My wife and I purchase a 2021 Acura TLX Type S from Leith Acura in August 2021. We live in central Pennsylvania and looked all over the local area for a Type S. The very few available were priced up to $10k over MSRP. One dealership was actually encouraging a bidding war with the vehicle going to the highest offer. Leiths internet salesperson, Kerry Leeburn, offered us a Type S for MSRP. Most of the transaction was handled over the phone/internet including valuation of our trade and financing. We scheduled a date to pickup the car. Upon arrival, it was as advertised and ready for us. The transaction went off without a hitch. It was a pleasure working with Leith. I wish they would open a dealership in Pennsylvania.

People were nice. However they would not give me a spare key because they didnt have one. They said they werent obligated to do so. They stuck a non matching tire on the rear just to pass inspection.I drove my 2018 Camry out of the lot with the fuel indicator not working which they paid to have fixed at a later date. I had to buy my own spare key and another tire.
Great people !! Registration out or state has run afoul !!!!! Its been going on four months and we still do not have a registration for this car (Mercedes Cabriolet) in our home state. All of the title work was sent to the wrong DMV and has yet to be found and processed. Dan Kennan also promised to reimberse us for the temp tags weve had to get from Delaware. Its been a true nightmare trying to get this car registered in our home state as we had to track the paperwork ourselves. Still waiting for Dan to send us a check!! No word from Mike Leith & Co. Sad !! Not a repeat customer because of this fiasco !!!!! Sorry Bob !!!

I have been coming to Leith Volkswagen car dealership since I had my car this year. The reason is because I dont trust anyone to fix my car but the dealership. They service are great to me.
Absolutely amazing dealership with a beautiful selection of cars, have bought multiple vehicles from them over the years and recently picked up this one, they were also able to order my BMW sneakers for me so definitely check out the BMW life shop while youre there, excellent cars at excellent prices and of course the service is what you would expect!
Its easier here? Not so much. Purchased a 2018 Tundra 1794 edition, so not an inexpensive vehicle by any means. After the test drive I pointed out the damage to the rear bumper. Seemed like with it just needed to pulled out slightly and touched up. Any break on the price? Nope. Also, the interior had peeling trim around the cup holders. Again, not a deal breaker and seemed like an easy fix. All would be addressed when I picked up the truck later. During our attempt to finalize everything, their servers went down. Unforeseen issue, but four hours to finish everything and an hour drive home was not how I wanted to spend my evening. Fast forward to picking up the truck. The rear bumper had a noticeable hump in the top treads where the repair was supposed to occur. After their repair team looked underneath, the clips had broken and it needed to be replaced. In addition, the interior trim was not fixed. Said they were still determining if the cupholders needed to be replaced or possibly another solution. It had been a week, how much time does it take to find a solution? They took the truck inside, installed new treads on top of the rear bumper and said they would let me know when they had a solution for the interior trim. Two months later, no fix for the trim, so Ill figure it out myself. Also, shortly after I purchased the truck I received a nice form email from the General Manager thanking me for my purchase and asked for feedback. I provided feedback in an email, but do you think I received a response? No. I love my truck, but the buying experience and service left a lot to be desired.

I purchased what was supposed to be a new discovery from range rover and was misled please process. The vehicle was sold with the police that there was a scratch that was fixed on the rear quarter panel. We have since found out there was more substantial damage. The vehicle has been in the lease shop more than we have been able to drive it for seven months we have had it. The service manager has been horrible in the vehicle has been returned for the same issues multiple times. Even the customer satisfaction manager has gotten involved in submitting a claim to Range Rover corporate for a complete vehicle buyback but we are now going on well over a month with no further communication. The general manager has never returned a call. Do not buy from Leith range rover jaguar
Browsing their website on Sunday afternoon. Saw the new Land Cruiser I wanted. Hit the “chat” button and asked if it was still available. Got a call in a few minutes. Negotiated the deal w a trade and they delivered the new Land Cruiser to my home the next day. About 100 miles away. Very happy.
I purchased a cargo van in early January 2021. To say I was disappointed and underwhelmed with the dealerships service during and after the sale would be an understatement.The salesman had zero knowledge about the vehicle, and was very unprofessional and lax during outrage appointment. He said they were detailing it when we were doing the paperwork...the van was dirty on the inside and the sticker was still on the window when I went to drive it away. When I pointed that out to the salesman, he ripped the sticker off and left the adhered sticker left behind on the window with no intent on cleaning it off.They screwed up the title paperwork and I had to go back to the dealership. Being self-employed, and working 12 hrs a day on the road, this was actually very difficult for me to go back and resign. I emailed the manager of Leith three times about my experience, and I received crickets as a reply.Will never purchase another vehicle from Leith Nissan. Their service is the watered down drink at the bar.

Very long buying process anywhere from 4-6 hours sitting in dealership. They Do Not haggle on prices and do not budge on what they give you on your trade in. Ive bought several vehicles from them and seems to me they dont appreciate customer loyalty but that might be all dealerships
I left my auxiliary power on overnight and had a dead battery in the morning. Honda Roadside Assistance got me jumped, and the service representative at Leith gave me an immediate battery test, verifying it was recharging fine. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service!
I’ve always had a soft spot for Leith Honda since they corrected an issue, on the spot with no appt. on my 2002 Honda CR-V years ago when we were visiting NC.So now that we have retired in NC, I have taken my Toyota and now my Passport to them for service.Service advisors are always friendly and helpful.So if you’re wondering why I didn’t give them five stars, it’s because they didn’t offer me a complementary wash after my first oil change in my new Passport. Most dealers that we have used in the past always did this.It’s a nice touch and very appreciated.

Saw a vehicle online contacted Leith MBZ to find out the availability of the vehicle. After several phone calls the deal was done. Drove to Raleigh to pickup the vehicle. Easiest purchase ever and I had a trade that they never saw before closing the deal. Now that’s customer service at it’s best!
I traded my car in and I enjoy my car however I just wished the salesperson sold me the car more. Taught me how to use the functions in the car etc. The few other things I had an issue with was handled prompt no hassle. I would like to continue to give business to Honda will just have to use a true salesperson.
Leith BMW treated me horribly regarding a service issue. Treated my insurance adjuster horribly, i for sure feel it was racially motivated. The manager Jason, was so nasty over the phone and in person. Did not attempt to resolve my issue what so ever. I will never deal with any Leith company and wouldn’t suggest them to anybody.

Went to test drive a vehicle and my husband tried to negotiate a price. The salesman was rude and laughed at us. He told us that it would sit on the lot until sold or goes to auction. So, missing out on a sale right then and there to sit on the lot and sold at auction. Wow!

I test drove a 09 Toyota Prius. First the a/c didnt work and it was 95 deg.They fixed it and I tested again. Car had many cosmetic issues. So I offered $4500, they were asking $4995. Car salesman said they do not negotiate used car prices. Now 5 days I later I see they reduced the price to 4700. I wouldve paid that but glad I got a better deal elsewhere. Smh
I came for oil change and it was well executed service! It was quick. And I even waited at their new lobby while having hot chocolate provided by the service manager. Awesome staff and with totally excellent service that you couldnt find easily in any dealership. The price of oil change package is cheap! Like $80 for 4 oil changes. You couldnt beat that. They even offer it to other vehicle make and model. Now, thats unheard of. I would come again for their other services. Im impressed. I recommend this outlet for all they Good they do.
I have purchased a few vehicles from dealerships and this was one of the worst experiences I ever had with a dealership. I purchased a brand new 2020 from them at the very beginning of June Unfortunately, I wrecked my Jeep at the beginning of July. I did purchase GAP coverage at the time of my purchase. When I initiated the claim I got in touch with my insurance company, then my GAP coverage. The GAP insurance never received my paperwork or the check from the dealership. The dealership said they sent the check at the beginning of July, we are now 3 weeks into my claim and the GAP insurance still doesnt have my information nor a check. My insurance company as already paid their portion of my claim. Leith Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge on Capitol Blvd are now the ones holding up my claim to be finalized. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional on how I have been treated by Leith since I made them aware something was wrong with the GAP coverage. Tyrone the Sales manager and Clayton in finance are 2 of the most unprofessional men i have ever encountered in the car buying process. I recommend to future car buyers, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Leith Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge on Capitol Blvd!!!!!!!!! They take your money but dont seem to file important paperwork immediately. GAP insurance coverage should be filed right along with the other paperwork at the time of purchase not 4 weeks later. Just looking out for my future car buyers.

We purchased 2 jeeps, we leased another and my sister in law leased a jeep on the same day my wife did. We had/have a 2015, 2020, and 2 2019’s.I dealt with Burke for the first jeep. Really nice guy.When we returned we worked with Cornell. Our sales experiences were friendly and both sales people were very knowledgable about the products they were selling. When i stop in for service and see either of them i always get a big wave or hello.The good experience carries over to service. Friendly, knowledgable, and get me in/out quickly.Our jeeps all perform great. Theres been a recall or 2 but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Regular service has been limited to oil changes otherwise.When the cars were new, and we called in with a question, cornell was always at the ready with an answer.Theres no question that we recommend this dealership or Cornell to someone who wants a new jeep..There is usually a large selection of vehicles.

I just bought my New Land Rover from Leith Raleigh. Buyer beware when it comes to finance dept. we had a deal sheet, trade price, and lease term. They prepd all the docs and made a 2k mistake on the lease for my trade. Everything else was fine. Took it back and corrected it. Came back, I spot checked, and they corrected it. After getting home, I noticed they added 5 months to my lease term. I immediately called and they said they do this term to keep payments low. I said NO. We had a deal and fix paper work OR I can pay cash. Matters not but fix. They went silence. Nothing. This is my first car with Leigh and it will be my last. Hate this about buying a new car. Trust is all you have.

I have used Leith to purchased at least my last 3-4 cars. I also referred my brother who purchased his car and my mother who also purchased her car from Leith – almost all of these done at Leith Toyota . I had been thinking about trading my car in and when the pandemic hit and they closed so many places down I made it a point to go a purchase my car then to help a local businesses . The transaction with Lieth Toyota went ok, though the sales person was new, We worked through it all with ease. The trouble came after…It was during the height of the pandemic so was not going many places, about a week after we purchased my son took my car and when returning home let me know the breaks didn’t feel right. It was the first chance we had to take It on the highway. I called and spoke with my sales person who said nothing could be done, which I didn’t feel was right since I had only had the car a very short period of time. I asked to speak to a manager who never called me back. I called once again and left a message with the font desk person and again no call back from the manager. The car was shaking at times when we pressed on the breaks and at other times it was ok, so didn’t pursue it as I should have.Fast forward just a couple of months and took the car on a road trip, the breaks shook so hard that it was hard to hold the steering wheel, it was a scary situation but had no option other then to drive as I was in the middle of nowhere.When returning I called to make an apt with Leith Toyota service to see what was going on. I let them know the car was purchased just a few months ago and they went to drive it to see if it shook for them. They let me know they could not recreate the shake, the service tech who took the car out let me know that sometimes if the car sits on the lot, the roters can get warped. I asked them to take of the off the pads and look at the roters but said they could not since the car was recently purchased sales would need to get involved.A sales woman came out to talk with me – she was no happy coming out, no apologies, not compassion. I explained all that had happened and was just looking to have the roters looked at and she refused, said it was my problem once I drove off the lot, not the attitude anyone should have in a business. Now mind you, I was NOT asking anyone to pay for this fix at this point, just to look at the roters so that I would not get put into the situation I was in on my trip. The sales person refused to have service look at my rooters. I left upset and flustered, I wasn’t asking anyone to pay for this, I was looking to get a situation fixed and service and sales refused my business. The only sane reason I can come up with is they knew there were issues caused by Leith or knew the roters where bad when they sold it and they didn’t want to see, why else would they refuse me paying for a service?I have called the main Leith twice and no call returned. I am so disappointed in Leith, they used to be a great business who stood behind their cars, now they dodge calls and don’t support their customers once they get the sale – shame!

I brought my 2014 Dodge Challenger into the Leith Dodge dealership in Aberdeen for a vehicle safety recall and visible fuel leak. They called and simply said I had a fuel tank leak coming from the side of the tank and were able to make this determination without dropping the tank and actually noting the exact cause, but quickly offered me to trade the vehicle or pay $2400 for a new fuel tank replacement. When I challenged the accuracy of their assessment I was told by the Service Manager to leave the dealership.

I will not be venturing back to this location for the tenure of the SUV I purchased from them. Ive had it for a couple months. Im a busy person, and the brakes have been bad since I drove it off the lot. But I listened to my friends tell me to drive it for a little while see if its normal. Well I finally take it in. And they tell me they are not going to make it right. And Id have to pay for the brakes and rotors which means there point inspection was B.S. Then on top of that, it took them 45 minutes to find my key. 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. Cary Acura is a much better choice. I got a car from them and I had no brake issues until a year later. Raleigh location was telling me but you put 4K on the car LOL....never again.

The car cleaning behind mercedes in Raleigh does The worst jobs I’ve ever seen. I have to pay to get my car recleaned. Unacceptable!!! Poorly managed detail. They clearly do not care. I had crumbs in my cup holder, car had drip lines dried into seats from cleaner, hair all over. Absolute mess.

I tow vehicles into Leith for service, so this will only few about my experiences with getting a towed vehicle into their hands.How much would I love it if any of the guys from service were to hop on a golf cart to meet me- ANY of us tow operators- in the lot, grab the keys/relevant information, to help me get right back on the road?

The service center took great care of my Alfa Romeo 4C and really seemed to know what they were doing. They also sent me lots of pictures and gave me lots of progress updates throughout the service.I also purchased a used Alfa Romeo here and Aaron Thomas treated me very well.
