Lauren was extremely rude. Hung up on me twice. I was polite and she just seemed as if she didnt want to do her job. She even pretended not to hear me after I asked for a manager. She also avoided my calls. Disgusting customer service.

I went to the Journeys at the South Hill Mall for the first time today and the store manager Jacob helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Doc Marten’s I came in for. I would definitely give them my business again.
