Ever since I’ve started servicing my 2013 BMW 335i at this shop my experience hasn’t been anything short of fantastic. At the forefront of the shop, Kennedy is efficient in getting my vehicle checked in and worked on so waiting is actually viable! I was also given some very helpful advice from the technician Eric who explained a great preventative maintenance tip on my BMW. This service center will continue to thrive and keep my business with the quality of work I’ve been given!

Brought my 2016 BMW X5 35d to these guys for a boost in reliability. They installed a Buzzken exhaust and a Malone Stage 2 tune. Car runs phenomenal. Zero turbo lag, smooth torque curve and all the power it will ever need. Comfort mode outperforms the stock Sport mode. Job was done in less than a week. Would definitely recommend.

Sloppy work. I noticed some shortcuts before I even opened the hood, and once I did there was some untightened bolts and the cap off a can of brake cleaner or starter fluid or something. Pinched vacuum lines, broken clips, it even threw some codes before I got home. Also when I called about the codes they told me they put gas in it, but I had less than a quarter tank, so that was just flat out false.They talk a good game, but I didnt see evidence of quality work.Oh yeah, drained the coolant and didnt fill it to the proper level. Sigh.... thats just the stuff I noticed in about a half hour of looking.

Took our BMW X3 3m in for an oil change, when I picked up the car they said I might need to have the timing chain replaced in the near future. The day after picking it up while driving to work it died and lost all power. Had it towed back to Kassel and shocker…..they said the timing chain broke. Then while repairing it they said it had a broken guide and we would need to replace the entire engine. We had it towed to BMW NW for a second opinion they told us Kassel had put the front my axle on backwards when putting the car back together and it broke. They also said oil had been spilled all over the sensors and eventually due to Kassel’s negligence we had to replace the entire engine. $26K later and 3 months we finally have our car back!

Brought my 2007 Mercedes here a couple months ago for brake service and an engine inspection. I was blown away by the service I received and how easy the staff made the process. They went out of their way to make sure not only my car was taken care of properly but also myself as a customer. They gave me a more than fair price for the work that was done and I didnt have to wait forever like I have at other places. If you are looking for a service center thats friendly, does great work, and doesnt cost a fortune, then this is the place for you!

I cannot recommend this business enough. Kassel is the ONLY auto repair shop that I will trust to do the job correctly and be 100% honest and I know are giving me fair pricing. I have been bringing them my vehicles for a decade now, and my family members and friends all have become Kassel customers for life as well. The car industry can be frustrating and can often feel like everyone is trying to pull one over on you, but these guys truly care about people as individuals and understand what a car means to the owner. 5 stars across the board!

Awesome Techs and amazing customer service!Ive taken my 325 and my M5 here several times. Ive also taken my girlfriends Jetta sportwagen here for service and they did an outstanding job on all three cars. Ive always been well taken care of. I only had to wait in the lobby once but it was clean and they had water coffee and snacks. Their repairs are always top notch and Ive never had issues upon picking my vehicle back up. Ive dealt with a couple other shops in the Puget Sound area before going to Kassel and I wish I would have found out about them sooner.

It started with a red oil light but ended almost $5,000 and 1 misdiagnosis later. At last, the car is running ok. The first time I picked up the car (after $1700), the red oil light came on, within 10 minutes! The reason the car was in the shop was the red oil warning light. The service advisor told me to drive the car back where it died on the railroad tracks in front of their shop. After another diagnosis, the problem was discovered. Hallelujah. So, after 15 days in the shop and many false promises, I got my car back.My opinion: folks that mean well but are clueless in teamwork and accountability. Why did they have to diagnose my car twice? One diagnosis wasn’t enough? I was charged $2700 for what they missed on the initial diagnosis!!The owner has responded personally and I do greatly appreciate that but sometimes you have to sacrifice $$ to do the right thing, you chose no to. I do appreciate the three $9.00 car wash cards!

I was ready to throw in the towel and just sell my BMW because of running into nightmare after nightmare with different mechanics... and then I found Kassel. These guys know German auto like the back of their hands. They were able to identify and fix the issues that no one else seemed to be able to figure out. I have since then been bringing my car back for any maintenance I need and every time they have consistently delivered above and beyond service. Love these guys and what they do!

My vehicle was towed in due to oil pressure light. With a bit of miscommunication between myself and the service writer. Work was completed that never should have been done. The owner personally called, sent pictures and refunded our money!

Well to start, my first visit to this company years ago was great. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it for a great price. Years later my experience was the complete opposite.The business owner agreed to replace my rear main seal on my car but I had to wait till one of the other big jobs they were working on was complete. No problem . 2 weeks later my car is brought in. The technicians did not want to do the job so instead of doing the job I requested they started looking for other things they could do that would be easier. Keep in mind the repair I need has already been diagnosed. Typically my type of vehicle isn’t something they normally work on but when the owner agreed to terms I assumed it would get done and I have the same experience I had years ago. So during this unauthorized diag, the techs try to get me to do other work not including the work I asked for and told me “my repair didn’t make sense”. They then tried to get me to do 1200 worth of work that was actually not needed. The technicians appear to run the shop not the owner and I feel cheated out of my time and an attempt to cheat me out of my money for repairs I did not need nor want. I never got a call from the owner to fix the problem, just blew off. Not sure why the owner allowed his employees to treat clients this way but definitely bad for business.

I love Kassel Motorsports. Ive been several times now, and each time they have taken care of my E36 as if it was their own. They even fixed a coolant leak that Ive been trying to track down, at no additional cost during an appointment. The courteousy inspection is an awesome feature, and extremely helpful to understand the current health of my vehicle. Customer service is also out of this world; I dont think Ill take my BMW anywhere else now.

After not having owned a German car for quite some time I wasnt sure what to expect with maintenance, or more importantly price. Shortly after buying our X3 we had the infamous N52 valve cover crack; I called Kassel and was able to chat with a few people there that promised ready availability of parts and a quick turn around. We were pleased to have our vehicle back less than 24 hours later with a fresh valve cover assembly and gaskets, and a fresh oil change. The most reassuring part of the process for me was a quality assurance check and an inspection for any further leaks also common to that vehicle. Between upfront and fair (out the door) pricing, and a quality inspection of the work completed, they have earned a customer for life. Looking forward to maintaining our X3 here, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone else as well!Thanks Kassel Team!

This is my new go to place for my Mercedes CLA 250! They specialize in all European vehicles! Great prices too! They charged 70 bucks less than the Mercedes dealership for my oil change plus did a 15 point inspection @$110.00! Anyone who is like me and dont trust just anybody touching their car needs to check this place out!

Went yesterday spent $1,545Had my altenartor. Battery, oil change and fuses looked at. I was ryshed out if there due to them closing for the weekend. My power windows are now not working, my sun roof is now not working, im not sure if they didnt put the fuses back correctly but my windows and sunroof were working prior to me being there now they dont even want to open. I called back and they told me i have to call on monday. Didnt even apologize and wanted me to pay more money when the car windows and sunroof were working prior to going there

Great customer service and very friendly. However they charge way to much for their service! For instance they use to charge me $70 for a diagnostic a year ago and now they charge $180 and they didnt even solve my problem. No problems with customer service or care. They just cant compete with places like Autobähn Autowerkz that offer great prices and immaculate service.

So I took my VW here a couple weeks ago. Just picked it up today actually. Gotta love VW.. lol. They were honest about everything and completely upfront. They kept me in the loop about everything they found, and let me bug them as much as needed. Im sure I was a pain! Lol. They didnt charge me for an engine flush as that didnt fix what was going on. Which most places would regardless because they are all about making money. But this place didnt seem that way at all. They excelled in customer service especially Giana. ( sorry if spelled wrong ) I recomend this place to anyone with a german or European vehicle. I will be back for the other stuff I need done.😎 Thanks all!

I was referred here by bimmerforums...This place knows their stuff. When I was there I seen an e39M5 that was gorgeous,, an e60 m5, my e36 m3 was getting looked at, there was a VERY very clean older Porsche sitting out front. The staff knows their stuff, and they will surely be an invaluable aid in your indoors.For real this place is legit!

Wow! I took my 91 BMW e30 in for (what I thought was) rear bushing issues - expecting a few hundred dollars of work. These guys diagnosed a different problem and performed the proper repairs, for MUCH less than I was expecting and preparing for. My experience with Kassel has been one of an incredibly upstanding shop that doesnt just perform unnecessary work because you ask them to. They really got down to the core issue that I described and fixed it - whatever it was, for much less! I will be taking my car back here and will recommend them for my fantastic experience and new-found trust in what they are doing. These guys have proven their honesty and I will continue to give them my business on a car that deserves to be well cared for as well, hands down! Thank you Kassel! I have to echo what a previous reviewer said. We took in our vehicle and got a costly diagnostic done and spent a lot of money, and we are having the exact same problems that we were prior to bringing it in (if not even worse). The first time we used them it was great, but this experience is very disappointing. Off to find a new auto service shop.

Went to get the ECU flashed for a JHM supercharger kit on my B7 S4. A complication caused an hour job to take all day before we found that I would have to ship the ECU to JHM. Being without a car and living over an hour away, this was a huge inconvenience, which is the only reason I can think of as to why I got my car back without being charged anything. Im not saying to expect free service, but they definitely will take care of you. I wish I lived closer to give them regular business.

Kassel has been my mechanic shop since almost day 1 with my 3-series. From wellness checks before long trips, to suspension work, diagnostics, and fluids. The work amounts to new suspension installation, new bushings, thermostat replacement, several inspections of issues that popped up, and all the fluids under the hood. Ive been to a few other shops because of location reasons over the years, and Kassel is the only one Ive been completely happy with, especially in terms of trust when it comes to their work. My last few trips have been for a diagnostic on unknown suspension issues, and yearly maintenance. I left each time satisfied and aware of where my car sits in terms of current and future issues. Im honestly pretty sure that Kassel opening up is what has contributed the most to the almost stubborn longevity of my car.Ive trusted them for 3+ years now, and I will never hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking.

Update as of October 2017~I wont take my car anywhere else. Im a college student and the Kassel team always works with me to make my necessary repairs affordable.They do great work in a timely manner and even though my car is pretty brown when they get it, it comes back to me nice and white! Like magic.Theyre thorough without charging me any extra to look the whole car over and theyre as communicative as you wish your husband would be. Ive had shops not take me seriously before but I never feel that way with this team. This time round they threw in a bunch of stuff for free, so I recommend becoming a loyal client!Friendly staff, clean environment, happy car, happy me.I had a horrible experience previously with Bristows in Tacoma. They ripped me off and literally destroyed my engine. I have a classic Porsche 944 and they require a lot of maintenance and attention. Bristows took weeks and weeks and WAY too much money just to tell me it would cost me another $8500 to get my car running.Going into it, I didnt get my hopes up because I knew even the places with the highest ratings can screw you over.Im getting my car back in a week in better condition than when I first purchased her, and I couldnt be happier. I wouldnt say that Kassel is cheap, but they are incredibly thorough. They didnt just hook my vehicle up to a diagnostic and tell me I needed a couple of things fixed. They actually took the time to physically look my car over and correct the issues that I wouldnt have seen until much too late. The bang is definitely worth the buck here. Theyve kept me updated on the entire process (I think Ive gotten a call every single business day I have had the car there), worked with me to make sure finances were acceptable, and were honest with me about the pricing and how much money each part of the process is. In total, Kassel will only have taken 1.5 weeks to complete over 20 hours of work.Overall I would give this place five stars plus bonus points. I wont take the Porsche anywhere else!

I went here last year. Paid $17X.00 for diagnosis that I didnt want in the first place. I came in knowing what was wrong with my car. Told guy at front counter what was wrong, and told him I bought an aftermarket warranty for the car a month prior. I dropped car off, and got a call the next day reiterating the same issue I told him the day before. Again told him is was a covered issue under warranty. He finally called the warranty company who ended up declining the repair because it was within 30 days of opening the policy (on the 30th day) according to the work order generated. Was going to have this shop tune my car with JHmotorsports tune, but front counter situation here needs help. Technicians may be awesome, I will never know.

I drive all the way from Redmond to Kassel, now that speaks volumes about the work that Karl and team do! The costs of servicing a bimmer on the eastside are astronomical. Karl and team do a great job at much cheaper prices. Always gonna be a Kassel fan :)

I bought a Range Rover from a slimy dealership in Lynnwood. Got the truck home and the truck would not start the next day. Called Carrie at Kassel because I got a business card from the manager at Autozone 6th ave who could not stop gushing about how honest and great the folks at Kassel are. I ended up calling them and they were so nice and Carrie already had an idea of what the problem could be. I had it towed there and the next day my truck was ready. I really appreciate their communication the entire time, even calling when the tow truck made it safe and sound. Theyre amazing! Keep up the hard work guys! The tons of good reviews are real people.
