Had issues with my radio when I purchased the car so I took it in to get looked at. Also they only had 1 key available so I was advised by my sales person to get an after market key. Took 3 hours to diagnose my radio and they had to order a part. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get the part in. 2 weeks later I still didnt get a call so I called them and was informed it was going to take another 2-3 weeks to get the part.I finally get a call that my part is here. I show up with my key as well. I was told they could program the key for $75 but not cut it as they wont cut after market keys. So its just been a lot of back and forth with miscommunication.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from the dealership in 2019. Decided to upgrade the headlights and fog lights to led, purchased the mopar parts and brought in for what was quoted as a two hour appointment to have installed. Definitely more involved than expected... I would have expected theyd know how long it would take to install their own light kits. Not so. Almost eight hours later and Im still waiting. Very little communication throughout the process while I was waiting at the dealership. I had to go ask for updates. First, just one more hour, an hour and a half later, one more hour, an hour and a half later, one more hour. Finally, almost done and reassembling, no more than 25 minutes. Now, Im still waiting. Its been over seven hours. Just saw theyre still installing them. I DO NOT recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything but the most basic service. They dont know their parts and how to install them. They dont know how to be honest and say we dont know how long its going to take. Just dont try. Go somewhere else. Very frustrated and wont be back. Now to see what they end up billing me after promising they wont bill for the full time. I hope they dont fall out on the drive home.

The staff in the service department I have no concern for helping you all they wanna do is go down there checklist of things you need to do. There’s simple solutions they could take but they choose to take a truck away from a small business owner who needs it to make a living for a day so that it fits in their scheduleI’ve wasted my time because I was told it would be a quick half hour event on the phone and now being told they need a half a day at least. I’ll never buy a truck here again for many reasons this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I have bought (4) cars for Puyallup Larson Dodge. I have had my cars serviced for Repairs, but I’ve never gotten an oil change. I called an made an 11am appointment. When I arrived I was informed that the wait would be 2hours. I agreed to wait 2 hours. While at the 2- hour mark, I found my car in the parking lot. I went in the inquiry when it was done and I was then informed, my paperwork was “not marked waiting”!So now my 11am appointment is now 3- hours in and I’m still waiting for the oil change. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

Had a really great experience here today!!I am reluctant to take my vehicle anywhere for repairs, Ive done my own repairs for half my life, and frankly dont trust anyone else to take as much care into doing it right. Im getting older and dont care to spend the time fixing stuff as much anymore, so I thought Id get an oil change here to see how things went. The price quoted to me on the phone was what I paid when I got there, and the price was great! Its only $25 more than it costs me to do it myself. Well worth the time and money to just relax and have it done well here.When I pulled up someone turned on the vacuum and I suspected that theyd vacuum the vehicle as a courtesy, but I couldnt tell if they did or not. Thats the only part of the experience that I wasnt sure about. I didnt care if they vacuumed, I wasnt expecting that, but if they did, they didnt vacuum much. Either way, for what I was actually there for, they did an excellent job. Thanks!!!!

Not happy first had to wait 1 1/2hrs for rental car to show up when I dropped my vehicle off. And than when I went to pickup my vehicle, the coating place took important paperwork and other items out of my vehicle and didnt put back in. So had to make extra trips to get all my stuff back.

Very professional and friendly service. Quality work done and usually the wait is not too long. My only pain point as a customer is that the website doesnt make it clear that their oil change service apparently ends at 430 pm even though the hours show 6 pm is when they close. Anyone in this area knows traffic is a nightmare so having traveled all the way there to be turned away is frustrating. Perhaps its my fault I didnt see it on the website but in my humble opinion it should very clear.

2nd Update: spoke to Lorrie in customer service, they ended up honoring the couponUpdate: checked tire pressures and they were not inflated properly. Not sure why its difficult to check the sticker for proper psi when someone is paying for a serviceMixed bag on this one. Folks have been nice, which is good, but wait is a little excessive to me and not 100% satisfied with everything.Made my appointment online at LarsonRam.com, which shows the service address as the Larson CDJR 2001 Meridian (no option for work at Larson Ram), and has a coupon available for $25 off fluid changes. Once here, they clearly have my appointment, but wont accept the coupon stating its for the other shop, which may or may not actually exist. Also told my vehicle cant go on a lift, even though they sell and work on the same vehicles, so the process will take 1.5 - 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation.Asked the service advisor to make sure they check tire pressure on all tires to be set correctly. Vehicle tpms system requires 65psi front and 80psi rear. Previous dealer did not and the tpms light stayed on until another dealer corrected it, by properly inflating tires.Advisor stated he mentioned it to the techs, but vehicle changed hands several times, so *hopefully* it was passed on to the next guy he said. Once we drove off, the light came on. As of writing this, 80 miles later, the light is still on. So now I need to go find somewhere that can handle 80psi to check the tire pressures and correct them as needed.Coffee machine puts out super watered down coffee too, but there are other drink choices in the machine that are better, so just steer clear of the coffee.Theres also a 3% card surcharge, cash is king I suppose 🤷‍♂️Not my worst experience, but not really good either.

Went in for a basic oil change and after waiting for two hours we ask for a status and was informed my vehicle hasnt even been in the bay. When was the service tech going to tell me he only had one lube tech working, these guys need to work on keeping customers informed

Just came in for a recall and was told that the wait was no more than 90 minutes... 3 hrs later I check on the status and they said they didnt do any work because they needed to order the part. First why would they schedule an appointment without being certain they had the parts and second why did I have to wait 3 hrs for them to tell me to reschedule. Complete waist of time!

My first 10k oil change 3 hours. No communication. As far as why it took so long or even an ETA. The worst car wash ever a total waste of time. Then I showed the guy and he rubbs the dirt into the paint. Better off just not doing them.
