2021Very nice and polite employees and tentative. Young and eager to help. They provided a relaxing environment and deserved my patronage. I ended up purchasing some items and was a pleasant experience I dont know what else to say but Thank You.

I came into the store with my children and experienced something horrible. I seen the manager who said her name is “Tiffany” mistreating her staff. I don’t plan on bringing my children to this type of environment no more. Please get this under control no staff should be treated that way. It saddened me and my children. We will not be returning till the issue is resolved.

Prices are expensive, but you get what you pay for! if you are looking for specific Nike and other top brands this is your place to go. youre probably going to pay a little more than a mom and pop shop, but you cant go wrong with a national chain with customer service of a mom and pop store!

Nope. I dropped $80 on a pair of shoes they refused to exchange the next day (too small). I admitted to wearing them so they said I couldnt return them. Their 400% margin on a one time sale is better than a return customer I guess. Bye Champs.

I will never ever shop here again . Worst customer service Ive ever seen. So I went in looking for a pair of Nike purple/teal free runs my 3 year old daughter saw at foot locker but did not have. so i tried champs on Friday to see if they had it and they also did not have her size, but the gal convinced me to buy another pair and order the ones my daughter liked so I said yeah lets do it. Well today I get the package as soon I got off work and I see that the sneaker is way to big just by looking at them. With my work attire on I speed to the store to find out I cant return them, because The manager there by the name of Marlin, Marion, I dont recall his name but hes a blk guy and a bit short and chubby and he says that they were worn!!!!! Im like dude how is that even possible!!!!!! I just got these in the mail not even a hour ago and I explained to him that I ordered it at his store and showed him the package slip and my tracking stating it was delivered today, So he would not give me my money back meanwhile my daughter was still at day care!!!. Do not shop here!!!! They trick you into ordering online and when returning they wont give you your money back and offer you store credit!!! On something You just received.!!!! . Shame on you dude, it was a$55.00 kids shoe, very petty and inconsiderate. Than he has the nerve to tell me he does not mean to be a dick. Who says that to a customer. And I do not write reviews but this time I had to because it was a purchase I made because I trusted the previous sales rep.

I think Champss Sports should add more new shoes or have new pairs cause last time i went they really didnt have new pairs 😬

Went into the store for a return and was questioned several times on why I was returning Kobe’s. Especially after his death. I felt like that shouldn’t be an issue of me returning some shoes with out being asked if I was trying to flip them.
