No longer owned by a private owner, Ive been at this location for ten years!!Ever since they changed companies its gone down hill!!!They raise the rent way more often!Now its over priced!This used to be the cheapest storage in the area but I doubt that anymore!!My unit was also broken in to and still havent been reimbursed for lost property and damages even though I have insurance. So wheres my stuff or my money and stop raising my rent!

Jayda was lovely! I came in for mattress covers and she was very helpful and friendly. She made my mundane errand such a bright spot of the day. She is such a gem!!! Thank you, Jayda!

They are ok for a storage unit place, I think they are a little pricey but my mom likes the climate control units they offer here.

Tamara was awesome. I arrived 5 minutes before closing with hopes of renting a space to temporarily store vehicle. Excellent management team. When I ran into some problems vacating my unit Adam and Tamara went out of their way to help me sort it out. The facility also upgraded secure access points while I was there, so theyre mindful of renters security needs.

23 December 2019 This used to be Safeland Storage and was bought by Public Storage. I moved to Safeland Storage to get away from Public Storage after being their tenant for 3.5 years! Public Storage raises the monthly rent 20 dollars every six months. Web search, Public Storage rent increase.Myself and other tenants refuse to do business with Public Storage. We are moving out and wont be tenants here when rent is due 01 January 2020. Public Storage evicted all commercial tenants from here that earned their living with manufacturing, production and machinery.There is a lot of storage in Pierce County that does not regularly increase rent like Public Storage. Web search, make calls and take notes for price comparison. After one or two hours of phone calls and taking notes you will have a good idea what places interest you.When calling around ask about their rent increases and take notes. Ask if the rent increase is every six months or every year and how the rent increase is determined. Most places wont guarantee what an increase will be. But theyll give an estimate like, Our yearly increase is usually between three and five dollars or four and six dollars. Or you might hear, at six months our rent increase is a percentage based on the market, with possible yearly increase of three or four dollars.Facilities that offer free or low cost move-in sometimes make up for the promotional loss by charging a higher rent when the promotion ends. Ask what the monthly rent is without a promotion. If you need long term storage a non-promotion rate may be a lower price. Bring a tape measure, pen, your notes and visit the storage facilities that most interest you. Measure units so you know you are getting the advertised dimensions, Length x Width x Height.
