Ive been coming to this store for years, and also having the batteries in key fobs for both of my vehicles opened and replaced on a regular basis, and today, RALPH flat out refused to do it.... Not busy, literally NOONE in the store... Sadly I will be taking any and all future business down the street to O reillys from this point forward.

Very nice lady working there. She had my wipers changed within a couple mins and her personality was wonderful I think her name is Sandra???😳🤷

Most people know what they are talking about and are very helpful. There are a few people who dont know a thing about vehicles and ONLY use computer knowledge. Mainly depends on who you get. Would give 3 star but they always have brake cleaner on sale

I come in & asked the guy behind the counter how much for 5/16 fuel line & he says $1.60 a ft. The guy behind ask how much I wanted & I said 6ft after a good wait he finally comes back & after a long 4 failed attempts trying to ring it up on the computer he has to call someone else ! Then they give me a total of $19. something for it. I told them to get screwed I wasnt paying 20 bucks for 6 ft of hose & walked without either moron trying to correct the problem 👎👎Do not go to this location you will regret it !

The prices at an Advance Auto Parts are a little high compared to a Walmart. Although they might have something that Walmart doesnt carry. The store was very well-merchandized, very clean, and very bright. The staff would leave you alone if you were just browsing. I would say shop at Walmart if both stores carried the same item, and shop at Advance Auto Parts if Walmart doesnt carry the item. Also shop at Advance Auto Parts if you need technical help or mechanical help. You really cant get that kind of advice at a Walmart.

When youre in the zone

Only part of an online order was ready and I was going to buy additional oil and filter special for my next oil change. But it isnt available for my vehicle at the advertised price, funny I just purchased it a week ago and same sale. Couldnt over ride price, didnt have any other filters.... 35minutes later left with a headache.
