I could not be more pleased with my experience at Oak City Bridal. Stacia has such a warm personality, and she is patient and helpful. The environment is clean and beautiful. She clearly pours all her passion into her business, which is the kind of place you want to go to. It was a perfect boutique one-on-one experience that was very personalized. I was sort of dreading dress shopping because I thought it would unavoidably cost several thousands of dollars or Id have to settle getting one I didnt love for less. On the wedding dress cost spectrum, these are super reasonable, you really cant beat the prices (especially given the quality). And on top of it, her selection was so good -- before coming here, I didnt see anything that I really loved (they were also way more expensive). But here there were several dresses that I LOVED so I had a really hard time choosing between them. Seriously they were all gorgeous. Here, you can simply walk out the door with your dress so it removes the stress of typical ordering and waiting for your dress in enough time to alter before the wedding. She was also really accommodating as I changed my original appointment to the next day and also came back the following day to try on my top 2 before deciding. 5 stars all the way!!

The owner Stacia is so sweet! I really loved the Experience I had trying on dresses, and choosing my dream dress! It was intimate and I felt relaxed trying on dresses because I was the only one there so I could really take my time and take it all in. I had a great experience at Oak City Bridal. I am very short and all the new gowns Id tried on elsewhere were extremely long and going to take an extensive amount of alterations to make them short enough for me. I found a gorgeous dress that was exactly what I was looking for that fit me perfectly, and best of all, it had already been shortened and was the PERFECT length! Sunny was great to work with and it was a very nice place to visit and find my perfect dress. My experience with Oak City Bridal was so relaxing and fun! Stacia greeted us and gave us a run down of the organization of the dresses. She allowed me to look through all of them, pulling out the ones I was most drawn to. Based on what I told her I was leaning towards, she determined the order and set up me in the dressing room. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on, but didnt feel comfortable pulling the trigger that quickly. I emailed Stacia the next morning that I was ready to move forward and she quickly responded that she had an opening later that morning where I could come and try on the dress to make sure. 0 Stars. Corresponded with OCB through FB messenger & they were unresponsive. Drove here from over an hour away and when I got close I keyed the address in only to realize they are by appointment only. Had they responded I would have realized that. I gave them a quick call to see if they could accommodate and no one answered the phone. Annoyed that I took an afternoon off of work for this.

Absolutely loved my experience at Oak City Bridal and 10/10 would recommend.Stacia and her intern were so pleasant to work with. They really try to understand your style, and are not pushy at all. Plus, Stacia has a great understanding of what kind of alterations are doable which makes envisioning your final look that much easier. I booked my appointment at the end of May, and the store was spotless and we all wore masks the entire time and it felt extremely safe. The best part? I got to take my dream gown home that day, so there is no worries about your dress getting ordered incorrectly or supply chain issues due to COVID-19.

I had such a wonderful experience, she answered all of my questions (even the ones that weren’t dress related) and went above and beyond to make sure I was content with my dress choice. She even suggested a seamstress. I picked about 12 dresses, and then she picked some she thought I’d like as well (my dress ended up being one she picked for me!!). She picked up on the styles I was loving right away, and she helped me get out of my comfort zone and try on dresses I didn’t think I’d like. What we loved is that we were able to look through the dresses ourselves and pick out what we though we would like, and then the owner would pick up on my daughters taste and add suggestions. We selected one of the dresses she recommended. Compared to the other places we tried the prices were very reasonable and there was a range of prices in our budget. When it was time to try them on, she was great! Ive never been wedding dress shopping before, so I had no idea what to expect. Was I going to be undressing in front of some woman I had just met? Not at Oak City Bridal! Stacia was very respectful, she has a curtained off dressing room where you slip into the dress and when youre ready, she steps in to help zip you up. She was very helpful and even played devils advocate to help make sure I was picking the right dress. In the end, she knew exactly what I needed to top off my dress and make it perfect! The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish and I am so happy with my dress. The best part, you get to take it home with you right away! If youre looking for a wedding dress, this NEEDS to be your first stop! So glad I found Stacia!

I told her all my ideas, what I loved and and what I didn’t like about the dresses I tried on. I went into dress shopping very open because I wasn’t sure what would look good on me since I’d never tried on a wedding dress before. Stacia listened to all my thoughts; likes and dislikes and after trying on so many gorgeous dresses I liked; SHE brought down THE dress from upstairs. After listening to me and seeing me try on dresses; she found me the ONE. I was soooo happy! She truly knows what she’s doing and cares so much about making you happy and feel comfortable with her. She was super easy to work with and knew exactly what to do. I was so impressed that she took in all my thoughts and was able to find the dress that was ME and made me feel so confident. Visited here for an appointment for my friend’s bridal gown hunt. It was such a breath of fresh air after visiting the big bridal dress store that was crowded and anxiety driven. Oak City Bridal has a unique concept and a very personal touch. A very pleasant experience and service. I’d recommend brides to visit here especially after visiting one of the big one-stop bridal shops. The change in pace will be a welcomed change and gives the bride and the group more time to think and enjoy.

If youre looking for a wedding dress that wont break the bank, but still looks fabulous- this is the place for you! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was initially skeptical about having to put a deposit on my appointment, but they were well worth the money! I had the entire shop to myself when I went in for my appointment. The staff helped me pick out dresses that were within my very tight budget (no more than $650), and were very helpful with making sure I only saw options I could afford in the styles I asked for. Their selection was bigger than I had expected, and the dress that I bought still had tags on it from its original purchase. In addition to helping me find my dress, they also had great accessories that I ended up purchasing, and they made the recommendation for a tailor who did a stunning job with the adjustments I needed for a reasonable price. 10outta10 would strongly recommend to anyone looking for fantastic service within a tight budget.

I had the best experience at Oak City Bridal with Stacia and my family! The dresses were all gorgeous and reasonably priced and Stacia was incredible. I was a little nervous about dress shopping, but Stacia made it so easy! I’m a little more reserved and I loved that I was able to get in all of the dresses by myself and Stacia then would come in and help me finish zipping. Before my family or I were able to see the dress, Stacia used the clips to help make it look perfect which helped me to not bias myself against dresses that weren’t quite how they would actually look! I tried on a lot of dresses and there was nothing but support and ecouragement from Stacia! I never felt rushed or anything negative, it was just the most positive and fun experience!Also, my sister brought my 7month old nephew and it was the easiest setting to bring him to with our family being the only people there and Stacia just being so down to earth!I found my dress here and am so in love with it! A huge positive is that I just got to take it home with me! A few of my friends have had issues with their dresses when it has to be ordered for them. Shopping at Oak City takes that anxiety away becuse you leave the store with your dress. The whole experience was absolutely perfect and better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you!!! :)
