Great experience. Very quick and easy process. Cyndi is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She made sure I understood each step and answered all my questions. She showed me the units and made sure I had the appropriate size and I wasnt getting into something that was bigger than what I needed. We are moving out of state and things are really hectic right now with getting everything handled. On a personal note, I was also having a pretty stressful morning (major car repair 72 hrs before our move) and by then end of our encounter, she had me leaving with a smile and feeling a little brighter. We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of the site. The unit was easy to access and the staff was very helpful. The best part was the availability of multiple carts which made it very easy to get our stuff to the unit and back out when it was time to move our things.

This has been the highlight of my otherwise tragic moving experience. Extra Space Storage is not easily accessible, roomy and clean. Staff are very kind and helpful. They also have boxes and other moving accessories for purchase which has come in extremely handy. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs it!

Very clean facility. I have the nice size outside storage and its perfect. I just moved out here from California and its perfect for me since I live 4 mins away. Surveillance cameras everywhere and I believe someone lives on the property. I feel comfortable that my stuff is secured!.

Moving across the state, and Jamie was able to process my rental agreement online. She was swift, detailed, and thorough. She was able to answer my questions by phone, and completing the rental agreement was easy and straight forward, even by phone from across the mountains. Was able to stop by a few days later to get the lock and keys for the unit, and this went seamlessly. All health precautions were in effect, and the facility was very clean.

Taylor is very helpful in setting my unit up and making sure I have all the information I need before I completed everything.

I went to their location and they didnt have a unit available at their location, but they set up everything for me at a new location, including getting a lock and insurance coverage... all while not getting any credit on their end since it was at a different location. Their storage units were clean and you can tell they are very safe! Thank you for everything extra space storage! I would highly suggest going to this location for anyone looking for a storage unit!

***UPDATE*** I love this place so much I moved to a larger unit and helped my daughter rent a unit! YOU JUST CANT DO BETTER! I truly have had such a wonderful experience. Cyndi continues to be handholding helpful everystep of the way! So Thankful!I used the online rapid rental system and it was so fast and simple. The only small issue I had was with the gate code on the final online rental page didnt list the * button at the end of the code. But when I came by Cyndi was super helpful with the gate code issue as well as walking me to my unit and showing me how my FREE lock works. A truly easy and wonderful experience.

Upped the rent to $250 a month for an 8x10. Out of no where. Like we arent having a hard enough time with 2020 already. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a wonderful experience! This is not my first time experiencing need for extra storage space. Extrastorage was clean, safe and well lit. Access to the space was easy and simple. Caring staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. I feel good about the place I am choosing to store at this time. This is a first! The experience I have had since renting this space is best yet. I recommend their Puyallup space and stuff without any reservation.

I actually have my unit at the Canyon location but I left them a 5 star review when I first signed up and google won’t let me edit it or leave another. My problem is not with the location or facility itself. My problem is that I unexpectedly got a letter in the mail stating that “Our rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on current market conditions.” Causing my monthly rate to jump from $64 to $75. I would LOVE for someone to elaborate on the changing “market conditions”. I was told by Cindy at the canyon location when I signed up that my rates should not be changing. This is a bit off putting. And I just thought I should let everyone know that the rate you sign up for will most likely change even if you’ve only had the unit for 6 months. Funny that you would raise your rates for your customers during a pandemic, leaves me to believe that customers aren’t in your best interest. Please feel free to explain, publicly I might add.

Clean and friendly staff although theyre going to raise your rent 30$ every 6 months. customer of almost 2 years and would probably have been another 5 if they would be reasonable about their price increases. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
