Went into the store for a license plate frame that I saw on their website for 1499 at the store it is 2499 so I picked up the one that said 1099 brought it to the counter no its 1999 so guess what AutoZone Im done that and also they were all made of plastic so no thanks

Stopped at this AutoZone about 2 months ago for wiper blades, they started hopping shortly after purchase. Stopped in today at same AutoZone to see about blades that were still hopping, the store manager, Mark, met me at the door to help me, I explained the problem with no receipt and and Mark immediately looked at the old blades and replaced them with different blades, no charge! Excellent customer service, can highly recommend and will purchase at AutoZone in the future.

Good prices, although i have a BMW so its hard to find stuff for..

As I walked in the door, the Manager greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told him fuses to which he told me exactly where they were. A couple of minutes later he came to me to be sure I found what I was looking for. I told him the fuses were in a variety pack but only needed one size. He got down on the floor to help look for the size. With his help we found the package that had the fuse I needed. The service was great!

20 mins before close and they still put a new battery in my truck and stayed late to finish it.

So normally Im not one to write a review but my experience at autozone was one I wont forget, upon entering I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Alex I asked him where the car cleaning stuff was and he ushered me to the isle. There were so many different car products I was having a hard time choosing and he made it very easy with the knowledge he had, thank you to him and the other guy for a very awesome shopping experience, my car has never looked better, yall have definitely won my business.
