Came in late on a Saturday night with a distraught child who had dropped her phone in the mud. I had done everything I could to clean and fix it. But still wasnt working right. Had heard about Staymobile from a friend called they said bring it by. Tech took the phone to the back less than 30 minutes later he was back and everything was working great. My 8-month old work laptop, an X1 6th gen thinkpad had a display problem recently. I took it to this shop and was told that they cannot accept it as the warranty does not cover display repair as the damage was PROBABLY caused by something like a pen when laptop was closed.I mentioned that there is no mark or scratch on the display at all and the display was not even working with an external monitor. Any way, I took laptop back, called lenovo and they sent me a box next day and received it back in 3 days with motherboard replaced and laptop working again.

I cant rate the quality of their repairs just yet, but I was very satisfied with their customer service even though they couldnt replicate the problems I was having with my laptop. They didnt charge me for their time as has happened with other computer repair places.

Was told I would have a turnaround of Thursday. No contact. Called and told tech should repair is next day. No contact. Called again and told they hadnt completed repair and were waiting for authorization and would contact me. No contact about it. Will update if they prove competence but so far awful service and misinformation. Do not use their service.
