Always coming out with more than I needed going in!? But thats a good thing for the business and they must be doing something right? Oh yeah, everything is a dollar, so yeah! I go for a lot of unusual art supplies I find all in one place... All the workers are polite and I just dont have anything negative to speak on...

Constantly lacking the proper staff to help customers. There needs to be more than just 1 employee working the cash register when 10 customers are waiting in line.

Shop their almost everyday. They always have what I need & want most of the time. But when when they run out it does take time to resupply. I still hope they will get some Alka 65 water & some weed barrier mats soon.

After searching several Dollar tree stores the store on Santa Fe avenue in Pueblo Colorado had what I needed.

This is a great Dollar Tree customer service is awesome!

The cashier was not only slow I asked her to take stuff off and said that she needed her manager and then says she can take three things off. Not very smart at all!

I love shopping here for holiday supplies. The selection of cute decor items for $1 is amazing. Whats more, the unique items change from year to year. Whoever is doing the buying for the chain should get a raise!

Was just in the store at 1:20pm and they couldnt break a $100 bill for me. I had about $10 worth of items I wanted to buy and not only did the cashier not bother even looking in her till or calling a manager but I also had put my own stuff back.This was not 1st thing in the morning it was 1:20 in the afternoon and there were at least 3 other employees in the store. Dollar tree is a major chain. Breaking a $100 bill after youve been open for over 5 hours shouldnt be an issue.

Very nice employees. Couldnt find an item, she came right over & helped me look. Then asked questions to better understand my needs. She came up with two items that fit my needs. Love this stores employees.

The cashiers are amazing. The store itself could use a little help. They seem to understaffed. Because the aisles are always cluttered with stock. Making it very difficult to navigate around and also my fellow shoppers. Local store. You can usually find what you need, like hygiene products and dishwashing liquid, etc, much cheaper than at other stores. Only downside is that most of these stores are understaffed, so there are usually boxes piled up in the aisles waiting to be stocked. Still, a good value for the money.

I usually LOVE coming to this store, but a few times including today i showed up at 8:50pm and the store was already locked. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It says A LOT about the people who work there!

My favorite Dollar Tree, even though I live closer to the Pueblo Boulevard location. This store is smaller therefore they dont have the variety that the aforementioned store has but they are so much neater in appearance. Yes they also have merchandise out of order but thats due to customers. The only downfall to me is that the book section is always such a mess. The staff are always very friendly.

1/18/18 I walked in, was not greeted by the two associates at the entry table working. I went to look for the product I was after, which was out of stock. So, I left. A manager walks out after I get in my car. I pull around and get out. Walk in the store and asked her what she was hollering. She made sexist and racists slurs. She accused me of being a thief. Refused to tell me what I stole or show me on camera. I work at a higher security location. Quite shocked at how she didnt follow any SOPs. She refused to give me any number. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. That position requires someone who can handle high stress high attention situations, and she clearly needs more training on proper proceedure.

Always go in for one thing and come out with half the store. Love the new name brands for a buk who wouldnt...
