Just leaving T-Mobile for the second time. I was super upset about an issue with joining them from Sprint but met Anthony who was just the best. He had what I call ANTICIPATORY customer service which is anticipating the needs of the customer and ensuring satisfaction. Not only did he correct the mistake that the prior rep made, he had me laughing and enjoying the second visit. I really appreciate the excellent support and look forward to my new start with T-Mobile!

MiMi was the person who helped me and my mother. We didnt leave out the store until MiMi got us all the way together she made sure we were some happy customers leaving her store the experience with this T Mobile location was amazing 5 stars all the way I wish I could give them 10 stars. This place is very cleaned and sanitized while we were there.

The guy Ted is a absolutely lie. I was a customer in that store a week ago and those ladies did a fine job and they were right you can’t use that old charger. Coming from a person that WORKS for apple. Ted is definitely being a male Karen because he has no life. You was rude to them girls when you came in. Tell the truth Ted. Other than that I highly recommend everyone going to that TMobile they do a wonderful job.

I am a huge fan of T-Mobile, but not much of a fan of deceitful behavior and less than ethical business practices in order to secure sales.I went into this store in order to upgrade into another phone, but they did not have the color I was looking for. I did ask if they could check inventory online at other stores for the color of my choosing, they told me they could, and that was lie number 1.They do not have the capability to check inventory of other stores online!They continued to tell me there was nothing in stock at any other stores for the color I was looking for, unfortunately I took her word for it and asked her to continue with the purchase. Lie number 2.I located the color of my choice at a store less that 20 miles away!She then tried hard to upsell charging devices, items I did not need, nor did I want. She tried to convince me that my charging cables would overcharge or undercharge the phone. Lie number 3.Apple devices have chips in them to ensure charging is strictly regulated to prevent damage to the phone, the apple KNOCKOFFS do not have the chips in them, I only use true apple products.After careful consideration I did not return to this location to complete a purchase of the phone, I went to another location, spoke to some very honest folks and purchased the phone from them.Update 05/09/21I am very disappointed in the lip-service only approach from the business owner, who clearly only responds to negative reviews in an approach to appear concerned, Unfortunately the failure to respond to any emails or make any attempt to resolve issues is a clear indication of where these bad business ethics come from.

I had a mishap with customer service over the phone and this store really stepped up. The service provided was fantastic and they were very patient and helpful. This was one of the best stores I have ever visited. I cannot recommend them enough! Dayshon was the best!

Devon was no help at all. We came in there to buy three phones went back to return them because we decided to get on the phone line with my sister in law. Devon suspended the lines instead of canceling it and now we have a bill of $200 for something we did not use at all. What a spiteful man, all because we returned the phones. I will be taking this to corporate to complain.

Jayme was amazing during this transition between cell phone carriers. He was super energetic and knowledgeable about the phones. I came into the store looking for an apple iphone and I ended up with an amazing Galaxy s8. He was able to transfer all of my contacts and photos unlike my previous carrier.

Jayme took care of my friend and I today and did everything that he could to make sure that we were getting the best deals, took care of all of the conversations with phone representatives for us, and made everything as easy as could possibly be with the problems that we were having. At the end of the day I left with a new phone that had a perfect backup of my old phone. I couldnt be happier with the service or location.

Called another Tmobile location and got the run around and bad customer service. I then called this location (inside the mall) and spoke to Charles. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the store where we upgraded our phones and had a great experience. Tonight we went back to add another line but called ahead and asked for Charles to make sure he was working. His customer service is impeccable. I have been a Tmobile customer for 17 years and Charles by far is one of the most professional and friendly agents I have delt with.

Came into this location and asked one of the representatives for the cheapest unlimited talk, text and data plan and he was supposed to gave me one for $50. A few days later my data ran out and eventually stopped working. I called customer service and asked what was the issue they said the store had done the plan wrong and that I needed to go back to the location and they needed to fix it free of charge. Mind you the customer service rep noted on my account for them to do those things. Went back to the store on 11/29/18 around 7 or 7:30pm and the guy working at the time wasn’t able to help me and told me that he’d have his manager (Sydney) give me a call on 11/30/18; I never received that call. I ended up calling the store and speaking with a manger by the name of Abe (which was VERY professional and helpful) he said he’d have Sydney give me a call once he got back in the store from talking to the district manager. About a hour later the store manager Sydney called but I was unable to answer because I was at work. So, I called back and got him on the line. I explained what was going on and asked could I get a refund, he said no. I said that he needed to fix the service because they were the ones that messed it up. He said that he could credit my account but he wouldn’t switch the plan and then the conversation escalated from there. I asked him for the store number he refused to give it to me by say “I don’t know it” and after me asking two more times and he still refusing I told him that I was recording the call (which I had that recording of the conversation) and he then hung up in my face. After 7:45 I went to the location and asked to speak with the manager he came from the back room and I once again asked him to refund my money he said that was impossible and I said you need to either fix my service or refund my money he said he couldn’t do neither. I asked him to call RSL he refused to do that. He called his district manager by the name of Kobe or Cody and askes could he refund an e-pin I assume the guy on the other end said “No” based off of Sydney’s reply. I asked Sydney to tell his manager to contact me he ignored my request and hung up with the manager. The entire time I was in the store I was recording but Sydney did not know of those things he began to be rude and tried kicking me out the store when I began to get upset at the fact he refused to give me a refund and/or fix my service. He said “I’m refusing to help you” and he walked away. So, I called customer service on my personal and was on hold for 40+ minutes. I hung with customer service after not getting a rep and called the Glenwood Ave location and began to speak with a rep their as I was explaining the situation to the Glenwood Ave rep Sydney walked over and began to yell at me while I was on the phone and after a few minutes he told another rep to go get security. Once security got their I was escorted out the store. I’m going to do WHATEVER I have to do to make sure Sydney is dealt with properly. If I his district manager done deal with the situation I will go over his head. Whoever I need to speak with about this situation I will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to reach them. I’ve had T-Mobile for 7 years and I’ve NEVER had this kind of problem. I’m definitely going to go to a different carrier and I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE.
