Closets by Design was AMAZING to work with, from start to finish! Their sales rep came out, measured, sketched a design, walked us through the entire process and even followed through with all of our (my) questions, once the job was booked! The install team came when they were scheduled. They were so kind and courteous. They respected our space, kept a clean work environment, were quick and efficient. Even made some last minute changes and didn’t bat an eye.We are so pleased with our new master closet and amazed at how much extra space it’s provided, along with how beautifully organized everything is!Highly recommend!

We had a home office and some storage put in and it simply came out amazing. I was a little unsure about how the final product was going to look but we love it! Tami our designer was lovely and worked out all the details with us. The 3 person install team (Hector, Mike, and Mikey) were great. They arrived on time and had to work out some pretty complicated issues with the floor being unlevel. They pulled it off perfectly and everything looks great!

This company did an amazing job of using all of our space in our closets. The designer (Len) worked with us to find out exactly what we wanted/needed and then provided a detailed design for our space. The installers were extremely professional as well. Abraham (the lead installer) explained their process and the team worked efficiently with no mess after they left. I would highly recommend this company.

My design consultant was Ms. Tami McCrackin. We are really impressed with the end product and the walk-in closet. A real big shout out to Tami, she really went above and beyond her role to work with us on our needs. I had originally suggested her a design but she was able to discuss and propose a new plan which was really amazing. I am really glad we went with the new proposed plan from Tami. After the closet was built it looks really amazing, very happy with the work. The installation team was really professional and fast. This was worth every dollar we spent and was a cost effective solution.

From beginning to end, they did an amazing job! The initial consultation went well. They arrived on time, helped us determine what we were looking for and what we were interested in, took measurements, and then showed us some ideas. We loved the design and decided to go with it. An installation date was set and we were good to go.About a eek or so before the installation, they checked in again to confirm the date, time, etc. And when the time came, the installers arrived right on time (after calling to let us know that they were on the way. )The installers were VERY professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. They did an absolutely amazing job removing the old closet hardware and installing the new design. They checked with us about anything that they had a question about. Weve dealt with several contractors and installers over the past year. I wish that they were all as professional and great as these guys were.Overall, we are beyond pleased with the results. From beginning to end the process was painless. In the end, we ended up with a great design that we liked at a great price. Great experience from intro meeting with my designer through install! I had my master closet upgraded from builder-grade wire shelving to a super efficient his/her design with built in laundry hampers. My designer, Kaitlin was super helpful and didn’t rush the design process letting me talk through several ideas and reworking the layout until I was completely satisfied. She was also very responsive to questions after the contract was signed. The install happened as scheduled and the two installers were very professional and efficient. The final outcome exceeded my expectations and I just love it! Would definitely recommend making the investment.

It took a long time but the end product is lovely, HOWEVER, I have a couple of minor glitches which I emailed my rep. about. I have not heard anything from her and I would like to have these things corrected.

A positive experience and fantastic upgrade! Our designer, Tami, was awesome. She came in, walked through our closets with us to assess our needs and proceeded to draw up plans and prepare a quote all in a few short hours. After signing a contract to have four of our closets redone we were given an installation date a few short weeks away from our initial consultation. The three-man installation crew was absolutely top notch. They protected the floors and work areas, were very professional, and were in and out in under four hours, but not before making sure I was 100% satisfied with the installation. I worked with Randi a few years ago to turn an empty room into a closet. It is gorgeous! She perfectly designed the space into a luxurious custom closet complete with granite island and chandelier. At that time she created a custom space for our existing closets as well to include beautiful shelving and hanging space for all of our garments.We recently called her back to create a functional custom closet for our kitchen dishes, appliances and cleaning supplies, as well as to custom design our laundry room complete with drying space and shelving. You get what you pay for. Yes, custom closets are pricey and I wondered if I should’ve gotten the Home Depot version, but after they were installed, I knew I made the right choice. The turnaround time was long. (Ordered in Jan, installed in March), but worth the wait.

The designer I worked with was extremely meticulous as evidenced by how the unit turned out. She was also helpful with suggestions that I might not have thought of myself. The craftsmanship of my new Murphy bed with storage and shelving is terrific! And the installers were careful, taking their time to make sure everything went together correctly. The bed is easy to take up and down. And the additional drawers and shelves provide much needed storage space, as I am downsizing from a larger home. I plan to use them in the future to organize my closet and my laundry room!

Jasmine was outstanding. She took pains to carefully measure and check those measurements. Worked around an existing built in shelving unit. Closets by design has been nothing short but AMAZING!! Shannon came out to our house to give us an estimate for several rooms in our home. I was not sure exactly what I wanted or what I envisioned BUT she made all the stars align. She was extremely professional and made everything work within my budget. Randi was outstanding in designing a great Master Closet and large pantry for our house. She used every square inch to make the smartest use of the area. I was quite surprised at the price compared to other estimates we got. It was incredibly affordable and when the install was finished it was well worth the investment.The installers were wonderful. They laid down mats throughout the pathways they were going to use. They came with 5 guys and everyone went to work on a task. By mid afternoon they were done and cleaned up. You could not tell they were even in the house except for the great closet and pantry we now had when they left. Great Experience!!!

From the design phase with Tami to the installation all phases of the experience was exceptional. I never expected to have a custom built closet but we now have a showcase piece that was previously an under utilized wall. We have gained significant storage while transforming the master bedroom.
