Walking into a store and having the associate or manager giving you a warm welcome most likely tells you that you’re about to have a good experience.; never imagined it would turned into an amazing one.I needed a couple of mattresses but I wasn’t sure which one would work better for my back and for my daughter. Sheldon, the associate walked us, my daughter and I, through all the different types mattresses and their functions. His knowledge and professionalism helped my decision a lot easier.Sheldon went beyond my expectations making my visit an amazing experience. I bought a mattress from mattress firm in 2017. The mattress started to sag causing hip abs back pain. I was well within my 10 year warranty from Simmons beautyrest but ultimately they wiggled their way out of paying the warranty claim. I received a call from Stenio Joseph with mattress Firm. He addressed all my concerns and gave me a couple options that was not only fair but very fair. I would and will do business with mattress firm again. Although the manufacturer did not warranty the item as requested, mattress firm came up with a solution we all could sleep with. Thank you mr Joseph.

This shopping experience was easy and convenient. I needed a box spring and a frame. Hamilton helped place my order. It took about 5 minutes. We scheduled delivery and it was the most seamless delivery ever! I received reminders and even a call and email 10 minutes before the delivery truck arrived. When I went into Mattress Firm on Old Wake Forrest Rd, I was flying blind. Phil helped me so much with great customer service and genuine care. He was patient and flexible in the best way. A month later when the mattress was delivered there was a bit of a snafu with delivery. I called the branch in tears thinking the base I purchased wouldn’t work with my bed frame. I spoke with Hamilton and he was beyond accommodating and understanding. He presented me with my options, had me send him pictures of my bed frame and then walked me through how to make it work. Hamilton was really my hero this week and I will recommend him and his store to anybody who will ask. Thank you Phil and Hamilton for making this experience so great. It was good! We knew exactly what we were looking for so our experience in the store was quick and easy. We have a delivery set for 10/31/20. As long as all goes well, we will buy from Mattress Firm again and I’ll recommend Mattress Firm to others.

DJ was awesome, intended to buy two twin mattresses but walked out with 4 mattresses and 4 really nice pillows. He gave us a great and fair deal without the hassle. DJ explained the quality differences between each mattress and pillow and was not pushy at all and cut right to the chase with a great deal, will return!

Hamilton was very friendly and professional. He took his time going through all the mattresses for my son without ever feeling rushed or pressured. He was so great to work with. I would recommend him, the store and would purchase from here again!

Very knowledgeable! We’ve been going to Mattress Firm for years! And regardless of which location, the customer service is always extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional!

My husband and I were greeted by DJ and the other store manager as soon as we walked in. They were both with other customers so we waited a few minutes. We begin walking around the store with our kids and testing out different mattresses. We knew what we wanted and DJ gave us his expert opinion on the specs and quality of each mattress. DJ explained all the financial options and because of his awesome customer service we even picked a few things up for the kids. The process was smooth and our kids didn’t want to leave the store. I will NEVER patronize this particular store again! In fact, I highly doubt that I will do business with this company in the future.The treatment that my father and I received by the store manager, Hamilton, was appalling, unwarranted and downright disrespectful. Not sure how he was able to obtain his current position but he certainly doesnt deserve to keep it if he continues to treat customers in the manner in which he treated us.I really believe in giving others the benefit of the doubt, especially in todays current climate, but there is absolutely no rationale or justification for how my father and I were treated today.
