I got my phone repaired yesterday and was very impressed with their process. The repair took less than an hour and they got my phone looking brand new! Great customer service and overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone needing a screen repair.

I had my phone screen repaired and after one month, the screen stopped working, they refused to repair stating they offer only two weeks warranty which I wasn’t informed when they repaired.

Staff is friendly, great at installing screen protectors and great selection of cases. Highly recommend!

I always buy my phone cases and screen protectors as they have a great selection and a good prices. I have fixed several screens also and they always give me great service. They also are honest as one time they told me not to fix a screen as it would not be worth the cost. This shows they care more for the customer and not just to make a quick sale.

I thought the people were nice but the iPhone headphones with the lighting piece didn’t work and were $25 .... the real Apple ones are $30. Tried to tell me it was my phone but are three different pair lol hey were a waste. Don’t waste your time with these you will be upset !

Went to get iPhone screen fixed and had major glitching after it was done. So I went back before the week guarantee when I had the change to go tell them and when I took it girl pretty much looked at my phone and looked at me like I was crazy because it wasn’t glitching at that moment and gave it back to me 30 min later and I could tell nothing was done to fix it because it has only gotten worse. Definitely do not recommend this place would give zero stars if I could. F YOU GUYS!

Customer service sucks, I was looking for a clip for my phone he open up a drawer with a bunch of clips that was not organized, then a customer walked up and asked for a phone repair he just left me standing there, went around the counter with the customer, poked his head around said I cant find your clip. Ive been coming to this place for years for my cell phone accessories, But today just iced the cake ill never return..

My son dropped our I Phone 5S cracking the glass in many places and we were able to have the glass replaced by Sufian. He was simply the best. We had heard from a friend that he was super knowledgable and was the guy to go to, to get it fixed. His prices are reasonable, he was accessible by phone and able to complete the job in about an hour. We also bought a protection case from him, so we can avoid such mishaps in the future, but if we have any problems with our other phones, we know who we will go to. I highly recommend him.

Went in to have a battery replaced on an iPhone and left with a cracked screen and nom functioning home button. Was told you run that risk. Stay away

I would never recommend this place for cell phone repair. I just found out that they only fixed iPhones instead of Android phones like Android Kyocera HydroReach, which was totally unfair. I would never recommend doing business with those so-called cute employees and their boss due to their discriminatory behaviour at all anyway. As a matter of fact, they can call security on themselves and let the security help them shut their business down if they have to because of their discriminatory behaviour and their lack of reason refusing to fix Android phones instead of just iPhones lol.

Yesterday I purchased an iPhone 5 case, the product is labeled iPhone 5 on the packaging. Get home to put it on my new iPhone 5, and its an iPhone 4 case!! Fits my broken iPhone 4 just fine...worthless. Unfortunately I live 2.5 hours away from here so returning it to get my $30 wont be easy!
