Jeff stone and his crew are top notch! Took my truck that I smashed all up on a deer and turned it back to brand new! Looks better than befor the wreck! Took the extra time and did inside and out detail that I wasn’t expecting! Highly recommend!

My sons car was iced over, so he accidentally ripped the handle off of his Ford Focus. A helpful technician promptly arrived to unlock his vehicle that same evening just a short while later. The next day, Jeff Stone who owns this business, took time out of his busy day and performed a house call driving over 20 minutes later. He then helped us to disassemble the door in order to determine exactly what part was needed. This was above and beyond helpful because this was a repair that was not made by Collision Solutions, but rather one that we were handling ourselves. Because of his expert assistance, Sam was able to fix the car door the next day without paying a hefty service bill. Collision Solutions is, in my opinion, the best body shop in Quincy. I like that they will pick up my car with their tow trucks and bring it to their shop. They helped me navigate through all of the insurance issues and got my car back to its original condition.

Devin was able to make a repair to my vehicle for nearly $1000 less than all of the other auto body companies I received quotes from. Devin was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I received such great service and costumer service the I am going to go back and schedule to have other minor work done, at once again an extremely lower price than I have been quoted for anywhere else here in Quincy. Came early to get my door fixed - on Google and their own front door it says they open at 7am Monday thru Friday. Office door still locked 15 minutes after 7. Waited 15 minutes in the parking lot before giving up. Didn’t have to walk through the door to see customer service was lacking.

I wont go back to this place, at first they were nice on first accident then before that got fixed, I hit a deer and totaled my car. Not my fault. And they are dragging this out havent gave my insurance company all that they need so I can get another car. Its been almost a week. Needless to say I work 7 nights a week and I dont appreciate their delays in getting things done. I didnt have rental car on my policy but now I do. Lesson learned. Very unsatisfied.

Getting into an accident is stressful enough, but picking a repair shop to take your vehicle to afterwards can be even more stressful. I had no prior experience with a local shop, so I chose the first one on the list given to me by my insurance, and crossed my fingers. When I went for the estimate, Jeff Stone was the first person I met. Even during their busy time, they were able to schedule my appointment the very next week, and had my vehicle repaired in less time than they anticipated. Quality quick work got my vehicle back in no time

Jeff is an awesome guy to work with. Ive dealt with him and his business on three different occasions.. every time he has met and exceeded my expectations. One time a part they had to remove to get my body work done had come loose while out of town. When I got back I told hime about it and he replaced it free of charge fbecause of the inconvenience. Another time I got in a wreck and they said that it was hard to get new parts for that section and of that old of a vehicle. So he took the existing metal and made it look new again. Matched the paint to both of those incidents perfectly. And more recently I took himy a truck for a hood alignment. Thinking Id have to schedule a timeeting I stopped in to see what it would cost and to get it scheduled. He not only took the time to come out and look at the truck he fixed it right there and then in his parking lot. Then asked what I owe him he said dont worry about it that I was a valued customer. Greatest body repair shop Ive ever dealt with. Thanks again Jeff for everything you and they guys have done for me
