Had a fantastic experience with Lauren at the Verizon Store on Six Forks Road in Raleigh NC. I had made an accessory purchase a couple of weeks ago that I wasnt completely satisfied with and so I decided to upgrade to the next level in that same accessory. Lauren assisted me in a prompt and professional manner. Her product knowledge and communication skills made my accessory exchange/upgrade extremely easy. Ill definitely be going back to this Verizon Store and looking for her when Im ready for my next upgrade. Thanks again!! 😁

Had some billing problems for a couple months and couldnt get them solved online. Went into the store a few times and finally figured out the problem. Dont be upset with people who cant solve the problems they didnt create.Anyway, Brittany stayed late and helped finish fixing my account issues. Took close to 3 hours in store but guess what, at least someone was staffed.Look for Brittany and shell get you squared away, youll know its her if she has some sweet sneakers on.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DONETTE!!!!We went into the store and asked Laura to sell us a super charger. We verified with Laura that the charger was what we wanted and she sold us the charger. When we unpacked we discovered that it was not what we asked for.We returned to the store to return the charger and was told by Donette that the charger could not be returned. My husband told her she would return it. She huffed to the back to get the return approved and came back and informed us that it would take 10 business days for the money to come back onto our card. She then proceeded to tell us that she circled on the receipt and told us it was our lucky day. She was very confrontational throughout the entire experience.

I went to Verizon to have Two phones, a watch and a tablet from T-Mobile. Verizon has a family plan for device protection. T-Mobile is protection is by device.This location lets people in as soon as someone is available to help. Reservations are suggested, but I didn’t have one. I got in right away. Masks are required by everyone.I worked with Tom. Professional AND friendly. He was able to switch all my devices. He was able to get things move over immediately after speaking with someone on the phone and requesting they put a rush on it, if possible.Nice clean store. Lots of people there to help.

We arrived to buy two new apple phones at around 5:30 pm. It was freezing cold. There were NO customers inside. After the girl met us outside, she called the manager who was not friendly, not helpful. She said they only had a few phones, that they had no internet service to assist us in exchanging our contact lists and we said that everything we needed was not available. All this negative reaction to every request we made. I’ve had a similar experience before with a Grandchild wanting to buy an Apple Watch. They are not helpful.... they are not trained and they don’t sell. We walked out. We can buy our phones online for all the help we got. There were no customers. When we left two people we’re outside waiting. I will never go to this Verizon stores gain. I bought my 6s at this stores year’s ago abs the atmosphere and helpfulness was great. Horrible service now. Counting the manager, they had 5 people working out front abs no customers at Christmas time on a Saturday night!!

I used to go to this location for a long timeand then after several rude experiences I now go to the location on Creedmoor Road in which they are so much nicer and they are there to help. I tried a few other times for various things and they still dont like to help. Many rude associates are here not just a one time problem.I continue to go to Creedmoor Rd for help bc they are constantly giving great service and I now have more phones for myself and my family.

This store takes booked appointments only which was not advertised. Felt that the staff was more interested in their rules rather than treating customer as a person - spoken to in a very condescending manner since I did not have an appointment. Only one curbside parking space. Staff did not go out of their way, in any shape or form, to ensure that I had a positive experience and, consequently, I did not... even though I made a purchase through the app for curbside pickup. Hope you have better luck but this store is now off my list.

My son went to pick up a phone purchased online, iPhone 11. I had multiple lines available for upgrade but under his actual number the phone was not available for upgrade yet, this was his brother’s phone, iPhone 10. He left there and called and they had set it up under his brothers number instead of his. I told him to go back in and have them switch it. They said that was too bad and a cluster β€œf” and he would have to switch the SIM cards out with his brother and they couldn’t fix it. I called Verizon and they fixed it just fine. Thanks but no thanks to this store. Not cool.

I can not put fewer stars. Verizon instead of apologizing for the lack of customer service, should focus on releasing its (dogs) employees. The only thing they lack is to bark, they are rude, rude and lacking in vocation to help you solve the problems you have. I do not recommend this store at all. If I could put zero stars I would. the associate that I worked with lied to get a sale from me and told me I WOULD receive not only a credit towards a trade in value for turning in my old device, but since I was coming from a separate provider I would receive a rebate gift card for 100-200 dollars. Of course having that incentive I switched to verizon, after follow up calls and multiple resubmits of the same rebate information I was told from customer service that the rebate offered to me was not even a valid promotion. Now I am stuck in a much high plan paying a much more expensive phone without the main incentive that got me interested in switching carriers in the first place. I feel completely taken advantage of and I will continue to submit complaints about the service i have received from both this location and the customer service team. Do not waste your time and please do not believe the promotions that they promise

Always great service! Technology, made by humans, sometimes fails us. Got my replacement phone from Assurion and have 2 people help me. The first guy was great getting the SIM card transferred. There was an issue with the phone where I nearly had a meltdown. Chris was kind enough to help me out and get things straight. THANK YOU!!! Awesome service!! This is part of why Ive been a Verizon customer since before they were Verizon and Ill be one for some time to come! Love my phone, the coverage, and the kind, awesome service when I need it. Hopefully I wont need it again for quite awhile. :)

The customer service was horrible. First, i sat there for 15 min waiting on someone to assist me ( After being checked in). I was under the impression that I was waiting to be assisted by a tech advisor. No, a girl comes and sits down beside of me with an iPad. She took my phone and did not try to do any type of troubleshooting. I was told that there was a recall on my phone. Then she ordered me a new phone. I am trying to figure out why none of the other people that were walking around couldnt assist me. She didnt do anything special and then she wasnt that helpful and it seemed as if she did not want to assist me. I didnt ask for my phone to mess up. I just wanted my phone fixed. Get Better Customer Service. Then I called the store to ask a question and Crystal put the phone down and then i heard laughing in the background and the call disconnected. I was already upset with the service that i received, and then you hang up!! They need to do better...

Do not use this Verizon store.Writing this review while I wait an outrageous amount of time to talk to Verizon customer service. Had to get a new phone back in the spring, so went to update my contract and get new phone. Was talked into Verizons worthless hum auto monitoring service because it was no extra charge since it was a promotion trying to get the word out about this new service. Was even told that the bill would be 1 penny less by adding the hum auto service since it was a big promotion. I was very skeptical about the deal but the Verizon rep at the North Hills location insisted that it was a great promotion. She spoke with me for 20 minutes going over the monthly charges, and several times I questioned the inclusion of the hum in my monthly plan. She continued to assure me that it would be the quoted amount for my 2 year contract term for the phone, and that there would be no additional charge for the hum for the duration of the term. I can come to the conclusion that one of two circumstances caused this error in communication - 1) she was not knowledgeable enough on the service/plans/promotion details; or 2) she intentionally continued to omit the details around the hum only being free for one month, signing me up for a 2 year contract for the free service of no charge, to get the sale she wanted. She even insured me that when I join my job this summer and the company takes over my account it will just be included with the phone. Fast forward to the present and I had my new job assume responsibility of my phone and I get a unexpected bill for $80 for this hum service. Now I have to pay for an absurd cancellation fee. I should have trusted my initial instincts and just gotten the phone plan. I would completely switch to a different carrier if my job wasnt paying for the phone service. Do not trust anyone at this location. Also, the hum auto service has been completely useless.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to meet with us (although we were checked in immediately), but that seems fair for the week that a new iPhone was launched.

I had a terrible in-store pick-up experience here. The woman had a bad attitude when I walked in the door; she acted like I was bothering her. She asked me what I needed, and then asked for my ID and card with which payment was made over the phone for the iPhone I was picking up. I had both, as the representative over the phone told me thats all I would need to pick-up this phone. She then proceeded to tell me that I was unable to pick-up the phone, after driving 30 minutes to this store, because my name wasnt on the account. This is the opposite of what the representative over the phone said. So, I then asked if I could call my dad, and he could give me all the information needed over the phone, and/or login from home. She scoffed and rolled her eyes at me, and told me no. I asked to speak to her supervisor. This manager looked to be in high school, and younger than his employee. He was just as rude, if not more rude, than her. I arrived with my dad about an hour later, only to speak with another employee, who told us that yes, I couldve called my dad, and he couldve authorized me online. I did not have a phone, hence why I was picking up a new one. She wouldnt even allow me to use a phone to call him and ask him to meet me at the store to save me a trip. Really the worst customer service reps with whom Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing. I dont do this lightly, but I would highly recommend Verizon look into some new management at this store. Truly appalling.

This is the worst Verizon store in the area, it will be worth your time to try a different spot (Cary town Verizon is 100 times better). The reps here are not helpful at all. A few examples: We ask about promotions and the rep asks us what we have heard about?! I upgraded my phone and ask for help transferring my contacts, the rep told me the cord is in the box, and I could go home and Google it!Dont waist your time here with the lack luster service, unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff.

I have had the WORST experience with Verizon...on the phone. Apparently the store and telephone CS do not speak and offer different levels of service. Long story short after a week without a phone Spencer was able to provide me a loaner phone so I could have some form of communication while I wait for a new phone to be proceed and ordered. Came in because the screen on my cell phone was slow to respond when turning it on. While it may have come off as rude when he asked what the problem was (I handed him my phone and asked him to turn it on) it was to let him personally see what the issue was, and that I wasnt faking anything. Representative immediately indicated it was due to a broken screen where I had dropped it. And while I understand, and have had issues similar a decade ago - the representative gave me the two most expensive options of over 100$ ($150 to replace the phone with a refurbished through insurance and a $500 buy out for a new phone - seriously) and steering me completely away from the $30 option of replacing my screen. Not once did he even consider another option. And just because I wanted to prepare sending my phone off for repair I decided to delete my apps and photos off of my phone. And oh wouldnt you know, the screen responses 100% normally. Clearly he had no actual idea what he was talking about, saw a young lady walk in and though he could make an easy sale, with zero consideration for the customer. I was completely appalled at the service and have never experienced service like that from a verizon team member in my 15 years of being a customer. I would never return to this location.

I received a $200.00 coupon from Verizon off a new iPhone 6, took into the store, Verizon logo proudly displayed, the 6 forks store said they could not honor it, kept asking where I got it ( emailed from Verizon ... duh) but would give me $200 credit instead and I got free stuff, (headphones)... months later... no credit, Im on a new contract, bill is high and no one seems to remember the deal that was made. in store 3 days ago to talk with a rep... she said they would let me know within 24 hours... been 4 days no call, no text, no credit to account and free headphones are awful treble sound....

I love Verizon as a telecommunications company, but if you need service or just help don’t go to Verizon at North Hills. They’re not making commision on people that don’t purchase. The lady that helped me today switch a defective 2 week old iPhone 6s for another that I received from UPS was completely unfriendly, unhelpful and told me the opposite of the person that helped me originally. She didn’t want to switch the case, replace the screen shield or anything other than tell me to send the old phone back. I told her to switch the case and replace the screen shield, because if she broke it, it was hers. She handed me a piece of paper explaining how to setup the new phone and that was it. She also said after I asked her where the other sim chip was, she said she only touched one.. wrong. There was one in the new phone they switched out and put in the one I’m shipping back. Anyway long story, but come on Verizon. Customer satisfaction will make a repeat customer. No need to be rude.

The lady there handed me the box and said all I had to do was turn it on. After my wife signed the employee then left. I was hesitant to leave until my new phone was working. Glad I did too. If you have to go to this location, definitely ask for her.The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because besides Trish and one other really friendly woman, the workers are terrible. My sister was not so lucky in receiving help from Trish and was paired with a man (I wish I could remember his name) who had short dark hair who was wearing one AirPod and he was terrible. Did not help at all basically just wanted us to leave him alone. Had another friend who got stuck with him and same issue. When my friend asked for the manager he refused to go get them. If you see him, seriously request anyone else.

Insulted, called Lower Clientele...My husband and I, with our children in tow, went into Verizon as we both have issues with our month old LG phones. The sales associate continually interrupted my husband as we tried to solve our phone issues. She was quickly frustrated by our persistence and had her manager step in. The store manager told us that because we purchased lower end phones we could not expect them to work as well as a high end phone. He also stated that the phones we bought were popular with LOWER CLIENTELE. I guess that two people who work educating our young children, as we do, are considered low class to Verizon. We will need to find a cell phone store and provider that is willing to cater to our type of people. People who expect to have a phone that actually works, that turns on when trying to make a phone call, and are not insulted when politely asking for a business to do their job.

In the last couple of years, the service knowledge has improved. Like all locations, they are never prepared or staffed for the busy hours.

We waited 30 minutes to learn that the store personnel did not have access to our account and could not assist. The manager periodically had to go to the back and get the working level folks out on the floor. It was a very poor experience and Verizon senior management should review.

I went to this location and meet the most arrogant salesperson. I was having a problem with a tablet I just bought it did not have 1/2 GB of service on it. This ARROGANT Person was going to tell me what he was going to do. Which was NOTHING. When I asked to speak to his MANAGER. I was told NO you CANNOT and you want her he pointed and said go find her. This went back and forth for a bit. Then I informed him that i would get the Manager myself. I had to get very LOUD. ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. If this is how VERIZON trains their sales staff. I am LEAVING VERIZON. Any one thinking about doing business with Verizon and particle this store on SIX FORKS BEWARE...Reading all the REVIEWS ONLINE I am not alone. Please READ REVIEWS about this company. It appears that we are all just a$$$ sign to verizon.

Ive been sitting in this verizon store on six forks next to north hills for 45 miites and no one has even tried to check me in. all the employees are just standig around talking to each other. i only see 1 worker actually helping a costomer.i would change mt.carrier if i could afford a new phone bit i guess ill just have to deal with this horrible customer.service.avoid verizon like the plague.
