The store caters mostly to iPhones, but I have an LG V30+ (International version). Its not a common phone. I was having some issues with it turning off randomly, the knock-knock feature wasnt working, and screen timer would make the phone sleep after 5 seconds. I thought that the randomly turning off issue was related to some water getting in the phone. I brought it in & immediately the guy got to work on it. He pulled it apart better than I could have. He verified that there was NO water damage, checked all the parts & put it back together. Theres a setting on a partition of the NVRam that holds data on the Battery life, screen timer, model number, etc. This setting was off & the old school fix is to disconnect the battery & reconnect it. Well, there was nothing wrong with the hardware of the phone, but the pull apart fixed several issues on my phone because disconnecting the battery reset that setting on the NVRam.After testing my phone, he clamped it shut. It was like having a brand new phone again.I wanted to pay the man for his time & expertise. He did a good job, but he wouldnt take any money. A true gentleman!I think my case may have been rare. Dont expect to get free service, but they are good at what they do.

Brought my sons Nintendo switch here, he played it until the battery died and we couldn’t get it to charge or turn back on. They fixed it quickly and for a fair price! Thank you!!

I went in to get my iPhone 11 Pro Max repaired they quoted me $220.00 I said that sounds good once I received my phone back automatically noticed the quality of resolution was horrible like really really bad not until I pointed this out did they let me know they had gave me knock off screen and I wanted the real screen back it would be a extra $150.00 on top of the $220 I had already paid. Very sketchy business practices and even after paying a total of $370.00 for screen it was the genuine screen and now have pop up that keeps coming up on my phone letting me know it’s not a genuine screen on the phone. STAY AWAY JUST GO TO APPLE INSTEAD.

Apple told us that my sons iPhone 8, which was not charging, needed the motherboard replaced. Since we were in that Crabtree Mall, took a chance going to iFix and Repair. The tech politely told us he had to finish the phone he was working on and then he would check out the phone. We sat down while we waited for him to look at the phone.. 10 min later he confirmed that we knew that the screen was already cracked and that he was going to try to changing the charging port to see if that was the issue.20 min later we had a repaired phone ($45+tax) vs the $350 Apple was going to charge to replace the motherboard! We were very happy and recommend iFix and Repair

My husband shattered his google pixel 3 on Sunday morning. We tried three different shops before we tried this one, the reviews are just okay and it was in the mall. But this shop is great! The owner/worker told us the needed part would be in on Tuesday and he would call us. It was in on Tuesday! I took the phone this morning to get the screen replaced and he did a great job. Its was only $200, which is cheaper than the other places, and was done within 2 hours. Cant recommend this shop enough. He even put a screen protector on for us.

I had a great experience with this store. I cracked my screen on a Saturday night and was having trouble finding a store open on the following Sunday. The owner answered promptly and quickly helped solve my problem. I told him how I had been experiencing charger port issues in recent months prior to cracking the screen. He said he could probably clean up my charger port to prevent replacing it in addition to the screen. That up front value helped gain my trust enough to drive up there and have him take a look. Within 5 minutes he had cleaned up my charger port and we scheduled a day to have the screen fixed. I just got the phone back a couple of hours ago and it seems to working like new again. Replaced the back glass on my iPhone Xs Max. Nice staff. Good work. Done quickly. Left a small amount of adhesive around edge of the glass they replaced, but not much and I could get it off easily. I thought it was fairly priced. In fact, they initially quoted the work higher, recognized the mistake and told me about it. Would use them again.

Went to ifix and repair for a broken screen on google pixel 4a. He finished ahead of schedule.

Brought my Galaxy S7 to fix a jammed up sim card slot. Came back 20 minutes later and the entire back glass was shattered and destroyed. Instead of apologizing and just giving me the sim card repair for free and fixing the back, they immediately quoted me 25 dollars for the sim card diagnostic charge. They then informed me that they needed to order a new back plate and it would be 3-5 business days but that they would fix the back for free.Ok cool but if I owned a business and I screwed up that bad, Id just waive all charges all together. Especially for such a petty 25 dollar diagnostic charge.They wanted the 25 bucks up front but I talked them into letting me just pay everything when my phone was completely fixed.

As an Android family, I inherited an iPad 2 to help my son with remote learning this year since some of his electives require programs that would be easier managed on apple and not Android/pc/Chromebook, but it had a cracked screen. Very dissatisfied...I drove an hour to have the screen over my camera on my phone replaced. It was repaired at a reasonable price and fast. However, once I got home in the sunshine realized there was dirt under the screen.I drove an hour to go back a couple of days later. They were scheduled to open at 10, but did not show up until 10:45 to open the store. This was extremely unprofessional.Once I explained the problem, his response was also less than professional. He told me, “If you remember, you had dirt in it when you brought it in”. Of course I did, the camera screen cover was broken! I don’t understand how a place that replaces this item feels it’s acceptable to replace a piece of glass and not clean under it first. Just because you cannot see the dirt in the picture when the camera is on does not make it acceptable to not do the job correctly.

This place is incredible! Don’t even bother with the apple store - these guys are so much more knowledgeable about iPhones. They just got my son’s phone working again in 5 min after the apple store staff told us a total replacement was the only solve. Everyone else I know who uses this place also raves about it.

Mr. Hassan was very knowledgeable and skillful in performing and explaining his repairs on my iPhone XS Max. The back glass was shattered but he was able to repair it without issue and did the repair within the hour. He has the necessary laser machine needed to cleanly melt the glue to be able to remove the rear glass and leave a clean surface for the new rear glass. Very pleasant and professional; highly recommend!

Great Experience. The owner of the store is seen working hard daily, all the while very attentive to customers in the store. I had an iPhone 7 needing a new screen and was told the wait to begin work on my phone was around 30 minutes. I came back in 30 and sure enough he was ready to begin. Please dont waste your money. Go to the Apple Store or a reputable provider. It cost nearly $300.00 to replace the screen on my phone. It malfunctioned from the beginning, and within 6 weeks, I was clear that it was the phone and not my imagination. I returned to the store, and the owner said I dont have the part it today and dont know when I will. Call before you return, and Ill fix it. I found it concerning that he wanted a heads up that Id be coming, so I didnt call. Six weeks later the phone was barely functioning because the lighting in the display was toast, and as other reviews note, the screen was starting to pop off. I found the time to return. Note that I waited 15 minutes after opening time, and the owner hadnt shown to open his store, and Crabtree Valley Mall security was outside his store documenting his absence. When he finally arrived the owner stated I still dont have the part today. I should have it sometime next week. He then seemed to waver and went on to say that because I waited, he wasnt willing to correct his shoddy work. He didnt dispute recalling that Id presented earlier with the same problem and he saw then that the phones display was dark. Again, if it feels shady, it probably is. Go to a well-known provider that actually opens on time. For $25.00 more, I received friendly service and a warranty from the Apple Store.

This is the by far the Best Place to get your phone or computer fixed. The work is done correctly with great attitude and attention to details.I had been dealing with another tech shop for months regarding an issue with my MacBook. They said that the logic board I had bought online was defective but Hasan found it to be operational and fixed it for me in 30 minutes or so.Hasan was upfront with his price and what he would be able to do with my machine. I came into I FIX AND REPAIR because the internet to my boost carrier stoped working.When I took it to boost, they told me my sim card was corroded. They said my phone had water damage. My phone was nvr around water. They suggested that I purchase a new phone. I FIX AND REPAIR repaired my phone within seconds by putting in specific codes. I give them the highest rating because they were knowledgeable in solving the problem. Consider them first when addressing most your electronic needs.

She was very rudely told that I asked for the repair and that I needed to bring in the device.I went in and was told that because the part was ordered they couldnt refund me.Gave one last chance to fix the tablet.I was told on that Friday it would be done by Sunday, or if it couldnt be attended to that I would get a call from the manager explaining why.Returned Sunday, not having been called, to be told that they couldnt get to my repair, and that they dont work on special orders on the weekend.Took my tablet and the number of the regional manager.Was told by the regional manager I would hear from her by Wednesday about a refund, its Thursday, no communication.Do not do business with this company, they will be rude to you, they will take your money, and only provide their service when they see fit to attend to it.You are not important to them, do not waste your money here.

Phone was unsuccessfully repaired. I requested a cracked screen replacement and dropped it off for an estimated 20 min service. I came back after 30 mins and the screen was not replaced. They used the wrong part and did not have the correct screen in stock. I ended up waiting more as they put back on the broken screen. It was a very unprofessional experience.

Terrible. Quoted 15-20 minutes to fix a cracked screen over the phone. Arrived and time was pushed back to about an hour. Still OK. Came back an hour later and they still havent started on the phone. Its gonna be a while, definitely done before we close (3 more hours). Well thats getting annoying but we needed it fixed and thats what they do. Came back to pick up the phone 2 hours later (theyve had it for 3+ hours at this point) and its in pieces all over their repair desk. Great. Finally get it back together and the home button doesnt work. The manager walks up and explains to us that they arent responsible for anything that breaks while they do the repair. You have a new screen and thats what you came here for. WOW. Now we have a broken phone with a new screen. Perfect. If your business cant perform its sole function for people how long can it last? FYI, at least 4 other people had issues while we were in the store with products they had dropped off as well. Bottom line: Quick but horrible service, rude employees, and terrible quality control. If you still decide to waste your time with these people maybe youll be one of the lucky few who gets their products back intact.

This place is absolute garbage. I went there to get my screen fixed and it looked perfectly fine at first until I turned it on and the corner of my screen was faded black. I told them my screen was not like that before and they refused to believe it. I thought I could deal with it but as I get home I realize that I can’t hear anything out of the calling speaker and now I’m just livid because they refuse to own up to it and they tell me that it was my fault because I dropped it. Like cmon you we’re fixing my phone you know my screen was not like that before just fix it. And now that I can’t make any calls I’m even more angry. They don’t even deserve a one star. I will NEVER come here again and when I call for them to fix my phone I will refuse to pay a single penny. I already paid them 90$ to make my phone worse then it was. I would have rather gone to apple and paid for the screen to be fixed because even though they are more expensive at least it would have been done right.

I went to get my Nexus power button fixed and mostly had to replace it. The shop owner suggested an alternate way and not to replace it for now. I was pleased to know that he was not trying to sell his stuff but trying to help the user. I recommend him.

Absolutely horrible workmanship. Beware before taking your device here. I took in my sons iPad mini 3 for repair a few mos ago. I had to pay half upfront so they could order the replacement screen and then the remaining balance upon pick up. The screen looked brand new but after a week or so, my sons home button no longer worked. Then, the screen started cracking. We called to have it repaired again only to be told that we would have to pay the entire amount less a $10 discount. REALLY? I was appalled at the terrible customer service and lack of concern by this business. They didnt fix the problem. In fact, they made it worse. Word of advice: walk past this place and go to a better establishment.

Brought my iPhone 6 here to replace a cracked screen (simple job). The screen looked fine for the first 24 hours, but the touch screen stopped responding randomly. I took it back to be replaced AGAIN, which they did reluctantly (after ~1 hour of waiting). After taking home my new screen the cheap Chinese displays proximity sensor has FAILED! Whenever I put the screen up to my face, the speaker, mute, and hang up buttons engage. On top of that, they tried to up-sell us on cheap screen protectors and cases (with simple SPELLING ERRORS on the packaging). Totally outrageous customer service for the SAME PRICE AS APPLE. I dont feel comfortable having financially enabled a company which purchases and sells counterfeit products (they show a fake otter box logo on their shelves). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I plan to contact otter box regarding the misuse of their products.
