I absolutely love this place. They have some awesome truffles. I visit this place several times a year and I havent had any issues with anything. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I will continue to buy chocolate from this place and I highly recommend this place.

Heaven! right here in Raleigh. These are my favorite go to chocolates. They have more variety in these retail outlets than I have seen online shopping (and Ive looked!) You can get a BIG bag of your favorites, or a gift pack or make your own mix from the 20 or so bins of different flavors. You cannot lose here.

Staff was friendly and sales were good. I bought 13 chocolate sticks with caramel inside, almost all were bad. It seems they had melted and hardened mixing the Carmel into the chocolate when it hardened, so there was none in the middle. Everything else was good.

Huge selection and friendly staff. We always enjoy stopping in when we are in the mall.

Lindt chocolate is my favorite, they usually run nice deals and everyone there is usually friendly.

Something always on sale, 2 for 1, 2+1 free, whatever. Extra large bars in every flavor, confectionary by weight: pick your favorites, a piece of this, two of that, or 10 different pieces, doesnt matter. There are pre-packaged boxes and bags, too, in different sizes. Lindt has an anniversary this season (150th, I think), they have special vintage style collection tins for sale. I go there for their Mozart bonbons and the special Lindor chocolate balls they do not sell in stores, pistachio, cappuccino, orange, pecan butter and so on. You can buy the more common ones too of course.They have chocolate and hazelnut spread, chocolate pretzels, the Hello bars in every flavor, and season specials for Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc.Covid-19 policy: 5 people in the store. Masked, gloved helper admits you (the one who usually gives customers free samples upon entry, but not in these sad times, unfortunately), shows where hand sanitizer and gloves are. We still get to collect our own loot from the shelves and bulk boxes because only gloves touch the merchandise, and the cashier behind the plexi walls also wears gloves. The first hand that touches your chocolate will be your own when you open your shopping finally.

I could not be happier with a chocolate shop! Theres this super, SUPER nice young woman who works there and is always so patient and kind when my friend makes a monthly visit from Burlington to Raleigh for us to visit Lindor and stock up on their delicious chocolates! Shes always so sweet and friendly, and is very professional in everything she does. The store is very organized and clean, and just so much fun to visit!

For some reason they always say that the system to add reward points isnt working, take my email saying itll be added later, and then never add the points. Ive moved to shopping online.

Sorry diamonds, but this is truly a girls best friend! The chocolates put out by lent are sinfully delicious. Whenever my husband gets in troubleb this is where he needs to go get out of it.!

Lindt chocolate is probably one of the best chocolates around. The truffles have a creamy center surrounded by chocolate that melts in your mouth. The offer a wide variety of flavors.

My husband and I go to this store every time we go to mall but today was different the sales associate Deanna R was absolutely amazing! She is the perfect definition of great service! We went 30 minutes or so before the store closed and she never once made us feel rushed. She even went as far as getting a damp paper towel and wiped my 2 year olds hands down after eating a chocolate. She was so sweet and super informative. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO KEEP THIS GIRL LINDT. I worked in retail for years and I promise I would have done anything to get associates like this.

Sweet! Awesome selection that I have never seen in other retail stores, cappucino, mint, hazelnut, coconut, I was in heaven! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ill be going back to stock up when Im done with my current stash!

Great selection of chocolates and some rare chocolates that I couldnt find in other shops..but the 1 star is for the rude, arrogant, and unfriendly store associate who has absolutely NO social/people skills. There was a sale of ( 8 free chocolate ruffles w/a purchase of $10 or more) I asked if I can use this sale/ coupon twice if I buy chocolates worth $20 or more. he said NO!..can I split my order into 2 transactions, he said NO. Can I have my husband buy separately and he gets the same coupon too, he said NO..I decided to buy chocolates for $10..my order came out to be a few cents short of $10..he said the amount needs to be >$10 BEFORE tax before I can use my coupon!!! So I bought an extra piece of chocolate to increase to $10.9.I was really annoyed and disappointed to go through this nonsense. I definitely didnt feel good when I walked out of the store. I will not begoing back to the same location, but i will buy Lindt Chocolate again if they have a good sale on my favorite chocolates!

I went into this location to look around. The associate there was helpful and even gave us a sample. I was debating on 2 different types of chocolate and she even gave me another sample to help me choose. Everything I had was delicious!

Hi I came and picked my favourite chocolate Lindt Hazelnut Nougat Fiorettos and hazelnut cone. I got two of each for my wife and I went to the counter to pay and it comes up to $15.27. I paid and then realized it was too expensive for such small chocolates, reviewed the receipt turns out the barcode reader was on the scale and thats what made it so expensive. I had to wait for 45 mins for the lady at the counter to read the cashier register manual and figure out how to give me a refund. I got so fed up for waiting for so long that I told her I didnt want any chocolate. I left extremely unhappy with the treatment I got. I left empty handed at the end of it for a mistake she made and didnt get any sort of compensation. Very disappointed customer satisfaction is of no meaning whatsoever.
