Signed for membership and by doing that I was able to save so much money. I want you to know that they got some pricey things, but also best quality. So if you want quality, here you will find it.

Stock of kitchen organizers very low, however I did find one compact silverware organizer that is very useful. Sales clerks were very helpful. There was not much there that I was interested in buying.

The store was clean and neat. The staff was outstanding and friendly. I will happily return for my future needs!

Always a good shopping experience, with merchandise well displayed, in stock and priced - given the sheer number of items and various price levels, so you usually have a choice. Sales people and cashiers are very helpful and knowledgeable, quick to check for more products if you cant find what you want displayed.Ive noticed a slight increase in number of sales people on the floor - much needed because one can be overwhelmed some times in the Kitchen Departments, especially!Plenty of parking, well lit, cart baskets, frequent sales announcements in mailouts, online catalog available, too.

The staff there are very good communicators and very honest and are very friendly and helpful and they have great items there

I wonder how this retailer has continued to stay in business. The customer service is terrible. Slow and non responsive.

Clean and inviting, not as cluttered as in past years. Yet lacking a bit of variety, in turn.

They have loads of stuff for bath, kitchen, bedroom, etc. Its packed from floor to ceiling everywhere you turn making me feel claustrophobic walking the floor. Store signage and pricing could be better equaling the 4-star rating.

All their beautiful towels have to be ordered on-line. They might as well close all their stores. Americans can sit home, order on-line. Sadbwhen you like to see the quality you are getting before you purchase something.

Beware of the reviews on their site!!! I had a bad experience with them and when I tried to post a review to their site on the item, I was given a reply from their product review team that my review did not meet their standards so it would not be posted. Now keep in mind, there was no swear words or trash talking, just a bad review of the product and how they handled it breaking. So buyer beware!!! If they are sorting what reviews can go up and what can not, you can not trust the reviews of the items on their site!

I would love to give them 5 stars but they dont do military discount for veterans. Boo

I like BB&B but they hardly had any of the garbage bags in stock. And my luck didnt have the ones needed for my garbage can, size J.Will try another time.

Staff is not welcoming to colored people... White lady in front of me. (hi hows your day going. Did you find everything ok?) (me completely silent no word spoken towards me. Not a Hi. Not a have a good day. Nothing... I guess ill go back to lakewood where colored people are welcomed.

Had a pick up order and they brought it out to my car promptly and was courtious.

I went today to use rewards on myfunds account. When I go to check out the very young lady cashier told me my myfunds gift certificate was inactive after she scanned it. The email that I showed her with the barcode to scan has cashier instructions and I told her she should probably follow that. Another cashier rudely said “you can’t use my funds in store only online”. I told them both on your account you select redeem in store and a barcode is sent to your email which is what I was using. Then the other lady kept making her irrelevant comments. She had the worst attitude.The young lady cashier finally called her manager who greeted me in a very friendly way and was able to use my myfunds within seconds on my purchase. I don’t know his name but the other cashiers should follow his example. There is no reason to be rude to people at all.

Helpful staff every time you walk in! I enjoy getting home products here. There is a variety on every price level to meet your shopping needs. If they don’t have it in store (special items or bedding hard to get sizes aka California King) they will order it for you hassle free! The store is always fresh smelling and clean.

2 Negatives: (1) Could not find price tags on almost all items we were interested in buying. Had to hunt down a clerk to scan some items in order to decide if we would buy the items; and (2) Used the demo/floor model of a foot & leg massaging device and willing to buy it for $349 but NONE in stock at the store. 2 Positives: (1) The Clearance items right now are a great deal at 50-75% off plus they can still let you use the 20%-off coupon on the highest priced item you buy; (2) The clerks are super nice and helpful at the Puyallup/South Hill-WA store.

Got a number of towels. Was able to find colour and size that I wanted. All in all easy and painless visit. Store was quiet, not many were willing to drive around on snow covered roads I guess. Parking was easy to find and parking lot had been cleared of all snow unlike our previous destination.

OK, this happened around early March, 2019. An emergency came up over Christmas so we celebrated in January. I received a $140 (thereabout) foot massager that needed returning. Through all the chaos, the receipt was lost.The first older woman was very rude. When Manager came, oh did she ever kiss butt. Sorry. Because there was no receipt, Manager took 30% off my product! 30%!!. Because he did not know if a coupon was used, which one was not.Afterwards, I continually went online and other places to get a coupon and never, never, came up with a 30% coupon. Only 20%. Could not find anything, and most staff were not customer service orientated. Especially while stocking. On third visit, I told the sales girl this and she took me into an office and we did Google searches. She went over and beyond.Unfortunately, still dealing with the Christmas tragedy, going in and being treated with rudeness and not believing me, was humiliating. Especially in that store. I just wanted the money that was owed me. A gift card was provided, minus about $30.

Had so much help today!!! All started with a gentlemen named Robert who approached me and asked if I was finding everything okay and if I needed any help. He showed me exactly where a pan I found online was and asked if I needed anything else and showed me where the measuring cups were and sunscreen. He used his walky to the person in the sunscreen department and said she would help me and once I came back over to where the pans were he showed me where the measuring cups were and through out this whole shopping experience he had great product knowledge and directed me in which item I should get. Thank you Robert for your amazing help!

Bed Bath and Beyond really does have it all. Including a bunch of my money!! Ha ha ha. Always have a good assortment of good quality merchandise, which I love a little too much. Kitchen gadgets? They have them all! Bedding?......well yeah, you betcha! And the staff is just super. Helped me find a weird little doodad I had wanted - and they had 2 choices even. Love that.

Had a really weird shopping experience here. Me and my fiance came to look at kitchen gadgets because they have the best ones. We were really enjoying our shopping looking at all the neat stuff and about halfway through the store we noticed we were being followed around. It got to the point where the employees would wait for us to move to the next aisle before they would walk forward. It was really really uncomfortable. So we just left the couple items wed picked behind and decided to leave. The manager was waiting for us at the door and then another employee followed us outside. I like bed bath and beyond but I dont think Ill return to this location.

Love this store, they have stuff I didnt even know I wanted. At check out tonight I had mentioned that I forgot my 20% coupons and she told me that I can come back within 14 days to have my coupons applied. Whhhaattt!!The staff at this store are very friendly and always available to help.We were here to find a shower curtain, their selection was so large, it took us about 20 minutes to look through them all.

I had bought a small air conditioner that wasnt blowing very cold air and I came back to return the air conditioner. The customer service associate was very curt and matter of fact about how I shouldnt have bought the product in the first place. There were no pleasantries exchanged before, during, nor after the interaction either, needless to say the service at this location could use some work.

Widest variety of name brands around. Its almost an eclectic experience with the individual departments having different ways of filling a need, or want. Fun store with dynamite discount, and return policies, too.

Staff was friendly and helpful

The cashier lady was very rude and lacks customer service skills. She ended up showing us the way out when we were still shopping. We wanted to use online coupons but she declined with negative attitude which made us feel discriminated due to being black. Hands down the best household goods store anywhere!I purchased several chlorine free shower filters from Bed Bath And Beyond and didnt realize it but one was defective. I discovered this after ordering new replacement filters and to my shock, the shower worked 300 times better than ever! I explained this to the store manager and he frankly said he would allow me to return the defective shower filter even though it was almost 10 months since purchasing. WOW!Bed Bath N BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Stopped in to do some shopping research for a Juicer purchase. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me options and even looked up things online at Bed Bath and Beyond, for me. Great experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly helping me find my item. I havent been inside in years and the sheer number of items was pretty overwhelming. Once I got oriented it was pretty easy to figure out where the item I was looking for was.

My wife and I have gotten a few things from here and we love there return policy here at Bed Bath & Beyond. If there is ever a problem they allow you to return the defect and get a replacement. This place is always helpful and they have quality stuff here.

What a retailer! You get lost in every corner. They have every thing you want at fingers length. Its difficult to say no to all the likeable items. Returns are handled promptly and with a great attitude. Made me want to tour the store. I bought 2 other items.

Some items are a bit pricey. I found some pretty good deals on their clearance items. Otherwise, the store is well maintained, they have a good selection and the staff is helpful.

Nick the manager was completely unhelpful in my return process. Item was brand new, unused, just the wrong model. He insisted I had used the item and would not swap the item for the proper one.Instead I called the auburn store, had the item swapped out in a matter of minutes, the manager Mark was a dream to deal with. The associate who finalized the transaction said the item was obviously unused, and was blown away at my difficult encounter at the Puyallup store. Ill avoid this store in the future. With so many buying options these days who needs the hassle...
