For many years I enjoyed Gloria jeans good coffee and as an alternative to starbucks ( any coffee is better than starbucks).On Sat Oct 28 at around 12:30 I walked in Gloria Jeans in Crab tree mall, Raleigh and order brewed coffee. The coffee was not hot (I didnt mind much) but when I asked for cop of water they refused and point me to their bottle waters in case, I told her (she seem was the manager) I dont drink bottle or can, If she can give me a cup and I will get water from faucet. Again she refused. I consider any business 50-50, 50% quality of product and 50% customer service.So today I said farewell to Gloria Jeans and will never go back

Okay-ish coffee, but they dont follow orders very closely. I got the wrong milk and wrong syrup and they just tried to tell me it was right. Caramel and hazelnut do not taste the same, folks.

This is my preferred coffee shop at Crabtree. I order drinks for myself and my staff all the time here. Itll be a 5 star destination if they ever let me add on a simple cup of water to my orders. Gotta hydrate on more than just coffee and tea!

Great coffee and great service! The owner or manager thought they didn’t have what i wanted so i walked out and when she realized they had it she chased me to the parking lot to tell me and discounted my coffee! Very sweet people!

It is worth the trip alone to go to Gloria Jeans just to get a Cocoa Loco. OMG. Absolute heaven in a cup and I got a great caffeine/sugar blast off of it. Awesome place and one GOAT drink! Really!

Located in Crabtree Mall (next to H&M). Lots of seating in the coffee shop, chairs and sofa. Quiet place and the iced coffee was delicious!! I’m used to seeing more Gloria Jeans Coffee shops since I grew up around them in Illinois. But I think this is the only one open in North Carolina?!? So, if you’ve never had tried their coffee before, you’ll definitely enjoy it! Carmel Macchiato is my favorite. ❤️☕️This location has sandwiches, muffins, hot and cold coffee and teas! Plus they sell lots of syrups and coffee for home!

Coffee in NC is what it is *shrugs* I went all out and got a high end espresso slushie that cost like 6 bucksNot worth it continually, but worth it at least once in your life. Great alternative to Starbucks. There was 0 line there, when starbucks has people waiting outside the store. This store had lunchables in their prep food cooler, which is so tasteless it was actually kinda nice.

If you were to ask me for three reasons why I love Gloria Jeans so much, I would say, Pistachio, Pistachio, Pistachio. If you were to ask me for a fourth reason, I would think a moment... and then I would say, Pistachio. The flavor is amazing. Why for the love of God is no one else using Pistachio flavor!?!? I dont know. But until they do, its Gloria Jeans all the way for me. The one drawback to their location is that its an absolute deadzone for phones. But thats fine. Just get your Pistachio latte to go :)

I think the coffee here is better than what youll find at Starbucks, the staff are friendlier, and the prices are lower. If corporate identity is your thing, then go to Starbucks, but if youre looking for a good cup of coffee, come here instead.

First time stopping at the coffee shop in the mall, and I loved it! Always refreshing to try something outside of the Starbucks norm. The sizes here are much larger and taste much better! Tried one of the mocha chillers and it was wonderful

I think there is something intrinsically wrong with their coffee beans. It tastes like it was grew roasted and ground ten years ago then brewed in a 24 hour gas station and left to sit on the burner for sixteen and a half hours. Dont go if you like coffee for the coffee flavor. I heard that they have good fraps though???? Coffee milkshakes anyone????

Friendly, knowledge staff. Ive liked the coffees Ive purchased here. They will grind to your specification, too. Prices are a little high. Location is convenient in the mall if you know where to come in, but it is at the Crabtree Mall which can be a pain to get in and out of.

Ive been going to this coffee shop for about 5 years now and I compare every other coffee shop I go to it. Everyone who works there puts care into what they make and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting -- not to mention their iced coffee is awesome! If you havent tried it, youre missing something!!

Ive had coffee here several times now. The drinks are always correct, delicious, and the service is always friendly. My only complaint is that iced coffee is a little acidic for my taste.

NEVER AGAIN I requested soy milk but didnt get it. I know because of the reaction I am having. I even asked the woman Is this soy she said Yes as she handed the $7 drink to me. I should have asked to see the container it came out of because it looked like a regular milk container. NEVER AGAIN.

They are overcharging for items on the menu. Quality of coffee and espresso is poor. The cash register setup is janky. This location was a big dissappointment especally compared to locations in the midwest.

I just left here and im disappointed after returning from a few years back when i worked at Belk. The shorr brunette with freckles probably mid 30s was very unpleasant. Aftwr asking for my drink to be iced she rolled her eyes at me like it was a huge deal to simply add ice. After walking away as i drink my iced mocha i notice there was anything but ice. 2 stars for the coffee. Get better employees. I could have made my own i didnt come to Gloria jeans for an attitude over ice.

I ordered a caramel latte and when I picked it up it was already lukewarm. I was disappointed in the watery flavor of the drink and will not be coming back.
