This moving company was phenomenal! We had a terrible experience that kept shifting our move-in date but APEX Moving & Storage was willing to work with us. The crews that came out to help us were professional and stayed positive throughout the whole experience. Dean was willing to help us when we had no other options, we were literally one no away from being in a hopeless situation. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional moving company!

Moving is hard work and at times even backbreaking work and moving from a third floor or up to the third floor is even harder and what with that said, I appreciate any moving transportation company that can do the heavy lifting for me. Overall this company did a good job theres a couple of minor things that happened that I didnt like Earth would appreciate it if it didnt do but overall they got my stuff from point A to point B

I was having problems with my current movers making the date of my move and called APEX Moving. Though I got situated with those movers I did get great service from Jedd and the team. They where ready to assist and ready to help if my original plans did not work out. Thank you for the potential assistance and I will recommend your services for being quick and professional. In addition not directing me to just go online to fill out a form and talking to me about my move was very refreshing.

Very professional employees that take pride in what they do. Always handaling the customers things with the mind set of if it was there own. If your just needing your furniture moved around for remodeling or if you need your whole house packed up and moved there the ones to call if you want it done right.

Second time Ive used Apex and both times have been awesome. Crews are very professional and very nice. They work efficiently and get the job done quick. Very attentive to needs and will jump in and help you with anything you need done.

The move went well but the big difference was the quality of the people (movers). Hard workers all and great sense of humor made the moving experience outstanding. I would recommend them for sure.

I had to have the movers come twice within two weeks because I wasnt able to organize my move like I wanted to. I was exhausted but determined to pack my own stuff. The three gentleman who came were patient with me, gave me sound advice, and did everything they could to save me time and money. This company is great!

This move was a little bit of a nightmare. I got the estimate which was fair enough, Wendy was prompt in giving me numbers and setting expectations. Where things got shady is that it was never explained to me what insurance coverage was included, nor that I have options for better coverage. It was just defaulted to 60 cents per pound per article. Not a word mentioned on the coverage at all. So I did a local move of approximately 3-4 miles apart, packed my whole apartment had it ready to go and this took about 4 hours to move things from point A to point B and I only have about 10 boxes, 4 totes, a queen bed and a living room group. 5 minutes down the street and it took 4.25 hours... they tried to blame the elevator but it only takes about 10-15 seconds to get to my floor and they had sole dedicated use to the elevator with an elevator key and everything. So that was one big issue. Then for the other more important and disappointing situation, my brand new solid wood dining set that is over $2k got damaged. The table chipped about an inch on the top edge in sight, and two of the chairs gouged deep full of dents and scuffs. This was $1600 worth of pieces damaged and they gave me a measly $121.70 for their damages and mistreatment!!! Never did they discuss additional coverage when I was securing them, never did they explain their terms. Then wouldn’t even listen when I tried to explain this! I am still flabbergasted at the insult of offering $121.70 which isn’t even enough to replace just a single chair. Failing to mention a service that is optional and beneficial is no different than lying to a customer. I feel completely slighted by this company for failure to explain their coverage and blatant disregard for their mistreatment of my furniture.

As I post this very satisfied customer review, just a week following my move, I wish to once again reach out to the very able Apex Moving & Storage staff members Dione, Ron, and Herman, each who carefully and diligently participated in making my recent move a stress-free and efficient experience. Your combined care and concern displayed when moving numerous fine furnishings, much of it both weighty and delicate, instantly proved to me that I had selected the right moving firm for carrying out this task. A hearty thank you is also extended to both Wendy and James, too, for their coordination and assistance given to the recent task at hand.

Quick and professional. Would recommend.First downside however is that we requested a wardrobe and mattress cover for our move, and the move team was underprepared by not having those items (after reviewing the mover’s instructions they were not listed by the relocation consultant). My recommendation for anyone using this service is to have the relocation consultant reiterate what items will be provided by the movers, and to specifically have them listed on the “move notes” and not just the “consultant notes” (you will only see these notes when the movers arrive).Second downside was that the movers were late. We were given an arrival time of 8:15-9:15 and they arrived at 9:35.

Our APEX estimator, James, is a true professional and provided a prompt bid and follow up. The office staff was knowledgeable & courteous. The moving crew comprised of Eugene (an amazing lead), Manu, Billy and Ron were on-time, treated each other with respect and humor. They were hands-down the hardest working crew we have experienced! From start to finish and on short notice, Apex was on top of our move! Our estimator (James) was professional and answered all of my questions. The day of the move, the crew (Clint) called to let me know they were on the way. After the walk through, they laid down protective mats on my hardwoods and immediately got to work. They were quick and we came in under time!

The guys did a great job moving my elderly in-laws. They were on time, friendly, and worked their tails off getting everything packed and moved in two days. I would highly recommend them.

The absolute worst moving company I have ever used. That’s what I get for trying to save a buck. First load out of the house to the truck they spell three boxes of depression glass. The next thing they damaged was an entertainment center that’s been in my family for over 35 years. My mom has moved countless times over the years and never once was it damaged until they got their hands on it. There was a three man crew that showed up and only one of the three really actually work. It took him four hours to move 50 boxes and one entertainment center. They tried to add on an additional credit card fee. At the end when I was looking at the bill they show their start time at 8:45 when they didn’t show up to the house till nine and then they try to say that we were done at one when we were really done at 12:30 and then to add Drive time into it have a half an hour 15 minutes each way..... The only words I have to say is con artist.Response to Owner response;We called in the middle of he move and expressed how we were feeling and they pretty much told us off. If their truck was not loaded with our belongings, I would have told them to get off my property! Don’t be fooled.

This is the second time we have used Apex to move family members. The team members arrived on time. They were very courteous. Introduced themselves and outlined their anticipated method of work. They treated our furnishings with the utmost care. They never stopped working. We were moved in good time and everything arrived in good condition. I would certainly recommend them for any move.

I called last week to schedule an interior move so we could get carpet installed, then had to cancel at the last minute. Wendy was really nice about it. Then I called this morning letting her know we needed their help after all. She said she would check everyones schedule and call me back. She called about 15 minutes later stating she could get a couple guys over to us in a couple hours. She set us up for a one hour move. The guys got here right on time and moved our furniture in 15 minutes. They were so nice. Since it only took them 15 minutes, the main guy handling the paperwork called their office and got them to take $30 off the original quote. Then they offered to move a large sectional that we were going to move ourselves. Talk about 5 star service. I hope we get the same guys back when we need them to put the furniture back!

The whole entire moving crew was fantastic. The guys were super friendly and did an awesome job moving our 4 bedroom home. They were professional the entire time and I am so glad that I chose Apex to move us. They really took time for each room to make sure the furniture was exactly the way we wanted it. We had to use our garage for storage and the team took the time to stack items so nicely. We would have never been able to do that ourselves. The time they took really set them apart from other movers we have used in the past.

They were wonderful to work with. Im so thankful for them! The guys even helped put my bed together which is amazing because i just had brain surgery. They were reasonably priced and the office ladies were very nice too. I would use them again.

The three young gentlemen who moved us were not only friendly, but very professional. There was a problem moving the piano because the proper equipment was not sent with them at the time of the move. They discussed it together and with us and determined that the piano could not be moved without ramps. That was very important to us because the piano was valuable and needed extra care.Our movers worked with their dispatch until a solution was found and another worker was sent with the ramps.Our three young movers did a splendid job and we commend them and recommend them. Scheduled appointment for estimate. When they didnt show up, I called Apex and was told it was scheduled for the following Thursday, not this Thursday. The did send James out later that same day and gave us a verbal estimate. We were told we would get an email with our written est. After a week I called and was told they were sorry and would have James get that to me. Another week has now gone by with no written estimate. I called them again and I asked if we were even on their books for our move on the 3rd and was told no. They dont do that until James emails the estimates and lets them know. Was told that James is their only sales person and works long hours. Thats unfortunate for their business because if he cant follow through, then they are going to lose a lot of business. Moving is stressful enough without wondering if you actually have a mover thats going to show up on moving day. Thankfully, in the meantime we reserved a spot with another company that gave us a written estimate that same day.11/19/15 Have since spoken with the owner, Dean, and found that an email of the estimate went to my SPAM file. I suggested letting the office staff know of this possibility so they could pass that info on to the next potential customer that may not know this. Dean apologized for James not making a follow up phone call, to make sure the estimate went through. My major frustration was with the office staff I spoke with on the phone. First with the error in what day I requested for them to come out and give me an estimate to the lack of follow through. I felt like that person was just shrugging it off. Dean stated that the office person I spoke with has since quit. I did let Dean know that during the estimate, James was very polite and professional. At this point, even though I didnt use them for my move, Ive amended my rating up to a 3 star for the facts that the owner did follow up and James was very polite and professional during the estimate.

I have used APEX to move three times now and will use them again in a heart beat, should I ever have to move. They are professional, friendly, efficient and took great care in moving my belongings. I hired APEX to unload a truck in Seattle. I was able to schedule them on very short notice of only three days. The service provided by the two-man crew was exemplary. They were friendly and worked efficiently moving the items into tight quarters.

Excellent service!!! Apex was awesome, in every way! Initially I contacted them for an estimate - they came out, were very professional, explained everything - all the options - nothing hidden, super helpful! I got my estimate which was explained very thoroughly to me and that it was an estimate and how it could maybe go up or maybe go down. Again, very up front and professional, nothing hidden at all. The date ended up changing and the office staff were nothing but courteous and understanding the entire time - I knew I could count on them! Moving day finally came and the moving staff were super friendly, helpful, and very efficient! What I really loved about Apex was they broke down those items that needed to be (e.g., a treadmill, some shelving) and it was ALL included - when I arrived at my destination and everything was unloaded, boom, it was unloaded to where I need it to be and all the items that had been taken apart were put back together! When I got my bill it was a wee bit higher than my estimate, which I knew to possibly expect, but it was because the weight of all my stuff was higher than had been initially figured, no problem. No surprises or hidden costs - and EVERY step of the way was professional, caring, helpful, and efficient! Moving sucks, but if I ever have to go through that again (I hope its no time soon!) I will most definitely go through Apex!

Do not use them!Especially if you have a small move. They will try to gouge you into a 4 hour minimum. Especially for weekends.I had them come out to take a look at a small move that would be maybe 2.5 hours. I was told that because it was such a small move it would be either a morning or afternoon appointment. I only had a small amount of stuff and so was going to use a Friday. I was told that they would call me to tell me when they would do it.They didnt call me back and when I finally called to find out whether it would be morning or afternoon, low and behold they told me that they were now booked and I would have to do it on a Saturday with the 4 hour minimum.Very clever.Dont trust them and use them only at your own peril. Especially if you have a small move.r

Moving is always a nightmare. I hate moving. But the APEX staff was really professional. They made the move bearable. Dean communicated with me and gave me a correct estimate. Granted I thought it would take less than 8 hours, which it did, but tried to move as much as possible. There was a bit of times I thought the movers might be slow on purpose but this is the name of the game. Both of the movers were very nice and professional at all times. They help put away all the boxes I needed in storage and also helped put together my dining room table. All in all I would certainly hire them again.

Fast, professional, cheerful and friendly movers. We had tagged boxes and everything ended up in the right place. Nothing broken, damaged or missing. We will use Apex again the next time we move. Thanks for making the process of moving a lot easier and less scary than we anticipated!

I needed to get 30 new cabinets moved up a flight of stairs without damaging or dirtying any walls or the brand new cabinets. Ulu and John spent just the right amount of time hanging blankets and planning their work to make sure everything went smoothly. 90 minutes of their work saved me an entire day with a friend trying to move these big boxes that were only an inch or 2 narrower than the stairway.Worth every penny and got exactly what I wanted

The 2 guys that showed up did a good job keeping our stuff from damage. However, I did see both of them taking a break after only working for 45 minutes. One was smoking, the other was in the truck on his cell phone. I wouldnt call them speedy by any means, but our stuff arrived safely for only going 4 miles away. Their paperwork had the wrong destination address so Im fortunate that I saw the paperwork or they would have ended up in the wrong place.

Had the very best packer ever! Arrived exactly as expected and did an awesome job packing fine china & crystal.

James came out and inventoried what we needed and approximately how much it would cost and took notes on what we wanted for my mom and dads furniture and was very professional and kind. Sheena in the office called several times to make sure that we knew what to expect on moving day and then she checked in with me during the move to make sure that everything was going well.The movers, Dani, Victor and Mace were the best. Timely, polite, friendly and efficient with their time and took EXTRA care with the furniture. Would use them in a heartbeat again. Kalapana!

What a great experience! Moving can be such a stressful experience on moving day, but Clint and Jesus took all the stress away. They were amazing. Hopefully, I won’t have to move again, but if I do, Apex is my choice. I can’t praise them enough!

Efficent, organized, did great job

So we used apex movers because they were hired by the military to move us from lake stevens Washington to Bremerton Washington over all a 2 hr move south. I have to say the packers were nice they were cool and very polite. However i feel like they didnt pack as well as they could have. While unpacking i found 3 broken glasses two of which went to a nice set my husbands grandparents gave to us our tv stand which is wooden and had some scuff marks on it before was missing the front piece of wood. My bed which was only 2 years old is now dipping badly in the middle when it wasnt before the move. When they came and did the pack out they forgot to check my pantry and ended up leaving behind 4 boxes granted they came back and got them that same day but still. There are a few more little things ive noticed as ive continued to unpack as well. Like my blu ray player was packed into a box and had other stuff piled on top of it with no bubble wrap or any such protection for it now it randomly turns itself off and on when it never did that before. My printer was also packed like my blu ray player was with no bubble wrap or protection for it just put into a box and had stuff piled on and around it. Like i said the staff was nice and personable and they were at least on time and kept in contact with us thru out the process but i feel like they could and should have taken more care to pack things and double or tripple wrap and pack them especially glass items or electronics and furniture.

We spoke mostly with Michelle on the phone to set up the move. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. Also, we had a scheduling snafu on our end so she and the crew worked with us to make things work out in the end.Eugene, Ken, and Felix showed up when they said they would and then worked really hard for 8 hours. Update, my items arrived overseas with multiple items completely ruined due to water intrusion into the shipping crates (crated by the movers at their location), which resulted in items completely covered mold, electronic components filled with water, and warping of wooden furniture. Im currently fighting with the insurance company but its now been months without any reimbursement.

The movers and warehouse staff are great and professional. My issue is with the admin staff and the prices they hit you with.

They arrived on schedule and started working immediately. We have several antique pieces and they were very careful moving them. The movers were quite friendly, and finished the move in a short amount of time.

Another Outstanding move!! I used their services back a few years ago when we moved here from Florida. We did a full move with them. I couldnt ask for better service! Make sure you call them!!!

I thought we were making such a safe choice when we booked with Apex. They have great reviews, and were recommended by our realtor. I now feel like a fool for paying more and getting the same, or worse service, than Ive gotten off the Uhaul directory for much less.So what went wrong? Nothing catostrophic. It was a bunch of smaller things adding up.1)They didnt take the time to wrap any of our furniture, though I specifically asked the movers to. This is what I thought I was paying extra for.2) They make you sign a waiver removing their responsibility for everything, broken electronics and appliances, large mirrors or other glass, any mdf furniture. They scratched the top of our glass table, and we had no recourse.3)They charge $2 per hour extra if you pay with a card. That is not just a straight fee to cover their bank charges, they are trying to diswade you form using a card. We used a check because of this policy. Then someone stole the account info from that account and routed money from our account. All info you can obtain from a check. Could just be a coincidence, but we rarely use that account.I will say that for the most part everyone was nice. The movers hussled to try to get as much done as possible, though I was really wanting to have a few priority items moved with care, and told them we would take care of the rest ourselves. Im sure they had good intentions trying to get everything in the place moved. Unfortunately the result was several nicked and scratched items.
