I needed a new PTAC unit for a garage apartment. These are very hard to find for self-installation. The staff answered my call right away and gave me all of the specifics of the units they had in stock over the phone. When I went there to pick it up, they were very friendly, they loaded up the unit into my van and I was on my way in no time. The price for the unit was the same as what I had found from online sellers.The next time I need HVAC parts, I will definitely be going to D&L again!

I cant say enough good things about D&L. Unlike many wholesalers who will only sell to licensed trade people, D&L will make an effort to find anything you need in HVAC. I have bought a number of items at D&L to do minor repairs, and tackle a few major issues too, with my HVAC units over the years. The people there are just plain friendly and helpful. Give them your business ! They deserve it.

Ive been a customer of D&L in the Raleigh area for a while now. Every time I call or stop in for parts I get amazing customer service from Jeremy and Jason. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I had a dishwasher issue and the first place I called told me they could order the part but that it wouldn’t be here for a month. I then called D&L and they were able to order the part for me with a one day turnaround and even called me the next morning to tell me the part had arrived.

Ive been doing business with D&L for a few years now and definitely have no complaints. Tony Lewis always goes far and beyond to help me with anything I need. Hes very professional and definitely knows his stuff.This is an all around great company.

After 15 minutes on hold total and having to call 3 times within a 15 minute time frame to get someone to take the call the woman who answered was rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been buying Trane repair parts for my business from D&L for almost a decade. Beverly, Stephanie, Tracy, and Robin are always very polite, efficient, and helpful. I wish all of my vendors were this easy to do business with. I can’t say enough about the professionalism these ladies bring to the table!

D&L has always had great customer service. Each month I have to contact their office for older invoices. Tracey Ford is always extremely helpful and courteous. We will continue to use D&L for years to come!

D&L never lets me down. Id like to especially point out how helpful and honest they are especially Rachel from Charlotte. I ordered numerous parts two of which had to be placed on back order. Rachel emailed me and said the warehouse mistakenly shipped parts wo waiting for backordered parts. She stated they would ship backordered parts as soon as available. Very impressed with the heads-up and follow up communication.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Went in to pick up a main control board for a fridge that had shut off over the weekend. I purchased the board and was able to save the service call fee, plus the typical you need this or that upsell. I will use the company for my appliance needs in the future.

The store that we got our dryer from 24 years ago said they had the heater for it. It would be $70 (shipping and handling was not mentioned),althoug) and it would be 4 to 7 days to get it to me, so I called D&L. They had it in stock at $50. I told them I would be down later that day. When I went in that afternoon, I said I called about the heater earlier (didnt mention my name). The counter guy said : Just a minute., walked into the back with part in hand and rang it up. I like these folks.

D&L (Heather) helped me find the right panel for my AC. Trane and vendor decided to make the panel option and leave wiring expose but D&L to the rescue ordered the right part and got my AC secured Thanks all.

I am new In the area and have a small repair company I have been to D &L on atlantic Ave. about 10 times I find the staff to less than friendly or helpful I will stand at the counter waiting for somebody to greet me and offer assistance and will be ignored but I do get to listen to the ladies talk about all the latest gossip. When I do finally get helped the attitudes are not friendly as if it is to much trouble to assist me. When I give a model or part number I am sometimes told I am giving a no good number even though I can type it into a web search and find my exact part. I think I will just do my buying over the internet from now on. Its too bad there are not more parts suppliers in Raleigh.
