🥇Easily the Best cell phone repair experience to date. The owner, John, and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process as painless as possible, especially in terms of my pockets. John stayed two hours past closing and did every imaginable replacement on my iPhone, when he found out I was going on vacation the next day. carrier unlocked, back glass, front screen/Led, camera, flashlight, and even touched up the paint, like it just came off the shelf. Even threw in a free case😮All in less than 3 hrs after walking in! I highly recommend The Wireless Shop, They have made a lifetime customer after my experience.

This place is awesome. Friendly and very knowledgeable people. I suggest every one that has problems with their computer, game consoles, if you want to get in a new plan, buy a phone, just give them a visit, you are not going to regret it. Ask for Henry for your repairs, the manager, shes a sweet person, all the staff in general. Clean and neat store and very convenient for the location they are. Me I will come back Everytime if I got the chance just to say hi, if I did not have have a problem to solve😀😀😀😀

My cousins bought 2 phones from here. 1 iPhone 8 plus and 1 iPhone 7 Plus. The receipt for both phones said “NEW” and we paid $1,500 for the 2 phones. A few days later the 8 plus phone started acted up and freezing. Also, they had given us fake Apple headphones and chargers for the phones. After we complained, the decided to order us original Apple headphones and chargers. A few weeks later the 7 plus had the same issues. We made serval trips both to this store and the Apple store. Apple said the phone warranty period was over(even though we just bought the phones 1 month ago). They phones had been sold last year and are over a year old. Apple said we had to pay for the screen repair to stop it from freezing since the 3rd party screen were put on the “new” phones couldn’t keep up with the phone and that’s what was causing the phone to act up. The wireless store replaced the 8 plus but refused to replace the 7 plus phone. They refused to let us return the phone for a refund and we are still stuck with the 7 plus phone that keeps freezing. Moral of the story: NEVER buy a NEW phone from this store. They are taking used phones and selling them as new. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you buy any new iPhone products from them check with Apple to verify that it’s new and still within warranty.

I walked up at 8:55pm to 2 reps on their phone, doors locked and they looked up and said were closed. Ive worked in customer service many years and its never been okay to close a store before the time youre suppose to close so they get 1 star for bad customer service and lazy reps.

The owner of the place is a scammer, I fool myself with the home button of my phone, he lied saying that Apple had to reset it for free, this guy tells you that he repairs your screen and breaks you something else and then says that it was not her fault, the clerk alters the prices, this place is a cave of thieves and scammers to customers, not to mention the bad treatment they offer, local authorities should do something about it.

Fatima Fatajo’s reply. I really wish google reviews would let me reply to your response without having to do another thread.The iphone 8 plus was not replaced in the 1st 7 days. You made us go back and forth for days, (atleast over the span of 3 weeks), each time with a different excuse as to why a “new” phone was giving us so many problems. For the iphone 7 plus, the screen protector was the only thing that was scratched. The actual screen of the phone has no damage what so ever other than freezing alot (This freezing was there before the screen protector became scratched). Apple said that the freezing issue was something that would be over under the warranty if it has not being for 2 reasons. 1)The phone was sold in 2016 and their warranty is only 1 year and that 1 year time has passed. 2) Even if it was within warranty, the warranty would be void since the current screen on it was replaced by a 3rd party vendor using 3rd party screen instead of original Apple screen. (This is what Apple diagnostic say is causing the screen to freeze up). Furthermore, you mentioned that my cousin screamed in your store. That didnt happen, if anyone showed signs of irritation during this whole process, it was me. He had always stayed quiet and respectful to you. Also, you never addressed my main issue: why is the Apple store saying both phones were sold in November 2016. Apple knows their own products so i have no reason to not believe them when they say those phones were first sold in 2016. The same phone you sold to us as NEW in June 2018. Meaning you knowingly or unknowingly sold and charged us USED iphones as NEW. I know you will not do anything for us about fixing or replacing the defective iphone 7 plus like you did with the iphone 8 plus. I have nothing to gain by these reviews but i do want to warn others to be careful when they buy “new” iphones from you all.

I want to reply to the reply form the wireless store. Seeing as I didnt see a reply button, I decided to reply this way. We did not Win anything. The iphone X was given to us after nearly 7 trips to your store; each time was because of an issue with the iphone 8 plus you sold us. You wasted our time and gas driving to the store each time. There wouldnt have been a need to give us an iphone X if you had sold us good and NEW iPhones in the first place. Furthermore, as you yourself mentioned in your reply to my original post that the phones were purchased July of this year, can you explain why Apple told us that both phones were purchased November 2016. Apple reset the iphone 7 plus on our sept. 22nd visit and the phone seemed to be working fine. 2 days later it started freezing up again. We went to the wireless store again and told them about the issue again and what Apple said about the phone being sold in Nov. 2016, we were told by the lady that she couldnt solve this issue, and she gave us an email address to contact her boss John about the issue. She kept saying the phone was a new phone and there was nothing she could do; even though we had a diagnostic report from the Apple store at Crabtree mall saying the phone was first sold in Nov. 2016. We emailed her boss as she instructed. We emailed him 3 times and till this day have gotten no reply from him.Im sorry I started getting irritated after the 5th visit to your store for the same issues on the so call new phones we bought a few weeks ago. We were not rude; we were merely mad that $1,550 was spent on defective used phones that kept freezing up and required repair less than a month after they were bought. Truly New Apple phones have warranty for 1 year after they are purchased. Neither of these phones had no such warranty because they were refurbished phones that you knowingly or unknowingly sold to us as New. We may not be able to get you to replace the defective 7 plus like you did with the 8 plus (which we never asked for an iPhone X, we merely wanted the new iPhone 8 plus that your store charged us for) but I can at least warn others to be careful when they buy New phones from this store.

This place sucks.. The customer service sucks the employees sucks the manager sucks the phones suck the whole place really sucks. I wouldnt send anyone to this place. They know nothing about customer is always right.

I should not even have a star three months ago that I bought a phone here as they gave it to me with guarantee two weeks passed and nothing has been solved for me three long months have passed since then And still they do not solve anything for me I have two long hours waiting right now inside of the place and the owner does not want to attend me, I understand with this from the pandemic that the wait has been prolonged but they do not tell me when they can solve me and the place is open but the service they are giving is terrible. I do not recommend it. If you go here to buy a phone you are making a serious mistake of what it is to pay $ 560 for a phone that when it has a factory defect does not help you make the claim.
