The online reservation process was smooth and the unit was ready on the day I requested. Sade provided excellent service and information and the whole process took about 10 minutes. The location is convenient and the facility is clean and secure. Im very please with this choice.

Best storage unit Ive ever used!

The facility itself was really clean and secure. You need a code to come in and out which gives you piece of mind. They must check all of the buildings on a regular basis because twice Ive left mine locked incorrectly and both times theyve called me the next morning to let me know so I could come down and secure my door. They also offer heavy duty rolling carts which made everything so much easier. The woman in the front office was really helpful everytime I spoke with her. I did a lot of calling around to find a place the first time; next time I wont bother and just come straight back here where they were straightforward and efficient and actually answer their phones.

Pricey, but its not their fault. Expect your rent to be raised often, thats the market and voters passing more money grabbing property tax hikes. They offer fair rates for secure, dry and upkeep of the storages.The staff is friendly and its a very low key place in a nice community.

Although we only had our stuff here for a few short months, I would like to comment on how amazing the staff is here . I only ever met two ladies . Forgive me for not remembering their names . One of them worked every single time we came, and then the other one we saw for the first time today . They are soo kind ! They do whatever they can to meet your needs . They are fair, not just trying to make a buck off of you . Our military movers were there today packing our stuff and the new lady offered us all water . Sooo sweet . The rules here are enforced, and I have to say I think that is great ! Often times places let you bend the rules because they don’t care or they just charge you instead of fixing the problem ! It is also great that it doesn’t cost you hundreds up front just to rent a unit. I was very impressed with this place, and if I ever end up back here .. we will definitely be using them again . Jolene and her staff at Emerald Storage are always very helpful. I have had at least one unit there for a number of years. The units are clean, have a bright light and easy access to them once inside the secure gate and fence. I would highly recommend Emerald Storage to everyone I know that is looking for heated and safe storage.

Mice infested. Do NOT put your valuables here unless you don’t mind it being covered in mice pee and poop. So disgusting!!!
