Was at target no one was helping just talking too each other. Could not find what was in ad for sale any where and no one too help. So drove across the road too WalMart. Had no problem getting help and or the product I was looking for at target.

Items are of good quality. I havent seen any inappropriately dressed people at this shopping center as depicted on Facebook. Laid out nicely. One drawback; however, is they move items around. 😱

All good picking up curbside order! Just want them to take coupons and stop giving unwanted bags.

Dont go anywhere close to closing. You cant get through the isles(pallets and boxes blocking every isle). I do give this one one extra star though they at least had the self check open. Most dont!

Weve been going to this Dennys for 14 yrs and have never had a bad experience with food or service. There are times they are extremely busy due to activities at Fairground etc. Our last meal there was served by Jennifer who was personality plus and a good server. Only complaint we have is hash browns need to be cooked longer. Their pancakes are Delicious !

This Walmart seems to have the best service available and the most items in stock. I am always on the go and never have time to shop. I place orders for curb side pickup and they are always very friendly, helpful and courteous.Another factor which is a benefit, this location doesnt have 20 bums standing outside harassing you everytime you leave your car or hanging outside the doors and sleeping next to the trash cans. I cant say that much for the other local Walmart.I highly recommend this location for all your shopping needs!

Its a typical Walmart. This one is very clean and well stocked VS some others Ive been to in the area. Checkout is pretty much DIY as they have limited lanes open.

I know they close earlier, but seriously just because Im there at 10.30pm doesnt mean I want to be run over by pallets, jostled by stockers and yelled at on the overhead. Its a madhouse of people who simply dont want customers in the store at that time. Why not shut even earlier and get rid of customers so the workers have the place all to themselves?

Its normally great sometimes there is a hick up but they are normally quick to fix it i prefer to order online it comes quick an never broke

Typical Walmart, nothing to make it stand out versus other stores.. Only complaint would be the fact that they only have a few hand baskets, and its been a couple months like that, just makes it easier then pushing a cart with a limited shipping list.

Bought some scatch tickets and got a couple nice hits! Was impressed. No long lines either. Stellar expierence.

DON’T DO ORDER PICK UP - THEY COMPLETELY SUCK!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband waited over 45min for our order pickup (time scheduled at 10:30am for 7pm-they had PLENTY of time to get it together). The guy waiting next to my husband waited over an hour before leaving and the lady in the next car waited almost two hours before leaving. NO ONE will answer the phone either, so don’t bother trying to get ANY level of customer service, they don’t offer that here.

Just went to get some Boxes, Apple Boxes only Apple Boxes. Must consolidate my storage and Apple Boxes are all the same size and have padding inside to protect your stuff. The Produce Manager was most helpful. In fact she went in the back and got all the boxes I needed for awhile. Shes was GREAT.

Pharmacy never has my stuff ready even if you call ahead of time. This has been going on for years. The lines are always long. Never enough cashiers. I remember back in the day associate would be in the aisle helping people. That is long gone. I finally gave up and got a membership at Costco. Bye Bye Walmart. As for staff very pleasant. Great at helping when you can find someone.

Arrived for a doordash, went to customer service, they called someone to get my orders, the guy came, said he will be back with my 2 items, waited 15 minutes and he never came back

That not all products that show are there in the super center is clearly a lie. Ive been looking for a certain product and it showed online that you guys had it in-store. I got there and find out its not there. So not everything is accurate, they need to update their online page. Quit wasting peoples time and gas money. Good grief

What can i say about this Walmart. It has its up’s and it has its downs.Today’s visit 7/07/21 was much better then yesterday. Out of all the times i shop at this store i have witnessed employees being unpleasantly rude to other customers. But i have also seen excellence customer services.I’m glad this store finally found-out that having the alcohol/ liquor upfront would be much better vs having it at the rear of the store.

Getting worse. Poorly stocked. Prices are rising. Good chance you wont get what u came for.

Employees do not know the products in their own departments. Very few employees. Hey owner give out the wages to get good workers and people will be inclined to spend more money.

I went in to do a simple return with my receipt and I paid with my debit card. The lady at customer service asked if I wanted cash back or put it back on my debit card? I said putting it back on my debit card was fine. I’ve never had issues anywhere else it literally goes back on my card before I even leave the store. Not in this case because she failed to tell me that it refunds as credit and I’ll have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund back on my debit card. I called to speak to the store manager and was blown off. I did my return on 6/25/21 and I’m still waiting for the money to hit my account. What are they doing with my money in the meantime? Moral of the story, always get cash back, because they take your money and make money off of it while it’s in limbo.

Always interesting...8/17 went to Walmart to pick up household essentials and I couldnt find the dryel in the laundry detergent and an associate saw me looking lost & frustrated and he volunteered to help. He even offered to open 1 of the boxes since he was stocking the shelves. After I told him what I was looking for he actually showed me the area that it is usually stocked since there didnt seem any available and it was on a high shelf. I really appreciate that instead of saying all we have is what u see, or its at the end of the isle.I want him to know that I appreciated him going the extra mile like it was no big deal that I interrupted his work. Keep hiring people like him.On another note...see pictures

Waited over 30mins at the jewelry counter after aaking 3 employees and being told that some1 was coming, I even called customer service and it took another 15min. 9:30pm in a very busy neighborhood and they had 2 check stands open

They had Miracle Whip on the shelf that expired in April 2021 it was a whole case of it. What happen freshness, or zero counts. Totally grossed out, found myself looking at every date on the items I could find. Stock was low. Whats up.

Great! Just had to run in for a few items but ended up spending alot more time than I expected, and money! It was very well stocked for the first time in a long time. And the lines were not anywhere close to as long as usual! It appears the store has cleaned up a little from the recent past. Still not very safe after dark in my opinion at this location though.

This Walmart is undeniably one of the slowest and most aggravating places to shop ever. Their customer service is horrible and their employees are barley alive. Ive been waited ng for a teller named Janine to move this line for almost 20 min. Im wondering how she still has a job.

I ordered a fan online and picked it up at the Puyallup store, about 40 minutes from where I live. The pick up was smooth and the two people that helped me were nice and courteous.I got home and the fan had a missing part. I called the store to let them know I’d be returning it but I wanted to make sure they’d set one aside for me as these fans are running low on stock. The lady that picked up the phone, around 8:30 pm PST was extremely unhelpful and kept saying the same thing over and over. Finally, she hung up on me. I called 5 more times after that and I was hung up on every single time. She picked up the last time I called and pretended nothing had happened. I don’t typically make any problems when I have bad customer service but it’s really disheartening to see how people can be so mean when problems are not affecting them directly. Terrible customer service. Maybe Walmart should provide a better work environment so that employers are not so jaded that they don’t even care to be nice to customers. They know nothing will ever happen to them. Horrible experience!

This particular walmart on 31st, worst customer service. No matter how many times I ask an employee to help me they just walk off. Yellow vests included. The only ones that I like are the walmart drive up people. They are actually kind and considerate. The rest not so

Much cleaner, better stocked, better variety then the Lakewood store.

The staff are nice and there is plenty of cashiers so you dont have to wait in line long.

This Walmart has a decent amount of inventory but no employees and everything is locked so it takes 45 minutes to get a bicycle air pump.

Rude staff. Always pallets in the way of shelves. Front line supervisors seem to enjoy talking to each other rather than noticing 7 people in a line with many registers not even open

Walmart is Walmart you know you get what you get with them its pretty much like I know when Im going there that its going to be packed at certain times and I also know that Im going to be getting strawberry and stuff at a better price but I would say its close to the same quality as the name brand stuff on most things so Walmarts okay my mind especially when I can save so much on groceries

Never enough cashiers, period!! You see Walmart back in the day of customer service there were these kids called courtesy clerks and they bagged your groceries and asked if you needed help to your car and the check stands went way quicker.

I like the openess of the store layout.I usually go on a non busy day so it us not crowded. I prefer the self check out since I used to cashier at another retail store so Im used to that. The young man at the in store at Mc Donalds who took my order ( if forgot his name unfortunately) was very friendly. He complemented me about my tattoos....lol Overall a friendly store.

Theyre pretty good. Dont ask anyone if they have anything in the back they will usually lie and say no just cus theyre lazy.Dont pick anything from the front of any of the frozen isles just in case the item was put back afyer being out for long. Ive seen workers put freezer items and dairy items back into the doors when they should be marking them down and tossing them.

Atleast they have pretty much everything you need.

I like to go to walmart to do my shopping, but sometimes I feel that the cashiers dont like their jobs or they just dont want to be there. I get it, but if you dont like your job, look for another one, one that you know you will like. But until then, dont let your unhappiness reflect into your customers. Im not judging, because i dont know what may be going on in your life, but if your acting the same every time I come in, then im sure that youre just not customer service material...

Waited over 20 mins to pick up my Wal-Mart.com order. Nobody shows up after 2 worker have called for the person that work there. Wont order anything again.

The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! I use Samsung pay and bank thru them so I have a blacked out debit card with no numbers on it.You can see the numbers (and the identical card) in the app, which I showed the supposed manager (older lady gray ponytail) with my receipt requesting cash on a 86 dollar return she said, they cant accept this card... when the app accepts it perfectly fine.. the teller accepted it when I made the original purchase..Not a big deal just have to wait 3 days till it deposits back into my accountRidiculous tho...The only little bit of power she probably has ever had and she chooses to be rude with jt..SO YA GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE 160TH WALLY WORLD for at least decent customer service

A lot of items dont have prices and not much of a selection in clothing sizes. Food selection is okay but some of the produce needs to be rotated out. Employees were nice tho so thats why I gave them 4 stars.

The in-stock is extremely horrible, I do understand alot of places are having a hard time getting inventory in though. Almost all the spray paint was gone which I needed aloy of it for my small business to finish orders with. Plus the people who collect the online order basically run through the store and dont care nor apologize for almost running you over. They dont look where they are going ever.

Not very helpful, seems like everyone is under a microscopic lens but maybe thats just because of my fabulous charm! Still I give him a three maybe if they treat their employees better maybe they would get better workers.

Always out of what I need and horrible customer service, especially in the garden center. I had a guy paged twice. The third time I called customer service and they sent the guy and a coworker. The guy was rude and wasnt in Walmart attire, so I had no way of knowing he worked there nor his name. He got snide, saying he saw me why didnt I flag him down. He was helping another customer with a grill (I realized he was an employee when he did finally come to me).I didnt know he was an employee, and he never came back.

Puyallup Walmart seems to always be very busy no matter what time you go, lol. Picked up some plain vanilla candles for the showing of our home sale and a less busy looking shower curtain. Also, I am spray painting a dead bush in the front drive way. Walmart had the exact spray can color that we needed. Our realtor has instructed us to stage our house very simple and to remove 95% of everything, lol. Hope it sells fast for lot & lots of money!!!

Walmart always good prices but some locations are better than others, you kind of have to try different ones to see what fits you best, some have more clothes, some have more crafts, more camping, etc.

I went in to order a cake for my son’s birthday and the bakery staff had their masks pulled down under their chin. This was gross enough, but when an associate came over to talk to me they came around the counter and stood way too close with the mask still down. Zero respect. I left feeling queasy about the encounter and will not be ordering a cake from this bakery.

Everyone was really nice. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. And before I left the restroom. The cleaning lady was there.

Come here quite often for a lot of things. Great place with great prices.As of right now it is a bit confusing with merchandise being moved around the store. But overall manageable to find what you need.Its a hit or miss with workers knowing where things are located in my personal experience. As is the same with other places so not a surprise (some new some seasoned etc)

I’ve always shopped at this specific Walmart since I moved here in 2010. Just two days ago I had to return a product and was rudely denied by a team lead by the name of Marsha at customer service. Even with my Walmart app receipt because Walmart have an option where customers can create an account and keep your receipts marsha wouldn’t do the return saying they don’t accept online receipt even if its the Walmart app it is still invalid, and that their trainings include not accepting these kinds of returns. I was baffled by her rude comments and the way she treated me. It was like I stole the product than made up my own receipt. I even had my last four of my debit card to prove my receipt and purchase but she refused to scan the receipt from the app. She rudely turns away to gather herself for a minute because I was asking for a manager than she turns around and says “with your purchase & the product you bought it has to be given back to you in a gift card!” I demanded to get it back on my bank card and that I didn’t pay with a gc, if only she would scan the receipt we wouldn’t have to go this long at disagreeing because simply she didn’t want to help me with my return. The very next customer behind me had a return of curtains with no receipt and she quickly did the return with no hassle except the customer was caucasian & she gave an island girl the biggest hassle even tho I had a receipt and everything.
