Needed to replace an HDMI port on my PS4. Following a quick google search, I scheduled an appointment online and dropped off the system the following day.The customer service rep quickly identified the problem, provided upfront pricing, and had it fixed in 2 days. Professional and Courteous staff!

Bait and switch. On line system quoted $109 for iPhone screen replacement. When I arrived for my appointment it suddenly went up to $179. Tech explained that $109 was for a low end screen not a direct replacement. No mention of that on the quote. I did not get my phone repaired.

I had a water damaged iphone 10 xr from the day before. tried to get water removed with rice to no avail overnight. now the screen went completely out. they opened the phone found water and corrosion (previous damage) and removed the water from the phone and replaced the screen in a couple of hours for a reasonable fee. verizon only had the iphone 12 for replacement ($800).

So I took my working cell phone to UBREAKIFIX to get a new battery. 4 hours later they handed me back a non usable phone with vertical lines covering my screen. They made up a bunch of jargon on how its a common problem with iphones and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Seriously, a cell phone repair shop that couldnt fix what they just broke? They did not charge me but my phone was useless. I drove over to CPR and Wes took one look at it and said u need a new display. An hour later my phone was as good as new. Does not get any better than that.Thanks CPR. U have a customer for life and I will spread the good word!

I have gone to CPR Cell Phone Repair several times and even recommended people here. Today, I am highly upset. I took my laptop because I was having Hard Drive issues! So, if I bring it, I am trying to save what is on my hard drive (which is sold for $40.00). I received a call that it is completed, but nothing was able to be saved on my hard drive, but I can now pay more money and take it to a Data Recovery. By the time I spend all of this money, I could have had a new computer. No one called me to tell me they couldnt save my data!BEWARE!

Just brought my phone in to get the charging port replaced cause my iPhone was not charging. The guys cleaned it out and said I didnt need a new port, it was just extremely dirty. Took 10 minutes and they didnt charge me a dime. Love the honestly and service from these guys. Ill be back the next time I drop my phone or need a new battery.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with CPR. Not to say that I had heard bad things about them previously, but as someone who use to repair devices regularly for a living I am always skeptical. They do amazing work and provide a high level of customer service. It was easy to get a free estimate online and setup my appointment. They normally offer same day service but let me know ahead of time that they were back logged due to an uptick in business which I appreciated them being up front. They also provided me with updates as to the status of my repair as well. I would gladly due business with them again should I ever have the need and would recommend them as well.

Not one to complain but WOW THIS PLACE IS TERRRRIBLE!!! Do NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrendous customer service. We have had to bring our company drone 6 times to your location and each time the reps say “it’s working” when it’s not. We originally brought it there for a gimble issue that they said was no issue and they can fix and now it has so many other issues caused by you guys trying to fix it. And now, we just received a phone call from one of the reps extremely rude saying basically too bad I’ll refund your money because we can’t fix the drone now.. waste of time & money. We asked if we can watch them fly it since they said it was working and one rep said yes and now this guy is saying he won’t... because they are lying. I am in shock there are people like this working for this company.

I took my sons laptop in because we thought the battery needed to be replaced. The gentleman that was there said they would do a diagnostic on it and he would get back to me. When he called back he said it was an easy fix, a wire was loose, and they didnt charge me! I was very surprised as I expected to have to pay something but they were very kind and honest. I really appreciate how they handled the situation!

I brought my 13yo daughter to have her phone fixed. As usual my daughter had questions. The technician was so patient and explained in detail the process of repairing the screen...the reasons why it may have been glitching. Nice reception by staff. I called ahead to inquire repair time/turnaround and estimated cost to repair an old Wii game console. Upon arrival, they checked the device in for service. Called me a day later to explain diagnosis and recommended part (drive) replacement. After approving the component replacement and them ordering the required parts, they called me 2 days later to confirm device functionally tested successful and ready for pickup. Pricing on the repair was reasonable and consistent with estimate originally quoted. All in all a great customer experience; knowledgeable + friendly staff. My nephew is glad to have the console working again and weve enjoyed restored game play.

Great experience with Jack. My son tried to build his own computer but it wouldnt even turn on after he put it all together. I took The PC in to CPR. I received an email quote in advance for my battery replacement. When I arrived at the store, the staff was professional and thorough, explaining all the potential risks. The battery replacement was completed to schedule and when I picked up the phone, I was not only given advice to condition the battery but also a report on the health of the phone. The repair was reasonable and completed using OEM Motorola parts. Im pleased.

I want to recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair. James was really nice and knowledgeable. He called me an hour later to tell me that my laptop was FIXED! James, explained to me that a wire was loose. I only paid $30 for a diagnosis and my laptop was fixed in less that an hour.I have a 3 yr old Toshiba(touch screen and keyboard), suddenly the keyboard and mouth pad stopped working. First, I took my laptop to Best Buy, because Im new to the area, I thought that a big company with good reputation could be efficient and trustworthy.Best Buy charges $150 for a diagnosis, they offer you a program for computer tune ups and other perks for $199 a yr. BB kept my laptop for a few days and finally called me to inform me that it was a hardware problem, and the keyboard could not be fixed. They even told me that the laptop was too old and parts could not be found. They strongly recommend to buy a new laptop or operate the laptop with an external keyboard.Im very HAPPY to have found CPR Cell Phone Repair in Raleigh. They were honest, inexpensive and repair the laptop that I love in no time. We should support our local small businesses.

After calling around to several locations, took a cell phone into CPR for a new battery over the weekend. They had the right part in stock (no one else did), and they charged a bit less than quotes from others as well. Dropped it off Saturday morning, wandered around Brier Creek for 2 hours, and it was all done. Very pleased with the service, price and friendliness of the staff. Thumbs up!

My youngest son dropped my IPOD and cracked the screen. I took it to CPR to be repaired. They said they could replace the screen. They did exactly what they said they would, for a fair price that was quoted upfront, with no loss of data, and in the exact time frame that they said they would. Excellent Service! My husbands phone hasnt been able to charge in months, weve been doing all sorts of magic tricks to get it to charge and were convinced that it needed a new charging port. I have had two great experiences with CPR Cell Phone Repair. A couple months ago they got me in without an appointment and replaced my battery while I waited.Today I took my phone to have my charging port repaired. The guy told me I didn’t need to replace the port. He cleaned it out and had my phone working in five minutes and didn’t charge me.

Stephen was awesome!! I came in as my charging port was clogged or broken. He cleaned it, got my silent switch to work after two years by also cleaning it. All for zero charge while being highly personable.I was so happy I bought phone holder for my car and he even installed that for me. I have been to a number of these fix your device shops before and CPR by far is the best. The service, prices, and warrantys are great, and customer service is even better. John, the manager at there Brier Creek locations, is amazing! Their was a bit of an issue finding my informations at first, but he was able to get the situation straighten out and had me in and out within a hr. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am so impressed with John and his staff. I actually needed 2 repairs. We didnt recognize the 2nd one until after they started on the first one. Rather than leaving me without a phone, they fixed the 1st problem while parts were on order. When the additional parts arrived, they finished both repairs...all at a reasonable price. Did a good job diagnosing the issue w. the battery, but unfortunately they broke the glass when opening, but of course replaced that free. Had to go back to the store to have my SIM card inserted, they forgot to reinstall. Friendly and courteous staff.

Brought in an older iPod which I thought had screen damage. Less than hour later, I got a call that it wasnt damaged after all. No charge and let me know I could come back if it was acting up again. Shoddy work at best!I took my iPhone in for a broken power button. They “fixed” it within a few hours, stating that they get that sort of thing all of the time. The original fees were for a non-refundable, six month maintenance fee and for the part. I would have been fine paying it if they’d done a good job. THEY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE.Less than two months later the power button broke again. So I spent the time and gas to drive back down there for them to redo the job. They “fixed” it again and didn’t charge me. Two weeks later the power button broke AGAIN. I took it back and simply asked for my money back. She told me they couldn’t give refunds for anything. What?! They wasted my time, money, and patience and now they couldn’t refund me for a job they didn’t complete??I have no other recourse than to write a bad review and try to keep them from getting any other business. Save your time and money, read the other reviews, and see that they’re not worth it!Now I see why they have a six month warranty on all work - because they know it wont last any longer than that!

Excellent repair and customer service! Came in to ask about the charging port on my Iphone 6 which was malfunctioning. Staff were very attentive and efficient and gave me a 30-min quote to either clean or replace. Both estimates were reasonable, and better by far than what I had been quoted elsewhere. They not only fixed the phone, but provided the service for free since it was a minor repair / cleaning! Best customer service and end result of anywhere, and for anything, that I can remember in recent memory. Highly recommend!

We had taken our phone to an Apple certified retailer who basically was a conduit to mail the phone to Apple for screen repair. CPR was easily able to do the same repair for a less price. What a great store and a great outcome!

Whatever you do, please avoid this place at all cost.I am an IT professional and can certainly empathize with struggling to meet your clients demands that are out of your control. But what I have experienced with this place is just beyond anything that a business should put their clients through.I ordered a replacement battery for my Google Pixel on January 29th. I was told it would be 2-3 days shipping and the battery should be there by January 31st and they will replace it. No problem. Called on January 31st and turns out the battery wont be there until the following week, the week which I was traveling to California for work.Fine, I will get the battery replaced with I get home. Throughout the week, I was waiting for a call for them to let me know that they received my battery, but no such luck. I had to call them when I returned home to check and see if my battery is there. Oh great, its there? Thanks for letting me know.Today, I stopped by to get my battery replaced. I waited in person at the store for an hour, but turns out they broke my screen while replacing the battery. So I need to pay an additional $60 more for the screen, and also I need to wait another 2-3 days for the screen to arrive. So now I am without a working phone over the weekend and I am being charged extra for the additional screen. How does this work?Im sure if they see this review, they will give some generic BS apologetic response anyway. Im not hoping much for my end, but if I can save another person through this pain, itll be worth it. Please stay away.

Did free diagnostic on phone very quickly, offered feedback on how to reset phone. Months later kids managed to break screen again. I bought one online which wasnt working and CPR team did another diagnostic on that 3rd party screen determining it was faulty and quickly replaced it at a fair price. Id highly recommend for any repair needs.

I am extremely pleased with the repair of my charging port.. John went out of his way to locate a charging port for my phone, and he had to make several calls to find one. He was able to sodder a new port into my existing phone. He is also extremely personable and I would highly recommend this group.

Ive used CPR twice now. The first time was because they had the best price on my LCD screen. They were friendly, fast, and did a great job with my phone. The second time they quickly replaced the glass screen at a great price and also gave me a discount on my new screen cover. Wont use anyone else now.

They are ok. Very nice folks but arrived late to open up, and couldnt actually do the repair I had been told they could do, in the agreed upon time. So, a little frustrating, but I think they are accommodating and pleasant and competent.

My laptop had been acting weird for the last few days. After taking it to Apple, I decided to come to CPR for a different opinion. Turns out I needed a brand new hard drive, something Apple left out.
