This is funny! My husband walked into Cashwells today to buy a new drainage pump because our washer will not drain the water. Mike at Cashwells asked him, Do you have a baby? (A random question but the answer is yes, we do) Mike then tells him, I bet you have a baby sock stuck in the drainage pump. So, my husband buys the new drainage pump, but before replacing it, checks the old one and guess what....theres a baby sock stuck in it!!! Thanks, Mike! You definitely know your stuff!

Well I always buy appliance parts here. The staff is always helpful and gives great advise. Today however was a different story. When I purchased the part the nice gentlemen at the counter said do not install it and we will gladly take it back if this is not the problem. Ok great. I get the old parts off of my washer at home and take the new ones out of the box to compare. My old parts looked exactly the same so I returned the new one to the box put machine back together. Today less than 24 hrs after purchasing the part I return to get a refund as I did not need it. Turns out my hand must have been dirty when I put new parts back in box and it had a couple black spots on the new part from my hand. They would not give me my 27 dollars back. Unbelievable. Not a happy customer anymore.

Nice to still be able to find appliance parts locally who has parts in stock, especially when its an appliance that you need and cant wait on shipping. Been here a few times over the years. Great place.

Cashwell is the real deal. They dont act annoyed when I call to see if parts are in stock and they offer to order them if they dont have it but most of the time they are in stock. People at the counter always seem to be cheerful and in a good mood. The location is clean. There is plenty of easy parking and its easy to see from the street.

These folks are awesome! The manager was extremely helpful. They didnt have the exact part that I was looking for but he helped me find a suitable replacement motor that he did have on hand. He made sure that I had all the supporting components and even gave me some pointers.I got the motor installed in less than an hour. Their pricing was great, staff was helpful and even better...My wife is happy because the AC is back!!!!!!!!!!I couldnt ask for more, thanks guys!!

Being a woman I am use to walking into a home improvement store, or somewhere similar, and getting side looks and/or laughs when asking questions. The staff at Cashwell never once made me feel out of place, or talked to me as if i didnt know what i was doing. They were always polite, helpful and answered any questions i had in regards to what i was doing (fixing my dryer) without making me feel inadequate.Only thing I had an issue with was both times i needed a part for my dryer they didnt have it in stock, and had to order it which took 2-3 days. Would be great if they had more on hand so I wouldnt have to wait for the part i needed to come in.

I went to Cashwell to order a screw I was missing to finish a door assembly. When I got there I was greeted by Mike. Mike helped me to understand the product I had purchased and gave me a lot of great advice about up keep and other products that were similar and even better for my purposes. Mikes the best, super knowledgeable and friendly.

Chad and the guys went above and beyond helping us first time customers and Shadetree appliance mechanics understand how to install the replacement parts we bought for our mothers dryer. Also the only people that had the part we needed in stock. It was cheaper than some internet prices we searched as well. Kudos!!! Made Moms day!!
