I really loved my experience with Maggi Bridal. Pamela was my bridal consultant and she’s fantastic. We tried other bridal stores in the Raleigh/Durham area but nothing compared to Maggi Bridal. The quality of dresses they carry is so much better than other stores. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. My original dress I originally bought didn’t fit when it came in. I’m not sure why, I didn’t go up in my clothing size from the time I ordered to when it arrived. Maybe sizing was off or ran smaller with the designer. However, Pamela was a pro at handling this situation. She was quick to come up with a new game plan. She had suggestions for making that original dress work but ultimately I bought a new dress which I LOVED. She gave me recommendations on where to buy a petticoat for it and where to get alterations done. I couldn’t be happier with my dress. I would absolutely recommend Maggi Bridal to any bride looking for a wedding dress.

I found my wedding gown in November 2019 at Maggi and Pamela was my consultant. It was my first time trying on dresses so I didnt know what to expect, but Pamela was so great, helpful, and patient. I went to another bridal gown store afterwards to give myself more options, but I ended up coming back to Maggi because I knew I found the one (the 5th dress I tried on). Highly recommend any bride to find their dress at Maggi!

As a photographer and bride I have both worked with and shopped at Maggis bridal. I speak to their high quality of service and kind representatives. It is always a pleasure to photograph a gown from Maggis Bridal as they make the experience fun and easy! The only part thats not easy is trying to choose which gown you want as they have sooo many wonderful options, thankfully their expertise and knowledge points you in the right direction and brides you can leave knowing you chose a dress that will not only photograph beautifully but will make you feel stunning for your big day!

I was originally scheduled for two weeks before my completed appointment, and despite the fact that I called to reschedule just before the 24-hour change period they were absolutely accommodating due to my illness. When I was able to visit, Sarah was incredibly supportive in helping me understand the various price points, designers, and the organization of the dresses so we could make best use of the time. She listened to both what was said, and filled in the gaps of what wasnt to provide us a meaningful and successful experience. When the time came to make a decision, her insight helped me go with my gut on the dress, and make sure that my choice would age well-- including selecting a veil. She was accommodating of our unusual circumstances (we are a big football family, and she did not even second guess our decision to watch a game in between dresses), and thorough in helping us understand the timeline moving forward.Despite the fact that I live five hours away, my experience at Maggi justified all my reasons traveling here to honor the appointment, and the upcoming alterations on the dress I ordered. From my initial contact through the present, I am appreciative of all that Maggi has done to make both our appointment and my upcoming wedding special days!

I was really impressed with the service at Maggi Bridal today. Barrie was so helpful. She was there for everything we needed and gave us plenty of space for family discussion. She took the brides choices seriously and picked out several dresses right on target. She also offered support for Mothers and bridesmaid dresses. I am a plus size bride and I was so nervous about boutique shopping. I was also very picky about the exact vision I was looking for! I had been to several places and was starting to feel like I may not find the dress I wanted. I worked with Barrie who helped create a custom sleeve for my Justin Alexander gown and made it into everything I dreamed of! I wanted a long lace sleeve and needed to add it to my gown. I trusted her and she was able to give me the best guidance. She understood my vision (and my budget!) and walked me through the process from start to finish. The lace came in right on time and the seamstress I worked with had it looking flawless. You would have never been able to know that the dress didnt actually come with sleeves! Maggi Bridal did not disappoint. Trying on dresses was easy and fun. The boutique was clean and very well organized, unlike some of its local competitors. All of the girls there are kind, enthusiastic, patient and super knowledgable. Pick Maggi Bridal and you wont regret it!

Maggi Bridal was a great experience. It started with Amy being super helpful in having a sample dress I had been eyeing delivered to the Raleigh shop for me to try on. Once at my appointment, Zoe aided me in trying on several other styles as well as the dress I had requested to be delivered. I found my dress! Zoe was great about communicating price points outside of the budget. She offered suggestions for veils and styling of the dress. She made the whole experience very comfortable and successful!

I LOVED my experience at Maggi Bridal! My stylist Emma was SO great and I found my dress right away (it was the first one I tried on!!). I had gone to a few other places in the area and was pretty unimpressed and disappointed that I wasnt allowed to walk around and look at styles myself. That was not the case at Maggi Bridal! I was able to walk around the store and look at every dress myself and try on as many as I wanted to.Emma and the team even set up another try on for me the following weekend while my MIL was in town so she could see the dress and I could pick out accessories. I made an appointment at maggi bridal a few weeks ago and just had my appointment today. The stylist Zoe was fantastic in helping me find the exact dress I had envisioned. She listened to what I thought I wanted, we tried a few things on and she adjusted the dresses she pulled for me based on my feelings in each dress. The area for brides is very clean and private so you have your own space to try on with your friends. Barrie helped me to customize the dress exactly how i wanted it (we moved the slit from the middle to the side) and she helped with pricing, delivery timeline, and offered invaluable advice on ordering my size in separates. My shopping experience could not have been better.

I originally went to Maggi Bridal when I was a bridesmaid and my friend was a bride. I absolutely loved it! I decided that I had to go there when I was looking for a dress! I was definitely excited looking at the dresses (I found two that I really liked and ended up saying yes to one of them!!!), some of the comments made by the consultants rubbed me the wrong way. For example, I brought some of my friends to the salon and I introduced them as such (as my friends). While I was changing, I heard one of the consultants talking to my friends and mentioning how they were introduced as friends and not bridesmaids. I had been planning to ask them to be bridesmaids, but hadnt gotten their gifts in yet so I hadnt been able to ask. Also, I wanted my friends to pick out dresses they wanted me to try on so they could feel like a big part of the process. I tried one on that wasnt really my style but it made me happy to try it on for my friend. After I told the consultant that it wasnt for me, she said now that weve gotten the friend dress out of the way and then got me in a different dress. Comments like that made me a little upset. This may just have been my experience (I would have given it 5 stars the time I went as a bridesmaid), but it kind of negatively colored my time there. I did, however, find the perfect dress and I felt like despite some of the things that were said by the consultants, they were very good at their job. They asked me what I did and didnt like about the dresses and helped me figure out what I wanted for myself. That was truly what I needed!UPDATE: Barrie reached out to me after seeing my review with an extremely heartfelt apology. I know that even though her thoughts could have been phrased differently that her heart was in the right place and that she loves her brides!

We had a great experience at Maggi Bridal with my daughter. They truly made it a special day.

My sister found her dream gown! And Zoe helped us find a beautiful selection of gowns! Can’t recommend Maggi’s enough!

So today I purchased the dress that I will be wearing in 2022, which I am so so so happy that I found my dress. Thank you very much to Barrie, she did an amazing job, helping me find my dress and everything I said I didn’t want I actually did want and if it wasn’t for her I would of never known.
