A great place to by a greate Sales car. The Salesman and Finance manager were both very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, they went out of their way to make car buying as easy as possible. There was no pressure to buy. The Salesman found me the car I was looking for and made the whole car buying experience pleasurable.

I went to get a Hyundai to look at a 2022 Hyundai Tucson when I arrived there was two gentlemen standing outside did not even acknowledge me I went I went inside and barely felt welcomed at all I asked to see a 2022 Tucson the gentleman said they had one out front it was another gentleman sitting there listening to music with headphones on and asked him where the keys were. He didnt know so the gentleman took me outside to show me the car it was raining and did not show me the car all I can do is look through the tinted windows. Ive been researching the Hyundai Tucson for months and had decided that was the car I was going to buy I went to Gettel because I purchased my last car new from Palm which was purchased by Gettel I cant even begin to tell you how disappointed I was for the lack of care concern or service I received that that location. I ended up buying a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson from fort Myers Tucson I love the car had great service great follow-up from the dealership. I highly recommend not to use Gettel because theyre obviously not interested in selling cars if Ive been treated right and with respect I would most likely have purchased a car from that location. Fort Myers is a long drive but it was well worth the trip. I highly recommend fort Myers Hyundai to anybody looking for a new Hyundai or a new car for that matter

I have the best of my experience in any dealership transaction that I went to so far, from the professionalism of the sales rep Justin wish I highly recommend to the financing team and the dealership manager. The numbers that Justin present didnt change when I went to financing and believe me on that, they do change most of the time. I have to said that Justin went above and beyond by coming back in his way home when I called him to close the deal under a heavy rain at almost 7pm but it was worth it the trip for him and for my family because everyone is happy with our new hyundai sonata 2021.Thank you Justin you rock!

I use Gettel for all my repairs/scheduled maintenance. I purchased the vehicle there when it was Palm. I have never have been approached with an upsell of service or an unneeded repair. My husband had taken his car to a “recommended “ auto repair shop and was charged for a repair that needed to be fixed by someone else. I don’t find the rates too much more than an independent shop, if at all.

Recently purchased a G70 here with the help of Richard Stewart. I was absolutely satisfied with the service I received. Not only did he help me make a great deal but made me feel like I mattered, which I feel is a hard thing to find in the car buying world. Trade in was simple and finance was a breeze.The dealership was clean and inviting and easy to find. This was a great dealership to work with. I went in with some pretty high hopes. My financial numbers where very particular and I knew it would be difficult to get the outcome I wanted. Turns out I ended up walking away with the car I wanted, a payment I am happy with, and an extended warranty that I didn’t even expect to get for the price I paid. I just have to say they are amazing. From the moment I went there. Justin Kier is great to work with. He understood that I had to be at work at 11 and he made sure he didn’t keep me long. When I went in to sign papers something wasn’t right and he fix it. They don’t push you to get something that you really don’t what or that’s over your budget. I felt at peace buying my vehicle from there. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to work with them. Best place to get a vehicle from. I could keep talking about them all day. My salesperson (a Spanish gentlemen whos name I wish I could remember) was very derogatory in tone during my visit. He almost belittled me for my lack of income and was very poor in even trying to form any sort of deal that I could accept. Was treated as if I was wasting his time. A very negative experience from that point.However, the one major plus I experienced was the attitude and help I received from Cody was extremely exceptional. Treated extremely nicely and was able to answer any and all questions I had while talking to him. If the salesperson was just like Cody, I may still have left without a vehicle but it would have still been an extremely positive experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had purchasing vehicles. Manipulative dealers who will lie to your face to the very second you leave. Was told the car was being held for me drove two hours to show up to a sold car. Then continued to waste another hour of my life by saying as a sympathy they give me a car for cheaper. They didn’t don’t go here go to a dealership that has a bit more class and not where all the dealers are far and bald from stress

Brittany & CJ were great to work with. Brittany replied to my inquiry and got the ball rolling. CJ shot an awesome video of the vehicle and emailed it to us. The entire process was handled online & via the phone.The only thing that we were disappointed in was that the dealer didnt have the vehicle ready for us when we arrived from New York.Of course there was paper work to complete and finance to handle. Knowing that we were meeting at 3pm the dealer prep should havebeen completed prior to our arrival. I recently came in for some service work on my car and everything was completed as normal, but one thing I noticed is the environment. The place is run down and employees look burnt out. Upstairs in the dealership area, they’re all happy, sitting around and enjoying themselves but you go down to service and they’re all upset and look sad. According to the techs, they don’t have the workers nor correct equipment to do their jobs. As much as I would love to return, the management for the service department seems to be absolutely trash. I feel so bad for these service employees and hope they can start rewarding them. Even correct and proper equipment would be a start, but I see now gettel is just money hungry and does not care. I don’t think I will ever be able to come back here again.

We didnt buy for a week after we looked at the vehicle, but we werent contacted (harrassed) by the sales team. I appreciate that. The purchasing process was quickly and efficient. The customer support for this team is off the chains! My aunt is moving out of state and needed to sell her car. The Hyundai team completely overwhelmed both myself and my aunt, Barb Holewinski. I was introduced to John Knight who turned our situation over to Cordale Johnson. Let me tell ya.....this guy is an up and coming sales talent to be reckoned with and is an absolute impressive asset to the Gettel Hyundai sales team. Craig Smith was the sales person that greeted us upon arrival at the show room.He made my wife and myself feel very comfortable and took the time to show us some of the options that were available for our 2021 Tuscon..After giving us n excellent review he took the both of us for a ride in this vehicle. WE both were impressed with the options and we selected the vehicle with the most available. Once again a terrible experience and even worse customer service. When I asked to see a manager I was informed they where on vacation. When I said call them they flat out said no. I purchased our vehicle from them 4 years ago and two weeks later the ac went out and they made me pay to fix it. It was terrible to even get anyone to help us get it in the shop. We decided to give them one more chance and once again they charged us for things they said we wouldn’t have to pay for and said we have no option. And they where very rude without even trying to get in touch with a manager when I asked. Or an assistant manager either. I don’t understand how a business of that size treats people that trust them with everyday transportation and just not care.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Went in and asked for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. $70 dollars, even asked if they topped off all of my fluids and they said yes... my vehicle report said everything was in perfect shape. I had my sons dad check it just to make sure everything was good and works at Chevy and is amazing at his job (just to make sure everything was good) and they DID NOT top off my fluids, my battery needs replaced, and who knows if my tires were actually aligned. Totally not worth the money, I can change my own oil but wanted my fluids topped off and tires rotated but I guess I’m better off just taking it somewhere else or doing it on my own.

Just found out vehicle price shown online doesn’t include what car already has in it.It’s pretty much false advertising, not a good experience first they give you discount and then add $1445 more for accessories that can actually comes with.I asked sales rep can I buy it without the accessories he said it’s not an option.Sales rep was great but management is poor for such a stupid deal.

I dont expect much from a car dealership, and my Gettel experience did nothing to change that expectation. In fact, it ended up a star less. Disappointed that they disregarded my preference for email communication in my initial contacts. Disappointed they did not mention that Hyundai Sonata SEL does not offer hands-free communication anymore (leaving a worthless talk button on the steering wheel). Disappointed that Android Auto does not work. Did not like having to agree to finance the purchase to get discounts and not being told there is a paperwork fee if paying off before six months from purchase date. Did not like not having the time to review the endless paperwork we had to sign and initial. (It felt like blindly agreeing to Apple iTunes.) Did not like having to email and call to get someone to tell us how and when to make payments. Do not like the feeling that youre dead to them after the sale.

On Friday, April 16, my husband and I went to Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County. Initially we were met by a gentleman by the name of Brandon. Our intention coming that Friday was not to buy a car. We wanted to get my husband’s car appraised. While speaking with Brandon we saw that a brand new Genesis GV80 was on the lot. Being that my husband is Genesis man, he has owned 4 previous Genesis cars, he has been waiting on the arrival of this vehicle. Brandon offered a test drive of the vehicle. We drove the car around the block and of course my husband fell in love. The only problem was that my husband didn’t want or need the top of the line Genesis GV80. We had a certain price point where we wanted to be.Brandon told us don’t worry. I can find what you want at one of our sister stores in your price range. The original numbers that Brandon presented to us were great. We signed the papers on that Friday. They retrieved the vehicle from Lakewood Ranch on that Saturday. We signed the first set of papers on that Monday, April 19thth. A week later we get a call from Alex Bowermaster claiming that we lied on our paperwork stating that the vehicle was paid off. We never told Brandon that the vehicle was paid off. As a matter of fact, they never even verified if their was a balance on the car. Fast forward, Alex called on April 22nd and threated to take the vehicle because the paperwork was not correct which had nothing to do with us, but everything to do with their lack of due diligence.Alex Bowermaster is rude and is not customer friendly. Frankly, he does not know how to do his job correctly. In all of our years of the car buying experience we have never worked with a finance manager as incompetent as Alex. After back and forth, we contacted John Knight. While John made the deal and customer experience a bit more palatable we were still not happy with the numbers. We were charged an accessory fee of over $6000 for things that the vehicle did not even have. Such a pin stripes. John claims that he could not remove that additional charge because he had already taken so much off of the deal. So on Monday, April 26th, we signed a new set of papers and put down another $3,500 to make this work for my husband.Fast forward today, April 28th, my husband gets another call and yet again paperwork was done incorrectly. This time his payment increased because Alex and John failed to put payment of GAP from previous 2 contracts in the right place.This experience has been absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. These gentlemen treated us as if they never sold a car a day in their life. Genesis Brand should be ashamed of themselves for not training their salesman to provide a luxury car experience for this vehicle. I am the owner of the Audi Q5 and the Audi Brand would never treat their customers this way. We would never recommend this dealership and we won’t be back. We will have the vehicle serviced in Sarasota or Ft. Myers. I will also be contacting upper management as well.

Gettel Hyundai is my go-to place for a new vehicle. My salesperson, Richard, is friendly, fair and very helpful. The service department is efficient and accommodating. The waiting room is clean and people waiting for their vehicles have abided by the safe practices mandated due to the covid pandemic. I just purchased my fourth Hyundai (this one for my wife) and Im waiting for the new 2022 Tucson to become available for my fifth Hyundai.

My salesman was very good, except for running back to the manager all the time which Im sure he has to do. My biggest problem that Ive had with the dealership was how long the paperwork takes! This was the 3rd car Ive bought there in the last 3 years and it doesnt get any better. Im sure that there is a lot of stuff that has to be done but it is frustrating.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I always have my service done at the dealership. When I had them check on a minor electrical issue, I was charged $149.00 for a diagnostic check, told I needed a part and they could fix for $406.00. I went home and googled the issue. I sprayed some silicone on the part and fixed it in 5 minutes. If I needed a new part I could get one at a local auto parts store for $4.99. I will not be going back.

I just had the best experience purchasing a car ever. I walked into the dealership at 6:10 pm today was greeted warmly and had Craig come over to assist me. I showed him the car I liked online and he brought me right to it. When we went inside I showed him I had been pre approved with Capital One. He started taking my information and getting my DL and insurance cards. Alex was the Finance Manger who worked on my contract. When he came over to introduce himself, he said he understood I was already approved but did I want to try other lenders to see if he could find me a better deal. I said no and he did not pressure me or try to talk me into other lenders. Meanwhile Craig brought my car around went over the features with Me, hooked up my iPhone, completed all the different settings, etc.Went back inside where I finished the paperwork with Alex who got Capital One to give me a better deal than I walked in with. Both were very professional, friendly and efficient. I will recommend them both highly and will tell everyone I know how pleased I was. I am in sales myself so I am very hard to impress. Craig and Alex exceeded my expectations.

If we could give Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County 10 stars, we would.We had been looking for a car for several months.When we contacted dealers thru out Central/South Florida for their best OTD price, Gettel Hyundai got back to us very quickly.They were not pushy like some of the other dealers and their price was the lowest OTD price with only one other dealer willing to match that price.When we finally decided to go in for a test drive, they worked around our schedule and treated us with respect. Richard Stewart was our Sales Rep and was very layed back and accommodating making the whole process a very pleasant experience.They worked with us to get the right financing for our situation.We couldnt be happier! It was well worth the 2 hour drive from Okeechobee.As an added bonus, our Venue, which is rated at an average of 32 MPG, has been averaging 41.7 MPG over its first 700 miles.Of course we would recommend Gettel Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. They are well worth the drive.

First in line for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Service rep opened on time. I was welcomed by all the reps when I entered the service area. I was told it would take approximately 60 minutes and the job was done in less than 50 minutes. Terrible service department! I brought my vehicle in because it was making a strange noise. After putting it on the lift they came back and told me it would cost almost $1000. To repair the engine exhaust which they said required extensive work. I took the car to Midas Muffler and got the repairs done for 1/3 the price!

UPDATE:Hyundai reached out to me immediately and rectified the situation. Thank you to Hyundais customer service team!I purchased a new vehicle here in July. Everything went smoothly through the purchase, but Ive been trying to get things straightened out with the extended warranty since a few days after the purchase with no luck. I have called many times and have been told everyone is really busy. Its funny because they were not busy when it was time to take my money, but now that Im due a refund, everyone is busy. Very disappointed. Would have loved to been able to leave a good review.

My transmission was slipping in my 2013 Hyundai Genesis so I brought it in to Gettel. My service advisor Anthony was friendly, professional and efficient in getting my transmission replaced at no cost to me since it was still under warranty. He also provided a rental car while the work was done. He Informed me that it could take a minimum of 3 weeks to obtain the transmission and replace it. However, I was happily surprised when I was back in my car within 4 days. Every employee I encountered was friendly. The dealership was clean including the bathroom. I appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the waiting area. Thank you Anthony for your top notch service! I will definitely be back for my next service and when I purchase my next vehicle.
