Marco communicated very well with me. Even when my phone wasn’t working properly he found new means to communicate:email just so happened to be our best line of communication for the time being.Confirming the selection:As most of us do we changed our minds at least 3 times.Marco was very patient through this. His experience is what I believe allowed him to understand our excitement to get exactly what we wanted. The car was ready when he said it would be and was exactly what we communicated.I had done my own body work to save cost. He helped me choose the best finish to hide imperfections. They use proper tools and equipment and like some of us; I priced what it would cost to do it myself. The value is in Macco.Never discredit the cost for the amount of prep work that goes into a good paint job either. (That is a lot of time sanding, and the timeliness it takes to lay the tape properly and precisely). Often overlooked if you’ve never done it before. In closing, thank you Marco and your team in the back for your hard work and passion in what you do.
They did a great job painting my car. The Manager was easy to work with, and they accommodated all of my requests. In the end, I got a great looking paint job without having to sell a kidney.
Had a hit and run on the driver side door. They did a great job for a very responsible price to repair so I didn’t have to turn into insurance! Definitely will use again for repairs in the future! Also only needed car for 2 1/2 days!
Got a great deal on my old project. Paint and body came out much nicer than I anticipated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Couldnt be happier with my new car. People dont believe I had it done at maaco!
Amazing experience! Great management. Mando was very helpful when I went to go check on my Dodge.
Very professional, efficient, and great quality. Highly recommend for any body work that need to be done
The new management team at the south hill merdian Maaco have done a excellent job. They offered a service that I was not even looking for at the start but ended up choosing due to their recommendation. The entire team was did a very good job on my vehicle and at a very good price. It is very import to understand they different services and quality levels they offer and they do a phenomenal job of explaining that. Overall I would highly recommend this location for service!
I gotta keep it real this is my first paint job ever and they did good fr it was a red challenger I brought in with multiple dents and scratches, trust me it was looking trash but after they hooked me up with this nice paint job mannn my girl was happy to see it came out good. out of all the maacos go to this one it’s a new management his name is David hopefully I’m right I told him to take his time and he did what I asked looks great even tho it was a week late mann it was worth the wait and I do plan to bring my mustang in but for way harder paint to do trust me when I say this go for the expensive paint it’s worth it and plus he gave me four dollars off what a real one aye keep up the good work👌🏽
I bought a new car last month and inadvertently put a scratch on the rear passenger door while washing it last night. I quickly made an appointment with Maaco in Puyallup over the internet and received an email verification within 15 minutes. This morning I took my car over to the shop. The manager was incredibly polite and immediately took a look at my car. He said that he would have one of his technicians buff out the scratch and that it would take about 20 minutes. While I waited I heard the manager interact with other customers and he was very polite to them as well. The technician did a real nice job making a fairly deep scratch almost unnoticeable. If I have issues in the future with any of my cars, I will definitely take them to Maaco. I highly recommend their services.
Replaced windshield day before paint job! Got home and realized 2 and 1/2 inch diameter crack/chip in bottom left corner. Dont tape off well and painted my exhaust. I love the color but like some say about maaco u get what you paid for but for their top of line purchase I wld have thought that wld have been more.
Great experience, estimator was very thorough with my vehicle and explained everything that was needed to be done. I was very happy with the work that was done. My vehicle was clean inside and out and the repairs made it look like it was brand new. I recommend this place to anyone in need of autobody repair.
I am so happy I went with the Puyallup store over the Tacoma one! Incredibly helpful, respectful and professional! My car looks amazing!! I’m so happy with the work and they got it done before schedule!! Can’t recommend them enough!!
Great service! I recently had a vehicle incur some damage to its roof and I was familiar with the Maaco brand, so decided to get a quote. The online quote tool was easy to use. I received information about my quote via email within a few minutes of submitting the information.I was able to make an appointment online (though they say appointments arent necessary). The vehicle was seen on time, which is always nice. Not only were they able to buff out the damage, but they did so at no cost! An amazingly great way to treat a new customer. If I need to have similar work done in the future, Ill definitely be making another service appointment with this establishment. I strongly recommend giving them a chance.
Really great guys... Came in for minor work. Had me driving back home in less than an hour. BEST CAR SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!
I got my Mini Cooper painted and when I looked really close I had two noticeable spots where the paint dripped some and was allowed to dry. I also found a spot by the passenger side rear fender where they didn’t paint it or where the taped off took the paint off. Now, I have to go back on Monday and show them all the errors and ask them to remedy them. For $2000, I expected them to do a quality check before they had me come get it.Also, it took three weeks…when I was told two.
I contacted Maaco about buffing out a scratch I had on my bumper. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced! You can’t even tell there was a scratch on my bumper. I will definitely use them again to keep my vehicle looking new!
The staff were very friendly and professional from the time of our initial estimate, to the updates on the status of the paint job, to the enthusiastic call when the job was done and we picked my wife’s car up. The team at Maaco in Puyallup did a fantastic job and the car looks awesome! My wife is already getting compliments on it everywhere she goes. Thank you, Maaco!
What good is a warranty if the is a problem with their work and they want you to pay to get it fixed. The owner did the estimate and wrote car up for the paint work. Said they would strip the paint off and refinish it. Asked what the warranty was Dave the owner said twelve months. Paint started bubbling on hood after 2 months. Called and talked to Marco and he said no warranty. Told him Dave said 12 months. He said that’s why Dave hire him because Dave didn’t know enough and should not be dealing with stuff like that.He said “that’s why I was hire because he didn’t know how to run the paint shop”. Said it should have been primed so no warranty even if the owner said it would be. I was not happy so he said he would give a discount but I would have to pay to fix their bad work. Don’t trust them and don’t count paint lasting much time after you pick up the car.
I called Maaco after my daughter hit my back bumper parking in our driveway. Damage was minimal and only paint not dents, but too deep to buff and polish out. I got an estimate with Dave and set up an appointment. It was raining pretty hard when I went to pick up the car and difficult to clearly see the back bumper, Dave told me because of this if I noticed anything that was not satisfactory to call him and they would fix it. When I got home I grabbed a towel and wiped down the back bumper and noticed that the paint job was less than stellar, one of the scratches was still there and there was what looked like hairs from a paint brush stuck in the paint. I called Dave and he was very nice about the whole thing and told me to bring the car back in at my convenience and they would try to see if they could sand or buff it out. I did bring it back in after a couple of days and it needed to be repainted again, they could not fix it otherwise. I commute to Seattle for work and didn’t know when I would be able to bring it back in, Dave said it would be no problem to wait a month or so, during the holidays when maybe I would have some time off to be able to get it done. I got the work done almost 2 months later and could not be happier. I am leaving an excellent review because even though a mistake was made, they guarantee their work and were very professional and polite to work with. Marcos is also excellent and supervised the work the second time around. Thanks guys!
Not only did they do a PERFECT job, they even left the inside of my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. I highly recommend them to ANYONE needing any auto work done. The best part....they saved me just over $400 compared to the estimate my insurance company found for me.
Shop took a longer than what was briefed for timeline. When they said it was complete, I showed up and it was not complete. Had to drop the vehicle off again and again took much longer than what was told. Overall work that was done was not done well. I would spend the extra money and have it done somewhere else.Follow on review:After having the truck back from the shop for 4 months the window on the door the shop replaced fell out of us track when the door was closed. I pulled the door panel off and come to find that it’s missing hardware and the forward window guide was laying in the bottom of the door. It’s amazing the window didn’t fall off track earlier as the nuts were all backed out.
I took my car in to get the trunk painted, they told me it would take two days and it took 5days, once I went to pick up my car there were fresh scratches in my car, scratches that wasn’t there before I dropped it off to Macco. Once I brought it to the shop manager attention he denied it wasn’t there fault and was unprofessional, I didn’t think Macco would do this, I don’t recommend going to this Macco. Bad business and very unprofessional.
I’m satisfied with the service,,, professional and friendly customer service,,, thank you 😊
I have an SUV that had paint peeling off from poor factory GM primer. I needed to have it repainted and Maaco was able to get me in quickly and have the SUV repainted in a week. It turned out better than I was expecting! Very pleased with the paint quality. Great job! (I used the South Hill Puyallup location)
Excellent outfit to deal with. Exceeded expectations as far as promises to deliver a finished product. Kept customer updated with progress at all times. Excellent paint job.
I wasn’t happy with my paint but the front desk guy was so helpful that he repainted my car’s bumper. I was so happy with their service and my car looks great.
Recently had my 1985 Nissan 300zx that my son and I have been working on painted and it looks amazing, super great and accommodating staff
Very professional, knowledgeable and with great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone with scratches and need paint touch ups. I will be back with my classic car to get a full restoration.
We had a great experience - my car looks new again!
Tony and the crew repaired, repainted and sprayed a nice bedliner on my 2008 Ford Ranger at a very economical price. They completed the work exactly per our agreement, on time and left the vehicle in good clean condition. I rate the Puyallup Maaco 5 stars for value, professionalism and for delivering on their promises. They provided my truck a superb makeover that was appropriate for the age and value of the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.
Had a vehicle painted here, not too expensive, and it turned out well, pay the extra money for the body work prep, I was glad I did. Marco was really knowledgeable about all the products. The only part that let them down some over spray on the tires, and the cab of the truck was covered in dust from the sanding. Apart from that great job.
Had my drivers side fender repainted on my 1969 C10. they were very informative of the process and very professional . I will use them again
Great costumer services. They were really helpful and did a great job. They listened to our concerns and did the repair super fast. Thank you so much 5 stars for sure 😊😊😊
They did a good job on the body but one of their technicians did not refill the radiator and also seemed to have forgotten to recharge my AC so I had to do that myself.
I made an appointment for an estimate and they were able to complete their service right then and there. They did an excellent job removing scratches from my vehicle in a timely manor. Customer service was top notch and they provided coffee for the short wait. I’m very glad I reached out to them before any other shops.
I just had a paint job done here, amazing service, Tony was professional, and the staff went above and beyond what I was expecting. Not only did they do an amazing job but also were affordable. I would recommend them. They were upfront and there was no hidden fees. I was always aware of what happened and they always notified me of any work done to my car. I would recommend them. And be advice they are busy, and I dont blame them as to why .
Excellent customer service. Very professional
I came into Maaco to get a paintjob for my car and Marco and david were really friendly, marco was with me throughout the whole process, he was very professional and does an amazing job painting, my srt8 came out looking phenomenal!! I am grateful to The Maaco in pyuallup, I highly recommend this shop if you need anything done!!
I call and came in the same day. They fixed my front bumper within an hour. Great customer service.
I came in to get an estimate for repainting my tailgate, which had four large scratches on it. The manager/owner looked at it and suggested that his guys try to buff out the scratches before talking about repainting it. They did, and I was delighted. No charge to make it look almost new. I had previously got a $600 estimate for the paint from other shops...so I was expecting to pay at least $400 with Maaco. Thankful, and impressed!
Tony is the man!!! He and his crew did an amazing job on my son’s vehicle. It was in rough shape when I took it in to Tony, he and the crew went above and beyond to insure I would be happy with the outcome. While doing it at a great price. They will be my first choice If I need more work done in the future. Thanks again Tony for all your help!!!Byron
Excellent customer service. Thank you for helping get my truck back to looking great!!
Awesome customer service, very professional. Class A shop, with great rates!!!
Wonderful job, great price and extremely speedy turnaround! Marcos at the front desk was very professional nice and communicative thru the process, greatly recommend this Maaco!
Maaco did a great job on my Ford Flex Im very happy with there work thanks holly
These guys did a great job on my 2000 Ford F-150. It is a fire engine red that was fading and peeling. Now it looks new again. The price was great with the manager special off the web and a little add on for the extended truck. Had a small issue with the tailgate that was handled promptly. Thanks much!
I took my 98 Honda Accord in for paint because I was giving it away but wanted it looking better. The clear coat was coming off and it just looked terrible. It was my work car but overall in great running and interio shape.I was totally blown away by the new paint. Maaco did an awesome job and my granddaughter is absolutely thrilled to have the car especially now that it looks so good.Thank you Tony for helping with the color and keeping the price completely within my budget. You’re awesome!!I highly recommend this Puyallup location.
The Paint job was awesome but the customer service by the short older Caucasian make with glasses was horrible. He is rude, disrespectful and my truck had a small unevenness in the hood & driver side when I brought it.And when I came to get it my whole driver side part of my hood was separated & worse than when I brought it!! His discount was give the good job labor free but no warranty on the hood now..How is it my fault that you jacked my truck up worse than when I brought it🤷🏽♂️...The paint team & body work crew were very respectful & great but that man at the front desk was horrible & should be fired!!!!!I am a 360’ Mason an I could have made things a lot worse if I wanted to but I chose a path of non violence & peace even tho he called a part of my truck garbage & cheap!!!!
Im really really impressed with MAACO ! They do work that surpasses amazing and ordinary. They repaired a front bumper on my 2007 Lincoln Town Car so great that I forgot my bumper was even damaged in the first place. The paint job on the bumper is exquisite. These guys are definitely good at what they do. I also have to give a Bravo Zulu to Tony who was patient and understanding with me. Very good dude who is easygoing, pleasant to talk to and just an all around stand up guy.
Love this place! Tony (Manager) and Matt (mechanic) were fantastic, they were very helpful and worked with us through all the issues our car had. You can see how much they care about their work, the follow through with my daughter was great. If there was anything more I could possibly say I wouldnt know what I could. I definitely recommend going here if you need some work done. Thank you Tony & Matt!!
Very happy with the Puyallup, Wa. Maaco. They were very professional with an eye for detail. Had my 1991 Ford F250 painted and a new bedliner sprayed on. My truck has never looked so good. Marcos was a pleasure to work with, he listened to my concerns (which were many) and addressed them all. When I picked my truck up, they thoroughly stressed that I had a warranty and to not hesitate to let them know if I needed any perceived problems addressed (to be sure to give them a chance to fix any of my concerns). Would definitely use Puyallup Maaco again if the need arises. Thanks Maaco!
I can’t “Thank You” enough for the great paint job the Puyallup Maaco team did on my Scion FR-S. I especially want to thank Tony who gave great customer Service on the phone and at his place of business. Your suggestions on what to keep silver on my car we’re perfect. I’ve had so many compliments! I also want to thank Tony for taking the time to go over all the instructions for a new paint job and how to maintain it so the paint last. I definitely learned some valuable tips on how to wash and wax my car, which many people including myself didn’t know. Thanks again,, Sandy
This was a TERRIBLE experience. Never, never even consider using this place. We didnt get past walking in the door and having an awful customer service situation. Not only a bad experience but we were threatened with physical violence and the store worker called a shop person up and he threatened us as well. We have filed this incident with the franchisor and the police. Absolutely horrid people.
Tony was very helpful in getting my color choice. The paint job was great and stayed within my budget
I love how my car looks! I went here after a recommendation. They gave me an estimated cost and it was exactly that. I went to collision 1 and their cost was crazy compared to here. MY CAR LOOKS GREAT AT A GREAT COST!! thank you so much. I would defiantly recommend going here. Especially if you dont want to use insurance
They got me in fast and did a great job. I love the new look and they gave me very reasonable options
If I could rate zero I would. Not only was the work that was done on my vehicle poor but the manager was very aggressive and threatening when asked why it was so bad. I posted several pictures in BBB you can review. I have so many more I can share if it helps save someone from this shop! My vehicle has been back to this place to be “fixed” on four occasions. It still looks like hell. And the worst part is they charged me 4800 dollars! Do not take anything to this shop if you want it to look even half way decent.
I v used company several timesThey always do an excellent job.
I waited to write this review to see how the paint job held up. I brought in a Toyota Corolla with badly faded red paint. Body was pretty straight. I opted for the additional paint adherence coating. Didnt cost much extra. I got it back and it looked great. Didnt wash it for a month to let it cure. That was 15 months ago. The shine has not faded a bit and the color is very bright. No peeling paint, no cracking. Everything looks as good as it did the day I picked it up. I just sold the car and the paint job made a huge difference in what I got for the car.
We bought our sons Honda Civic in for a paint job. We were clear that we wanted a basic no frills job. They gave us a very reasonable estimate and when we picked the car up we were amazed at what a great job they did. They stuck with their original price and they were finished when they said they would be. I highly recommend this location and expect that we will be bringing another car in soon.
Easy fast in and out car came out great recommend
Very Satisfied. Thank you.
Best damn paint jobs on this side of the Mississippi
Worked with me to get good paint job for a really old truck at a fair price.
I took my Corvette to get a new paint job. The staff was real nice and I got the car done. I havent drove the car, but I am finding that it is getting bubbles in the paint and I think I will have to get it fixed before I am happy with it. For customer service I give maaco two stars.
Guys did a fantastic job on all 3 parts I have been there for. Perfect paint match to my OEM color and generally great customer service. A little pricey but worth it for the quality
Paint looks great for the money paid and was very helpfull answered all of my questions
I am very happy, satisfied with the results. It is a very professional job.
Great service on time great product second time I’ve used them thinking about a third vehicle now
Had a Saab 9-5 bumper repainted with a difficult metallic color to match. Not only did they do a superb job spraying it but went above and beyond with services to ensure the quality of their work. I’ll be a returning customer! Not to mention they had the best competitive prices and fantastic reviews. Well now you have another one. Thanks again guys!
I was referred to Maaco from my boyfriend who recently had his impala damage fixed by the south hill area maaco. And about 4 months later my car was hit in a parking lot at my work so I went to them and their workIs awesome! I cant even tell that my back door was smashed in. And my estimate was unbeatable. Just ask for mike or tony!!!
They did a great job looking for the part I needed for my car and did their best to get me the cheapest deal on a part that I could. I highly recommend them. Super fast and efficient
I brought my sons truck in to have dents taken out of the hood and front quarter panel and then painted. His truck is white. They tried to pull up the code for the paint but it didnt match because the truck was originally red. They said it would be hard to blend the whites and we told them to just do their best. I was dealing with Tony and he was very nice and understanding. I was really pushing for not just their best deal but a break in price. He was very accommodating and gave me a very fair price. He later called me and told me that he would paint the ENTIRE truck for the same price since the white would be hard to match. I was very appreciative and grateful. Excellent service and I would recommend this business to anyone!
The customer service is great however when I got my truck home and had my canopy at eye level there are several missed spots on the paint job where they taped it off incorrectly. Make sure you thoroughly check you stuff over before leaving.
Its good!pretty sad they couldnt notice a clear coat drip on just a bumper paint match but it couldve been worse for $200
I really enjoyed the service that I was provided from Maaco.I had to have a door replaced and my mirror repaired and the finished product was amazing. The customer service I received from Tony was none the less exceptional. The only thing I would suggest, would to be that the consistent communication and follow-up during the course of having your vehicle repaired but other than that it was great . If youre looking to have any repairs done to your vehicle, with confidence Maaco in Puyallup would be my first place of recommendation.Thank you for the amazing job, I am a happy customer!!!!
Dropped off work car for body work/paint and got it back in 6 working days. Was able to do a night drop after hours if you use the envelope by back door and they know you are coming.
I was very disappointed about with my experience here. I dropped my work truck off here to get some minor repairs done. I was told about a week which was no big deal. A week went by and I had never received a phone call. Come to find out truck was done and ready 3 days after I dropped it off. I never received a call, text, or email. (Although I did receive a link to submit a review of my experience...) Anyway picked up my truck and it looked great. I went to throw my tools in the bed and saw my old bumper in the bed if the truck. Whatever no big deal maybe they thought I wanted a spare... Then I noticed a bag of garbage in the bed. It was full of shop rags, gloves, garage. There was also to-go containers of old food in the bed of my truck. Lastly, I had a light bar installed in my bumper. So they swapped it over to new bumper but now my light bar doesn’t work whatsoever! I’m extremely disappointed and will not be recommending this location especially to my companies insurance.
I brought my vehicle to Maaco in Puyallup Washington. Initially my experience was fine as Tony at the front counter was happy to answer my questions before dropping my car off. My son in law had just had 2 of his vehicles painted there as well, so in a sense we were repeat customers. They completed the paint job on my 69 mustang in the time they said they would, and the young man who painted it, did a very good job for the $4000 we had spent. When me, my wife and my 11 year old son arrived to pick up the car, we had time to walk around the vehicle while waiting to be assisted. We saw several small areas of concern that we had questions about. Nothing major and we were not unhappy or upset at all, but we had questions. When Tony came out, we said we loved the color and that it looked 100% better, but that we had a couple questions. We were not angry or hostile in any way. Just had questions. He said “Go ahead, I love it when people pick apart our work! But go ahead.“ I could tell that he was instantly aggravated, but we had simple questions that we didn’t figure were difficult to answer. We literally pointed out a couple small items where there was obvious runs in the clear coat, a small amount of over spray and areas where something had fallen on the clear coat while it was drying, leaving flecks/bumps in the paint. I knew my son in law had to bring his car back for the same issues.I was curious if anything could be done with those now that the car had been painted. I don’t paint cars, so I don’t know, I figured he could educate me. However, before we could even ask, he had raised his voice, started yelling at us and stormed off saying he couldn’t deal with us and pretty much told us to pick up the car and leave. At this point, we had only been there for about 4 minutes. The painter then came out and answered all of our questions, he was very polite and informative, never got upset at all. while he was explaining, Tony returned and we were told that we could take the car someplace else and they would fix those small issues. Making it clear that he would not be doing it. Saying that addressing those items were discretionary and that he did it for the customers that were a pleasure to work with.I had to have my wife and son step away at one point because of his poor behavior, still trying to explain that I was not upset and that I was looking for him to educate me on what could be done now. He basically told me not to tell him how to do his job.By the time I had to go inside to pay the remainder of my bill, he had slightly calmed down and said I could bring the car back in about a month and they would address the small issues. But honestly, I would be concerned to take it back now.My overall experience with Maaco and the work done was fine. They did a great job. I don’t know if Tony was just having a bad day and I we were the final straw, but his behavior in front of my family was not acceptable at all.
Had a great experience, just needed a simple hood painting done and they took it with no appointment made, and put my hood back on my car for free. The guys there were very nice and helpful!
Very good service fair price and very reassuring people plus above and beyond service.. Im planning on going back for more work..
Tony and the crew at Maaco are top notch and very professional. Tony did a great job keeping me up to date on my paint job, helped me pick the perfect color and even invited me in to see the progress on my Camaro! Many shops can shoot a great paint job, but it’s the professionalism, timely work and great staff that will continue to earn my business! My 1989 Camaro looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I couldn’t be more impressed! Thanks guys!
I love Maaco! Ive been getting cars repaired and painted by Maaco since I was in high school ... 30+ years ago! Ive never been disappointed.
Great experience with Puyallup Maaco. The manager, Tony, is very professional and personal and stives to give you the best looking vehicle without doing more than is necessary. Our 2007 BMW 528 was looking sad but now our friends ask if we got a new car! Very affordable, great job - Ill be back.
Did a great job painting my new bumper and installing it. Car looks brand new again! Thanks MAACO!!
They were awsome and fast dropped my car off on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. The work they did looks great and the price was great. Could not have asked for a better experience I would definitely recommend them.
I showed up at 5:05, when it says on here that they close at 5:30. I asked if I could pick up my car, but the guy refused because the garage was closed and there was 2 cars behind mine. So I paid for the job and said you guys really need to change your closing time on Google, I live over an hour from here the guy flipped out on me. Said that he doesnt need my attitude. While I was waiting for my receipt he called a tech from the back to escort me out. I got my receipt and began to walk out and this guy starts pushing me from behind. Im already outside of the doors on the sidewalk when I say dude stop touching me I turn around and the guy is half an inch from my face and he pushes me as hard as he can off of the curb. I was barely able to catch myself from falling backwards on the asphalt. It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was upset. But not overly so and I did not need to be touched like that. Im completely baffled by the unprofessionalism and will never use this place again. Im not sure what to do even. People in a customer service related job should not behave like this. the owner of the car I was there to pick up is a pierce county detective. Im going to talk to him about what I should do about this.
Thank you for fixing the truck. We are very happy with it. Jason loves his truck. And thank you for painting my car - ’89 Ford. I love it and very happy with it. You guys are the “BEST.” Keep up the good work!
I had a great experience at the Puyallup Maaco. Tony and the other employees took great care of my car and went the extra mile to make sure the prep work and paint were up to their high standard. They were extremely professional, the customer service was excellent, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this Maaco to anyone who is in need of a high quality auto paint job.
Maaco did a great job. Workmanship was good & the manager was very knowledgeable & friendly. I would definitely recommend Maaco!!
Customer service was horrid as we were threatened to be arrested for terrorist threats and removed from the shop for just asking why the price of the repairs were way more than what they had originally quoted. (From $1650 to $4500?)
Had a great experience with Maaco! Great customer service and very fast completion of our paint job! Very satisfied customer here :)
They did a amazing job on my daughter vehicle and surpass my expectations when they worked on my vehicle they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!
Tyler did an amazing job fixing up on our car! He was super nice, understanding, considerate, professional and straight forward in solving our little booboo mistake!Highly recommend this place!
Mike and his team did a fantastic job on my 1967 Mustang. Complete color change with shelby stripes, minor body work, and installed/molded side scoops. I get comments everywhere I go on how great the car looks. They team was easy to work with and they take a lot of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.
Thre price was great, timing was great. The only negative comment is that there was overspray in the wheel well.
I came to Maaco because of one extraordinary man whom I spoke to by phone. Tony’s positive cad-do attitude was so amazing. The work on my vehicle was quite extensive in side and out. The work was exceptional. The quality of the work was fantastic. Tony and his team of excellent young men do outstanding work went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. I highly recommend Maaco Puyallup. When y want the very best customer service, go see Tony at Maaco in Puyallup. Simply astonishing
We were in and out in no time, very professional, explained what was going to be done and shown afterwords.
Overpriced and poor customer service. I came in with a busted back window and a dent on the hatch. The man helping claimed that I needed to replace the entire hatch and that alone was $1500. He proceeded to tell me “how big of a deal” the damage was. I felt like he was trying to make it into a bigger deal than it was so that he could upcharge me. I was quoted $2300 from him. My husband went downtown to another repair shop and they can fix it for under $1000. AND they’re a better reviewed shop. Although it’s speculation, I feel he was upcharging me because I am a woman.
