerating when I say its more surprising if they get the order right than when they get it wrong. Fortunately this is Sheetz, so everything tastes exactly the same no matter what it is. Health code violations are a regular occurrence, employees sit behind the counter cussing and complaining all day, and the store is constantly out of stock on multitudes of items.

I love sheetz but this location has the Worst service. The food is nasty and made me throw up.

Sheetz, i’m so done with this place. I’ve come here multiple times because it’s conveniently close to my house when i have been craving fries.. and i bid you not every single time i order the small fries they barely fill up the fries. i am a minimum wage Mcdonald’s employee and i don’t make enough money to be wasting $2 freaking dollars every time i want fries just for them to not even fill it up. i am so annoyed and you have lost a loyal, now un-loyal customer. I have a two year old so going inside when I have her alone is hard, so I often opt in to go drive threw. I know at this point to prepare to wait for 30-45 minutes in line. LOL. However, today I was waiting for 20 so better than normal. However, after I got halfway to work with my food I had ordered, realized that my breakfast sandwich wasn’t even in my bag. Only tots.

By far the nastiest and rudest Sheetz in the state.

My husband and I ordered milkshakes in the drive thru and waited like 15 minutes. When we got someone attention they immediately gave us some watered down milkshakes that was probably sitting and waiting for awhile. I will not return to this Sheetz.

Love the breakfast sandwiches here,way better than you would get at any fast food place and better price, just takes a little while longer to wait for it to be fixed. They also have some x-rated pastries :) . Their gas prices used to be better but now they are about the same as everywhere else.

I love sheets I go there all the time and they have really good food until today just like before I gave them four stars until today ordered a burger the bacon isnt done like really really not done the lettuce is soggy the bun was all squished up and weird looking and the customer service was not very good today and the main reason I changed my review is to hope to get somebodys attention because this is so not like Sheetz.. at least not my Sheetz... I just have simply one question... what happened? Cuz basically I just paid ten bucks for food that I cant eat or drink

These people are vile &’ evil literally, the whole staff bullied a 16 year old into quitting they are so disrespectful, one of the employees brayden was lying and telling false things to management so was everyone else this store is horrible do not ever go here for a job as well…

The gas money alone to drive to a different sheetz will be covered by all the stuff you dont get on your food. Chicken sliders with mayo and jalepenos turns into burger sliders with mustard and no jalepenos, missing fries and other items. Grilled cheese not even toasted and wrap had none of what was supposed to be added. AND to make matters worse after spending 30 dollars on a bunch of stuff i never got. My missing fries when i got them had sugar instead of salt on them. Its sad i cant give 0 stars.

I just waited 40+ minutes (ordered at 7:19pm... got what I bought at 8:03pm) My order? 1 medium milkshake.... nothing fancy, just a plain ol chocolate milkshake. At 7:45 I went to the counter and asked what was causing the delay. The employee looked at the counter to her left, behind the blind, picked up a cup and handed it to me while asking if I had paid for it. It was melted and she expected me to accept it that way. I asked to have a new one made, which took an additional 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at that location, again.

I have so missed my cappuccino coffees over the past year+. WHEN will you EVER get your machines BACK IN ORDER. Its been well over a year since they have been broken.

They are so slow!!! No sense of urgency it’s ridiculous no matter the time of day us you order in which is not guaranteed your food will be ready except to wait 20 mins without explanation or apology.

Order was wrong, when you made to order, it should be right. Check your order before you leave, happened a number of times, even when they are not busy. Cashiers are usually friendly though

4am no coffee. Make all the coffee at the exact same time so I all goes bad at the same time.

Early morning stop to get a big cup of hot chocolate and needless to say they did not have any....again. I am just not going to even waste time stopping here anymore. I went on down the road to Fast Fare (again) and got what I needed. I know, hot chocolate, no big deal, but because I dont drink coffee and crave something hot to drink this is what I want when its cold outside. Just pass this place and go on down the road.

Coming here for three years and everything was great until you hired a bunch of knuckleheads a couple of weeks ago. Now every single time I come in here you have two people unsure how to perform one transaction. You have a machine that will only accept cash that you won’t repair when ya know 90% of people pay by debit. It’s ridiculous. Do better.

I am re-posting what I wrote elsewhere about this place. We LOVE going here and they have SO many great things to eat and drink. GO EARLY if you can, we go before 6:00 so its not as busy. Employees are all nice and this place sees SO much traffic in and out...great location, cheap gas...Come on, people! This is a GAS STATION/CONVENIENCE STORE, not a high dollar restaurant or Starbucks! Cracks me up what people write! This is a great location, friendly employees (not getting rich on their checks from an establishment like this), and it is VERY BUSY for good reasons. The food and drinks are good, they really are and my daughter and I are having a blast trying them all! If you are in a hurry, you can freaking place your order ahead, for goodness sake! They have everything you can imagine here and then some...we really enjoy the place.

This used to be a nice place to stop for food and gas but not anymore. Lately every time weve been in the place has been filthy. Sticky floors, crusty condiment dispensers. Today I told the cashier the coffee prep bar was sorry. She said shed let somebody know, 45 minutes later it was still a mess.

This place is very nasty from inside to out. The manager should be fired for walking past this filth everyday. This is the last time I would enter the store for anything. If outside is this filthy I can imagine the cleanliness of the associates. It leaves a bad impression on the store as well as the neighborhood itself. It seems a company like this should have higher standards.

People hanging out in parking lot. No one in or out of store appling to 6 ft. Rule. Customers are rude no ppe. Trash everywhere. This store should be closed. Management has no control. I will never return to this Sheetz.....

I live around the corner from this store but will wait until I get to the one in Garner near where I work to make purchases and get gas. What is it with this store? It is always, ALWAYS, absolutely filthy. The floors are dirty, the counters are dirty, the parking lot is dirty. They get y order right 50% of the time. The service is slow and often the lines are long with idle individuals walking by looking as if they couldnt care less. There are maybe one or two professionals working there and the rest have less than professional attitudes when it comes to customer service. Ive been to a lot of Sheetz stores and this is by far the worst! It literally needs to be torn down and started over from scratch from the top to the bottom.

Dont bother getting food here. Youd get your food faster at a sit down restaurant than the drive thru here

This Sheetz is simply disgusting. Trash everywhere outside, sticky floors, and the doors look like they’ve never been cleaned. Makes you wonder what else hasn’t been cleaned.

Went to get gas and the air pump looked like a dinosaur ate it. Tubes and wires hanging all out wrapped in a garbage bag. I have never seen a parking area so gross at a gas station. Especially a sheetz. Trash EVERYWHERE. Spilling all over the ground. The gas station is not upkept at all and is very gross.

Lil dirty then most sheets. I also saved the day twice at this location and reminded them the mens restroom out of toilet paper in both and no paper towels. Just needs a good cleaning and couple new staff without attitudes. Not my fault I reminded yall to do your job. 10.30am not busy 2.18.19

After stopping in for a quick bite to eat, I had to wait 10 minutes in line after placing my food order and then another 20 minutes after for the food to be made. After I got my food it was missing multiple items. Will not be stopping at this Sheetz again.

This store has the worst service, every time! Im sitting in line now waiting, 2-3 employees have come in area and refuse to acknowledge my presence and not even crowded, going on 17 minutes. Always bad days but this is every time I come here since opening a couple years ago....customer service! !!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This place is terrible! My husband and I go to Sheetz every day. We will never again go to this Sheetz!! The wait times for food are horrible, even if there is no one else in line. They are always out of something we order and dont tell us until weve been waiting at least 15-20 minutes. We went in tonight and ordered 2 smoothies. There was no one else waiting, but after almost 15 minutes they finally told us they didnt have one of the ingredients so we could just pick something else. We decided to get a refund and stood at the register for another 10 minutes waiting on the cashier to figure out how to do a refund. Last night when we went in for smoothies we got them and they were awful! Made completely wrong and the girl didnt even know how to put a cup sleeve on!! Not to mention how disgusting the floors are. There is always trash and water all over the floor. The staff is rude as hell and act like they have no idea what theyre doing or they are too busy socializing with other staff to take care of their customers. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money going here! Will never visit this Sheetz AGAIN!!!!

Sheetz as a great gas station. I like that they have free air at the compressor outside, so you dont have to dig for quarters if you need to put some air in your tires.

Not everyone there is bad but today this girl with very little hair but a lot of attitude basically rolled her eyes at me after I requested a Sprite because it is not on their menu in drive thru so normally they ask us at the window you know verify before you go flying off to grab items you may not need but nope not today she was too eager to get us out of her face idk what kind of day she was having but needless to say she the reason you are receiving these one star reviews

Between the poor attitudes, even from the manager. To the quality of my food it was horrible... All I asked was for my wings to be cooked 2mins longer & not only did the manager give me a dirty look, the cook walked from the back and gave me one in the window... I love sheetz and this one used to be my favorite especially since they have a drive thru but now I will be going to the one on spring forest & atlantic blvd here in Raleigh, nc.

I always get what I ordered wrong, if I pay for two hamburgers they always give me one. And if Im in a hurry I can not go back and claim.The early morning service is horrible! Today I was at 4:00 am and my food was almost 4:30 am (a quesadilla and some fries)

The people are usually very nice when I come here. However, the service is slower than the dmv. For some reason they only have one person on the register during peak hours, and theres no sense of urgency to help when other employees see that the line is to the door. Ive thought about applying here but after seeing how management runs the place, Ill stay where Im at lol.

I still love Sheetz. But this location is tricky. The management is awful and insensitive the the many different kinds of people that patron this location. The customer service is awfully slow and the rention for cashier is also not great. New faces often! The free air is a place where people either take too long or park in the spaces designated for pumping air to eat their lunch in their cars. You have to go during mid-day hours to get a gas pump. But please expect to have a wait on the inside even when its not peak hours!

10 mins waiting for a simple drink at the drive thru and the cashier is just looking at me and can’t take one min to give me a damn drink. Smh what is the point of a drive-thru they are always slow I understand if it was food but it’s a simple drink that takes 1 min or less to give out. I left without my drink because I was super mad waiting that long.

I went there a couple of times to pick up snacks because my boyfriend lives close, good variety,and a healthy aisle! We ordered some onion rings when they first opened, I swear we waited about 20 minutes for them... But we figured it was because it was newly opened, and didnt get upset or frustrated.. I went recently get a sandwich, theyve been open for a while now, and the same thing happened, BUT with less people in line! Sheetz needs to hire more staff!!!

I would rate 2 stars becuase even though i have to wait 20 minutes to receive my items previously they tasted fine. however recently we’ve been having to wait so long and today the employees at the cash register looked at us thru the drive thru window and did not get someone to help us or even ask us what they had forgotten. the man said “ have a good one” fast enough before we could say they forgotten 2 of our drinks we thought he maybe had forgotten and gave them time to get them. ended up waiting 15 min and then when we received them by the supervisor didn’t get an apology for waiting forever and holding up the line. and to add to that our coffee was watered down and had absolutely 0 Flavor to it and tasted disgusting. i would not recommend this store the other sheetz are absolutely better. No manners what so ever will not be going through the drive thru again

The score would be a 5 except for one thing... the drive-thru order board. Im thankful that this location even has a drive-thru. Evidently, most dont. The problem is, if you need assistance, no one ever comes on to assist you. Despite the recording saying to ask for help, if needed. On several occasions, I have been told everything from Its broken, working on fixing it. to Who told you that? We dont do that.. My reply, when I eventually go on up to the window, is There is a recording and a decal on the board saying it.. The food is delicious and we love the Meal Dealz, but that touchscreen order board thing has got to go. With all that said, I do want to highly compliment your employee, Kayla. Again yesterday, I need assistance with my order. Again, no one ever came on the speaker. Again, I drove up to the window. This time I was greeted by a friendly, helpful person, Kayla. She apologized for the board issue and said she would be glad to help. She took my order and everything was great! The rest of your staff could learn a lot from Kayla. Great Job!!!

Hard trying to rate this place. Not really sure it deserves 2 stars. Was working in Raleigh for a couple of weeks and stopped here for coffee most mornings. First the appearance of the store was terrible most of the time. Over flowing trash cans and trash all over the parking area. More times than not they were either out of sugar, half and half or both for coffee. The staff was not friendly at all.

The temperature in the bathroom was freezing. when you work outside in the cold, the last thing you want is a cold bathroom and cold toilet to sit on.

I just changed my review from one star to five because I stopped by tonight and Breana and Scott are so awesome. They go the extra mile for customer service. Dont go in the morning but do go at night. Scott and Breana are so good there was no long line like in the mornings and a smile with working style. In the morning The African American guy moves like a snail and Dont know what he is doing. I miss the African American girl that used to work the window in the mornings. She was freaking awesome. She was fast courteous and on point. Three of my friends stop going here to get breakfast and mochas because of this guy. He is rude slow and dont care if this place loses customers. This review was a month ago but today I stopped and a new girl Britney went the extra mile with fixing my mocha. Thank you Britney. You are awesome!!!!

It is 3:30 am and I been waiting 10 minutes for coffee, all of the machines are out. This makes the 3rd time this week. If the coffee isnt out rest assured the coffee creamer is. Last week coffee cream machine was out for a couple of days.
