I think its wack that people are mad. like its a walmart pharmacy. what are you expecting? yeah its a hassle but its... not different than anywhere else. fred meyer? rude and back and forth. walgreens? rude and annoying. bartells? actually pretty good i like them but oof expensive for me. i think you should appreciate the fact that they deal with some annoying people, but come in every day and give YOU what YOU NEED.

Most INCOMPETENT pharmacy staff. These people literally have zero clue what they are doing. Working on a refill for over an hour. Keep calling me up to say its not done working on it. Horrible attitudes and customer serviceUpdate, another week another joke of customer service. Every week that I get a script they say they dont have it then 10 minutes later it magically shows up and they say it was just then called in when I know for a fact it was called in an hour previously. They are the rudest people on the planet and act like you are putting them out like how dare you ask for the script you are there to pick up

If I could rate this place with ZERO Stars, I would. They have been very cold, un-helpful and down right rude to me. My son b as Desperately needed his med and they have thrown up so many unnecessary road blocks to prevent this that I ended up just using a different pharmacy!Go to Nicholsons in Sumner.....they are AMAZING!

Worst pharmacy ever. Turn my Prescription in on Saturday then i was gonna pick it up Monday then find out it was ready but I have to get a PA to go through insurance on medicine that Ive gotten there for a year or so more, then I can on Tuesday after the PA cleared and its not ready. how does it go from being ready on Monday to not even be ready on Tuesday and then I have to wait another hour and a 1/2 yeah what a joke were going to Walgreens starting next month.

Fast and professional..always greet by my first name..and the meds are always there!!! Nothing but great service!!!

For people being taken advantage of I think the staff is very good. I would give the staff 5 stars and the Walmart management a 0

Horrible. Called needing answers in a very bad situation where I needed medicine refilled and the staff members kept picking up and slamming the phone down. i switched pharmacies. i dialed them in error trying to reach my new pharmacy once and the person picked up the phone and slammed it down to hang up on me. glad i switched. other Walmart pharmacies are alot better. DO NOT USE this one. they do not care about the customer so who knows how they take care of your meds

Had a serious tooth infection ..dentist called in my antibiotic perscription the day before i arrived. It wasnt in the system since the denrist wasnt in theur system. They had it straightened out in 5 min. Then had my perscription ready in 10. Pharmacist personaly told me how to manahe my osin with over the counter combo of tylenol/advil togetger. I was amazed how efficient, polite & concerned the staff was. Ty Walmart for having such terrific employees

Im sorry but there pharmacist dont know anything. I go in with a doctor slip of the medication I need and they search it up on Google and ask me is this the right one like hello arent you spouse to know!! They ordered wrong medication for me. And there so rude. Im 8 months pregnant and they made me wait 2 hours just so they can call my doctor to get an approval when they didnt even need his approval cuz I had a slip from him with his approval. Need to get better trained pharmacist. After 2 hours of waiting and no results got tired and went to Walgreens, got my medication in 5 minutes without needed anything except the slip!!They dont care about there costumers!!

Only one other person here, 5 people working, and everyone is moving like theyre drugged. It shouldnt take over 36 mins to fill one generic, pre-bottled medication.

I LOVE Nisa. Shes awesome. She remembers me every time and shes so polite. I hate the Wal Mart staff, but shes the exception. The other staff members, Kayla.. the one who chews gum all the time.. the others.. theyre just awkward and rude. Thats the only reason I gave them two stars. All the rest of the Wal Mart staff is rude as f***. I cant stand them. They could definitely learn something from Nisa! Thank you Nisa for making my Wal Mart experience enjoyable!!

10 pharmacy techs on staff. Only one handling the register, one filling prescriptions and the other eight are in back having conversations about the night before, vacation plans etc. Not doing much else other than avoiding eye contact with growing line of customers waiting.I was the only one waiting in line. It has now been 20 minutes and there are now 5 behind me. Several have come and left during this time.

Wish there was no star option. This place is a complete 100% joke! Its the same situation with every visit I unfortunately have to make to this pharmacy. They do not care 1 bit about our time or the way they treat us as the customer

The pharmacy needs to figure out how to make things go smoother . People shouldn’t be waiting for hours after they had their subscription sent in days ago.

Told me it would be 2 1/2 hours before my prescription could get filled because they were all going on lunch.
