We had a wonderful experience at Copeland Street Auto Body with Craig and his crew. They were super helpful at every step, including working directly with our insurance company, providing a rental car for us, working around snow storms that happened in the middle of our repairs, and more. The work they did on our 2016 Highlander was impeccable and the car was spotless when we picked it up. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you need.

I had a very bad experience with this body shop especially the way Craig treated me. I gave my car to fix a small dent and when i went to pick up the car couple of rear lights and one head light bulbs were blown and he did not take any responsibility for it. he was very rude when i asked him to take responsibility and fix them .The lights were working fine before i dropped off the car . he also threatened to call the cops if i would not leave. Being an immigrant form other country and being a physician i never thought that i would have to face such a situation . Never ever deal with this shop, there are lot of body shops out there who would treat people like people. i would give 0 stars as this shops is not worth any star

Absolutely fantastic! Had a good sized dent in my beautiful car and it came out absolutely perfect! Completely professional, friendly, and the cherry on the top was the affordable price!
