Shawn is AMAZING!!! He is very open, honest, communicative, and KIND. I had a car accident and called to ask if he could fix it, and Im so glad that I did! He gave an amazingly fair quote considering the damage done, and he brought me back to show me my car and its condition and was very honest through every step. He had my car fixed in a week, when other places told me around 3 weeks! I will ABSOLUTELY go to Shawn again if I ever need anything fixed with my car, and I know that Ill send everyone else here as well. :) Thank you again Shawn for everything, it means a lot!!

Shawn the owner is very professional in fixing my cars with very efficient manner. Last time I had a big crash in the front bumper. He helped me not only paint it with not even one imperfections but also give me a very fair price. Hes a very easy-going person. Ill definitely recommend him to all my friends and family! WOW!! is an understatement. Shawn the owner of Quincy Collision & Frame Center, did an amazing job with my vehicle. The moment I walked into the shop I was welcomed, I had told the front lobbyist that I had an issue with my vehicle and they explained everything so precisely step by step on how the process of fixing my car would be like. The owner of the shop Shawn came out and take a look at my vehicle and gave me a free estimate on how much it was to fix everything. They charge a reasonable price for the outstanding job they did to my vehicle. I usually have trouble trusting car mechanic shops because they are either to expensive or they try to rip you off and make you pay for something that doesn’t need to be repaired, But Shawn and his team they went above and beyond to repair my car. Shawn is truly a professional and expert when it comes to cars. This is by far the best car mechanic shop I have ever been too. Thank you to Shawn and his team for fixing and making my vehicle look brand new again.

Well, Shawn is just the best!. I have called him on more than one occasion for rush, while I waited, service. He had me come in right away and he took care of my car right away. Whether by appointment or walk in, the work is done very quickly and the price is always fair and reasonable. He explains what is wrong and what needs to be done and gives a timeframe. Great work! I had my oil charge last Thursday at Quincy Collision. I think they were too busy. I didn’t get my car back later the day. I guess next time I should’ve call them to schedule appointment before show up.

In addition, they also didnt do it properly. After dropping my car off at Quincy Collision & Frame center, Shawn called them and had them come to do a proper appraisal. He also worked tirelessly and fixed my car over the Thanksgiving Holiday in record time!I also needed some additional work done on my car, and Shawn helped me choose the good quality parts at reasonable prices and had me back on the road without any issues. His expertise both in body work, and mechanical issues assures me that Im safe in my car on the road. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and hard work ethic.
