Talked with Travis there yesterday after having my car break down on the way into town. Showed real concern about my situation and wanted to help if he could not knowing what was wrong with the car until it was towed to his shop. Once there he took the time to discuss with me my options and his concerns and lack there of. Tested a few items and determine I didnt know much work at all. He shook my hand and let me on my way. Travis made the statement after me asking about whether or not I need a new part and his words were no reason to pay for something you really dont need. I knew right then I would be back to see these goes. Wouldnt even allow me to pay for his hour he spent with me testing my car. I live in Greensboro, but if I lived in Raleigh I would use Travis and his services for everything.

Jimmy and the crew were honest, friendly and very professional. I definitely would recommend this mechanic shop to you. If and when my car needs to be serviced I will be back.

Carfix is a very professional, knowledgable, and trustworthy mechanic shop. The customer service is unmatched and they never try to take advantage of their customers. I have taken my BMW to Carfix twice now, and each time has been great with zero issues. They perform high quality work every time, and keep my car running at its best.

The service is so-so. However, I suspect the Carfix of overcharge me. The invoice showed only the total of repair. I asked how this number make up such as parts charges and labor. He refused to give me the explanation. In my past experience, I always get this basic information from the repair shop. Being honest with your customers is important to gain their trust and successfully building credibility for your store.

Very friendly, trustworthy, and kind. 10/10 would recommend Jacob and everybody at CarFix to my friends. They communicated everything clearly, sent detailed reports of their findings, and answered all of my questions. I felt very safe with my car in their hands.

Initially I was turned off because they quoted me twice what 2 other auto repair shops gave me for an estimate for a wheel bearing change. This was the best experience ive ever had with anyone fixing my truck. I called them this morning, they sent a tow truck to my house, looked at it, called me 3 hours later with a diagnosis, AND fixed everything before 5pm, so I could enjoy my weekend. Big shoutout to Jimmy for educating me and making Friday the 13th a little more bearable!

Mike and his team go above and beyond for their customers. I was out of town when my elderly parents car malfunctioned so I was unable to take care of it for them and Mike and his team treated them like family. Even going so far as to help them get a Lyft home while the car was being repaired (my parents arent tech savvy). Im so appreciative for this shop!! 1000% trustworthy.

We highly recommend both Carfix locations as we have had our vehicles serviced at both. They take the time to really listen to your concerns and do not do any work without your permission. They also do an awesome job of listing out what the immediate needs are vs the future needs which we really appreciated.

This place has expert Audi technicians and I highly recommend them. I made an appointment back on July 13th for an oil change. They were ready for me when I got there, offered to give me a ride home until the job was complete and did a through diagnostic on the vehicle and even replaced a gasket that was causing oil to leak from my vehicle. They went over the options and did not make me feel pressured into repairs. I definitely will be coming back with my work vehicle for maintenance and repairs.

I was very surprised to hear “CarFix” when I called to schedule a brake service a few months ago. Since that time, I’ve been in for a couple of other maintenance items and really appreciate the service. They take the time to actually show you problems and have worked with me on price to keep my 2004 approaching 200k on the road. There isn’t a shop dog though...yet. :)

I enjoyed my first experience with the Premium Imports team. Drop off, pick up, and all communication was fast and efficient. No salesmanship. They even offered to give me a ride home after dropping off my car which was a pleasant surprise. They also love dogs which just means theyre good people in my book! Im officially done with taking my car to the dealer for maintenance.

This shop took on repairs that others refused. Specifically working on my 4runner from up north with rust issues. Didnt complain or even mention it. They simply did what was needed for a reasonable price. I will go there from now on.

Took my wifes car in because of battery issues. Carfix removed the battery and quickly determined that my battery was bad AND that it was under warranty where I had purchased it previously. The owner loaned me his car so I could take the battery to have it swapped out under warranty. I returned with the new battery and they installed it for me and I was ready to go. Premium Quality! They helped me out right away and fixed my 2005 Honda Pilot right the first time. Described the moaning symptoms - Dropped it off without an appointment and picked it up ready to roll the next day with a new power steering, hose o-ring, and fluid. No more moaning sounds and runs great again.

Having just moved to Raleigh NC I needed an auto repair shop for my aging car and Premium Imports Auto Repair was highly recommended. My first experience there has been positive, cordial, and I much appreciated their shuttle service. I will return!

I was told by the dealership I had previously gone to that I needed to replace my brake pads (no specific reference as to front, back, or both sets) and that they wouldnt last until my next oil change. It was not a good time for me to pay for the work so I pushed back and said Id just do it another day.The folks as Premium Imports told me my back brake pads were fine and that the front ones could go a little longer, all the way to my next oil change, if I got the back ones cleaned. That helped me delay the brake pad replacement a bit and not shell out money I wasnt comfortable spending yet.Im pleased they told me about a temporary solution that could buy me a few months so I could financially prepare better

I dont know were to start. Premium Imports are the bomb. Everyone is so caring and attentive to their clients needs. I live in Maryland and had to have my car towed to their shop during The Christmas holiday from someone who claimed to be a mechanic. My car was really in bad shape. I wish I could move them all up to Maryland with me were I know for sure my car will be taken care of with excellence and integrity. They have such a good reputation the tow man said they are awesome and you will not be disappointed with their work. If I ever need work on my car again I will drive the 4.5 hours again to Premium Imports.Thanks guys and much love.

I have followed the owners of Premium Imports for over twenty years. I am the type to go by the manuals service intervals and requirements. These folks have taught with the amount of miles I drive per mouth what I need verses what the manual recommends. I now leave the service decision in their hands. They notify me before making any replacements and give several options. Reasons are explained to me in terms I can understand. I trust the employees working on my car and the quality of work/ service I receive. Friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. I have several friend now going to Premium Imports based on a their experience with Premium Imports.

The staff is so friendly and make you feel right at home! I feel like family when I go. I also appreciate how they arent out to get my money - they truly want whats best for me and my vehicle.

I had a great experience here. First time going and I plan on being a loyal customer here. Most other places are just here is your seat theres coffee and soda Machine over there. Then youre sitting there in awkward silence. Here they really made me feel welcomed. Plus they had puppies in the waiting room. Since they foster dogs, which I automatically respect folks who do this. Great place!I mean I said they have puppies! Do I need to say anymore?

Needed to find a new mechanic and came here based on the reviews. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and took time to talk to me about exactly what was wrong with my car and what to keep an eye on. The prices are reasonable, at least compared to my expectations based on the issues I was having. Best of all, they had two dogs there! Car repairs stress me out to no end so they were actually really nice to settle my anxiety.

This is a good shop. They are honest and professional and quite resourceful. They found a fix for my Honda CRV transmission, involving some kind of grommet, I think -- it saved me a lot of money and the problem has never recurred. They also service my 04 Lexus, which they inspected for me before I bought it in 2011, and have done a good job on that car as well, which has had no problems since I got it. They know what theyre doing, and you can trust them.

Its refreshing to trust my car to a group that, truly, cares about myself and my vehicle. They speak truthfully - all the way to being completely honest about whether a service needs to be done immediately or can wait until the next time. I appreciate their honesty.

A good friend recommended Premium Imports to me years ago and through several cars Ive always gone here. When I first went I had been having issues with a newer model Toyota Camry and the Toyota dealership was not helping. They were able to take care of the problem. Ive taken in domestic and foreign cars and have always been pleased. Recently I had my nephew take his truck in and they fixed him right up as well. I have always been happy with the staff and I feel certain you will be too.

I have a daughter going to school in the Raleigh area that had just brought her car back to school in January when the check engine came on. It was a very difficult problem to diagnose. I have to trust word of mouth about this car repair shop and I was not disappointed. They were very helpful, compassionate to her situation and went beyond normal expectations. They rescued her on the road-twice. They gave her rides back to campus. They worked diligently in resolving the problem. I cant say enough nice things about this organization. I will be having my daughter take her car there for any maintenance she might need, as well as repairs.

Weve been using Premium for 20+ years for our Hondas and Toyotas. The evidence of their great work is that we have two Hondas that are more than 20 years old and still run beautifully. And they are reasonably priced as well. Wouldnt use anyone else.

A friend directed me to Premium Imports. I have been looking for a shop that had women owners and mechanics. I took my volvo in for an oil change and they gave my car a once over, let me know any issues, and how we should monitor. I am very pleased and hope to have a long relationship.

We were traveling but needed an oil change. I found that Premier Imports was highly rated and requested an appointment. When I arrived, Cathy had already identified the unusual SAE oil type my car required. Cathy then placed a plastic seat cover and a paper floor mat in the car. The car was immediately serviced. Cathy offered me a cold drink and snacks while I waited. Wifi is available.Premier Imports is very competitive in their pricing and provide a pretty comprehensive vehicle inspection report. I was very impressed with their service and customer care. I wish they operated in my home town!

Premium Imports did an excellent pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was considering purchasing. They were very thorough and walked around the vehicle showing me the different problem areas. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle based on this inspection.

Im always confident leaving my car at Premium Imports because I know they do a good job and deliver great value. They go above and beyond, and when I get my car back I know there wont be any unpleasant surprises with the price OR the car! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Friendly and comprehensive services - I asked for extra services after I arrived for my appointment, and although they didnt complete it onsite, they took my car across the street to work with their associate same day so I wouldnt have to and all work was completed well within hours. I had to take my car there twice for the same problem that they didnt fix the first time, (temperature gage overheating), and after shelling out hundreds of dollars it still isnt fixed. I will not waste my time and money at this dump ever again.
