Customer service sucked. I have never been treated so poorly at Costco. My mother who is deaf attempted to ask staff if something was in stock and the older male completely ignored her and didnt even make contact and the younger lady was rude with her attitude and tone. I understand that it is busy and it is the holiday season but no one deserves to be ignored by staff or treated rudely.

I like Costco. I get my eye glass prescription here. And I just purchased an HP Laptop. Great price❤ Just bought another kitchen gadget 🤭 another ninja foodi for me.

They now have self-check, and regardless of how you personally feel about such things, I do like the idea of being able to check-out quickly when I only have a few things. Im also disabled, so not having to wait in a long line is appealing.Anyway.I rolled up the self-check, in a store-provided battery-powered cart, and before I could unload, a sales associate came out of nowhere, and scanned my few items in the time it took me to get my method of payment out. It was pleasantly unexpected.

This Costco is smaller, but still has good service and is well stocked. Just wish the aisles were easier to maneuver.

Always have interesting things; food, gifts, household items. Prices are very reasonable, but some items are just too big to be used by some people, unless they have a family.Always a good treasure hunt!

How can you say anything bad about Costco? They have *almost* everything & its quality name brand clothes for example at phenomenal prices. I wish I had been using my membership more often. The Lucky Brand pajama pants are so soft. I might go get some for myself! Socks fit great. Only wish they had more selection but that may be greed talking haha. Always on point Costco. Thank you.

Ok this is a very unique Costco with their parking and fuel station. Now once you get inside they have the standard Costco baseline of items but then they had items i had not seen in any other Costco stores.Great job to the Costco buyers in finding some great items for this store.

I can always find something I need or maybe even just want. Weve bought home and office furniture that has worked out great. We consistently buy groceries and we can always find a great deal.

Went to the optical department and must say they did a great job! They were very careful and triple checked my measurements. Im very happy with my new glasses.

This place is pretty awesome I love how theyre catering to the keto community and have 100% grass-fed beef for around $4 a pound pasture-raised eggs for $6.98 for two dozen Plus countless other awesome deals. Produce seems to be a little on the expensive side though and I wish they had some at least cheaper cuts of steak that were affordable. Edit: They said theyre going to delete the 100% grass-fed beef patties everyone when you go to Costco put in a request for the Kirkland signature 100% grass-fed beef patties frozen flood them Tell them you want this!

Always find something that you dont see in grocery stores. Everything Cashews and honey citron tea mix! Keep the surprises coming lol and all for a great price! Example the honey citron tea I found on-line for $29.99😱. It is 7.99 at Costco for the exact same sized jar. Its worth the membership fee for the fuel savings alone.

Extremely crowded. Lines to check out were incredibly long. I felt totally rushed by the person who checked me out! I was so flustered I believe I gave an extra 100 bill! Had to call the store once I returned home to have them check the till for an overage tonight! Gas lines were horrific! People in parking lot are very rude rushing you to leave so they can get a spot to park!! I will never go back! Not worth the headache especially when you spend a fortune there to be treated like Im in a welfare line! Ridiculous!

Everything I want. Everything I didnt know I wanted. Everything I didnt know I needed. Costco has it all.There are two ways to shop here [or any Costco].1] block out 2-3 hrs of time, look at everything. Youll find something. And free samples are delicious.2] make a shopping list. Stick to it. Depending in how long your list is, you could be out within the hour.

Theres always something unique here in the region at Costco. Found a balsamic reduction, keto snacks, American wagyu jerky, Hi-chews, and cheese from Brittain. There were also plenty of sparkling water on sale. The self checkout was nearly empty and the workers were helpful scanning the items in my cart too heavy to take out of the cart. Will be going back for a few more things later.

Love it even better if Covid was over I lobed to go there before we shop and down a get foot long hot dog and a soda Pop

I always go to Costco, Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone is always helpful, friendly and customer service oriented.

Costco is unique! There is a lot of stuff that you find here and can’t find it anywhere else . Prices are fair and customer service is at point! My only complaint is how different the warehouses are. The one closer to us has completely different things from the one 10 miles from us . I know some things are seasonal but the furnitures should be the same

First time Ive visited this Costco location and it definitely didnt disappoint. The store layout was a bit different, but everything was easy to find and the selection was excellent as always. We entered the parking lot in the back of the store, but couldnt exit that same entrance if we wanted to turn left and get back on Highway 512. The employees were friendly and everything moved quickly and efficiently.

It was hot inside and lot’s of people as always. But great customer service. You have to love the place.

I purchased a cellphone which was easy and painless. It was easier than going to an individual phone carrier.

My husband and I went here to pick up a few things but the store was really busy. The plus side was the checker had us checked and on our way back home.

Aug 15: Employee did not wash her hands when exiting restroom stall. When I asked her about it, she said their policy is to wash their hands in the break room. When I asked for her name she refused and her tag was backwards as to not be able to see it. She then took off her mask to confront me about how she didnt use the restroom 🤯 I informed another Costco employee who said he was a manager and didnt seem to care much. Simply saying, yeah I know who she is. Way to go Costco 🤢

I always have an excellent shopping experience at Costco. They are very efficient in helping me find things if I cant myself. The pharmacy is always on top of things and the staff is very nice! We shop Costco a lot and Im glad we have a great one to go to!

Today I brought my nephews with me to Costco and we decided to grab some pizza’s and ice cream. There were young women who were very fast to clean and sanitize the tables, and chairs that people were using.Thanks Team Costco

It’s a Costco! You don’t need to say anything else besides that! Costco is a great store great people but it does seem that the gas at this Costco is about two cents higher than the one in Tacoma. Also they need to add a diesel pump!

Awesome. It was crazy busy but in a good way. We just got here to Washington from GUAM, so we applied for a membership. It was kinda pricey but the associate that help us assured us its gonna be worth it. Lots of benefits like cash back, discounts, lower gas prices and more. We also did a walk around and got a free 40 count water bottle case.

Great customer service. Employees seems happy with smiles on their faces and ready to help customers at anytime.

As far as Costcos go, this one is small and out dated. There arent many gas pumps and they are all very slow so you have to wait longer thwn you would normally. They are also always out of a lot of items. Not bad in a pinch, but I prefer the Bonney Lake location.

I love all the organic products and healthy choices Costco has! I have learned to shop when they first open in the morning, or about 45 minutes before they close so it’s not as crowded. And I try to never shop there when I only need one thing😂!We love their prices on things we need often, and we save a lot on cakes (and their yummy pumpkin pies!) and flower choices for special occasions. They are also an ethical company, and have a great hassle-free return policy. I love that the gas pumps are open even before and after Costco hours...it’s all so handy. ☺️

I dont know why but it seems like every time we go to this Costco they are always out of everything that were looking for. Ive never had that happen at a Costco before. We just moved to this area and this is now our closest Costco. I dont know if this is just a coincidence or what but its really weird. The gas station is easy to get in and out of. The parking here is a little better than most Costcos.

I love Costco, especially the Bonney Lake Store. Also, their gas lines have minimal wait times... However, i always come out with a $300 loaf of bread, eggs, and milk...

Very busy store but got through it okay. Well stocked store. Nothing missing afternoon shopping very busy. They had stamps at the register which was nice. I shopped in the afternoon usually do that store in the morning. Much less crowded then.

Shopping Thurday 20th August at check out had the pleasure to meet Amber she expressed she had only been there for a week she was so sweet and helpful I brought my own carry out boxes she felt bad I had to pack my own groceries.

A quick stop to grab essentials. Place was busy and bustling as usual.

Sean in the optical department was so helpful. I was beyond frustrated with my new glasses. They kept just refitting them (6 times). He was the 1st to check everything RX wise. Sent them back. Now they are fantastic. No more headaches.

Garbage service at the good court. Wouldnt let me make a to-go phone order. Cuz pizzas are available after i got there made me wait 25 min for a pizza. And the one they gave me was a 30 min old pizza that come from someone elses large order that was canceled.

Great place to over shop. Lots of good finds.

A slightly smaller Costco, but well-stocked, and friendly staff. We would happily shop there again! It is hard to beat Costco prices for meat, produce, and cheese. Also, if they have the home goods you are looking for, they tend to be higher quality for a cheaper price.

The fruit trees are a great addition every year. At a great price as well. They do also offer plenty of vegan options. The IV water is a must for our family.

I went to the eye center to get my daughters contact prescription filled. The prescription was for contacts that need to be changed every 2 weeks. I wanted a year supply like I always get each year. But they wouldnt sell me a year supply. They said my daughter could wear them for a month, and so 12 sets would last us a year. We said we wanted to change them every other week, and so we needed more. They told us no, and sold us 12 pair. They also said they were uncomfortable selling us so many because my daughters eye prescription changed, and they didnt think my daughter (who is 21) would be comfortable in these, even though she was in her test pair for a week, and loved them. Horrible customer service. I wish I knew who to talk to about this.

Great deals....but Im giving a two star rating because they wouldnt allow me to buy anything without their membership card. I also think that they charge an exorbitant fee for their membership!

Great place they make great cookies bakery stuff they make good pizza good hot dogs good ice cream all that they sell pretty good stuff they have good customer service I see you I feel safe in there because everyone wears a mask and follows the rules Id recommend you go there even if you have the vaccine youre supposed to wear a mask because you know we want to keep people safe I would recommend

It’s a good location.Gas station is kind of small - be prepared for long wait timesGets busy but it’s bearable.The self-checkout is nice but employees get in the way sometimes. Some of them are just chit-chatting and are standing right where you have to go. Besides that, all my other experiences here have been great.

Long lines but they get us through very fast! And always great customer service with friendly staff. Adam Wheeler is the best employee there!

Good location, the gas prices at this Costco are higher than the one in Federal Way. Besides that it is good, now you do not need a mask to shop around but masks are still available at the door.

I live fairly close which was a good thing. I went in for five items and only found one. I could not believe they did not even have Kraft single slice cheese. The Box boy asked if I found everything. I was a little frustrated and said no I only got one out of five today. He asked if it was probably an off-season item. That is always what they say. Kind of funny I can go to normal grocery store and buy clam chowder all year long but they havent had clam chowder that Ive found for over a year. Clams most becoming extinct LOL

Its a costco. Big and large. Getting to the gas station area is a bit confusing

It was packed. Lots of people going slow, looking around, stopping to talk on phone in the middle of the isle. None of them turned around to see they had a line behind them.

Always easy to shop, had everything I needed & more😀. Cashier was really nice and bagger. Will be back next week.

I love how they sell a variety of things from electronics, clothes, school supplies, furniture, to food. But they need to figure out the checkout lanes and the line you stand in to show your receipt. Between these 2, it takes forever to get out.

1st time there getting a membership, only problem was when going to the membership counter some dude at the end that checks your recipt, told me to wait in a line .....it was for returns, sadly i even told this kid with glasses and combover i was getting a new membership. So i wasted sometime there before actually going where i needed....5 star maybe later on, 4 star because i got miss directed and wasted time for no reason

We arrived at 10a.m. there we people coming out, we learned they open early for seniors.There were still plenty of us seniors there between 10 & 11! Plus all other age groups.Was pleased to find my favorite mocha mix back at the Puyallup CostCo!

So much nicer not being shoved out the door 5 minutes before closing while being hounded by employees asking if I need help cause the store is closing that you get to experience at another place. Instead let us finish grabbing what we needed and still got to deal with happy employees all the way to the one at the exit door about 20 minutes late. Thank you Puyallup Costco.

The supervisor Larry needs to find a job he isnt so miserable. He is the reason I wont be returning to this costco.Update * after talking to the general manager. I made the right decision to never return to costco. The problem is they just dont care about the consumer. Plenty of other stores in the area. Save your money! Spend it at a store that cares.

I try to always go there about an hour to an hour and a half before they close usually not busy. Can get in and out and no lines at check out. So, nope, no complaints.
