Had lots of problems after we took our phone there. The screen actually fell off and now the touchpad doesn’t work.

Went to the Geniuses at the Apple store who told me to buy a new phone to replace my 2 years old iPhone 7. Went to a local iPhone repair shop who charged me $35 to tell me they couldnt fix it. Found NXT Gen on google and Came in. They had my phone fixed in just minutes as I waited. That was a few months ago and my phone is working flawlessly. Since then Ive brought my bosss phone, and a few friends phones, all repaired perfectly. They are great! & Highly recommended.

I gave a rating of one star due to the fact I’ve had my phone repaired by this company maybe 3 times. screen replacement is “affordable” but quality over quantity is a factor. I had someone else look at my phone today and it turns out a certain someone put screws in my phone wrong and messed up my motherboard I hate That a third party company would go out of there way to destroy my device

Got my Galaxy s7 edge fixed here, those who have this phone and have broken it, should know its no cheap repair. Brought it to nxt gen and they fixed it for only $180!Cons:The part for my phone had to be ordered and took about 4 days to get in.The location seems a little sketch and the inside needs to be freshened up a bit.When I got my phone back the microphone sounded a little shaky but they were able to fix it with no problems.Pros:When the part came in they fixed my phone in about 30 minutes!It only costs me $180.Customer service is good.Phone is working perfectly.I would definitely recommend this place to people who brake their phones. And dont have insurance.

I have used NXT Gen three times getting two different phones repaired. NXT Gen has great prices and fast, reliable service. If you have a ZTE Axon 7, they can work on it while many other cell phone repair companies I called wouldnt touch it. They know their stuff!

Christian really knows what he is doing. The store is no frills but dont let that fool you into thinking they cant fix what you need. If you are looking for a place that puts the emphasis on your electronics and customer service I suggest checking them out.

To keep things concise, I was looking for an affordable cell phone repair store who could help out with a cracked screen on an iPhone 6s. I found Christian Boothe and his business on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, so I contacted him. His original rate is $70 for the service I needed. I was able to negotiate that down to $60 due to local competitors and their willingness to price match to earn business. I agreed. I handed them the phone, and about 30 minutes later. I had a perfect looking screen. I left happy and satisfied. Over the next couple of hours to a day, my screen was unresponsive at times in terms of touch. It would not recognize app presses, button presses while typing, etc. I knew it had to be the digitizer, which is replace along with the screen due to it being a part of the LCD display assembly. I took it back to them and brought it to their attention. They took it and claimed to run diagnostic tests, place a new screen on there, even placed the original screen back on there, and said all of the diagnostic tests came back the same. I highly doubt all of this, I even asked for proof of all of this work being done, and they were unwilling to show anything to me. On their Yelp page, it even says ALL repair services are guaranteed and honored by a lifetime warranty. Now after mentioning that, he mentions since he did it for a cheaper rate, that service isnt covered by a warranty or the lifetime guarantee. At this point, things were getting very shady and unprofessional. So this is my complaint about this business operations, business practices, upholding their end of a service in terms of service performed, guarantee, warranty, any of that.
