Always understaffed for check out.Good luck not bumping into an employee doing order picking for an online order though.Always a terrible shopping experience. The self checkout routinely has massive lines while only two lanes with actual staff are open.All the employees will complain about things being stolen without asking what effect waiting 20 minutes to check out even if you only get one or two things has on people after they are forced to wait, over, and over again.Walmart is literally stealing our lives and peace of mind 20 minutes at a time, just so they can save a penny making you check yourself out.

Walmart is my second home. I shop there almost daily. I love being around all the people and their prices are the lowest in town.But.....Will buy avocados at Safeway or King Sooper.

People alot nicer and mellow compared to the people that work at Walmart in FL.

Walmart has a lot of products and many people shop there. 3 stars is due to the impact Walmart provudes the community; not just the economical impact.

Last time I was there two employees went out of their way to check in the back for me for half gallon milk. Im pretty sure even though they knew they were completely out they still went and checked for me. Now as any Walmart expect it to be busy most of the day, best time to go is a hour before closing if you dont want to feel claustrophobic and rushed.

Good service for the most part. It would be nice if they opened more registers, or at least placed more then one attendant at self checkout. Its also a bit of a jam as you walk into the store since they have placed too much product right in front as it tends to cause congestion going into the store and going to the checkout lines.

They have a great selection and actually have stuff in stock at this location. I am pleasantly happy and surprised with all of the stock and the cleanliness of the store.

Big, clean and fairly well stocked. If parking in a semi itll be best to go around back near the tire center if you need to grab anything. No overnight parking signs all over though so I got what I needed and got out.

It was an alright experience. If management would learn how to staff check out lanes properly more people may not dread having to go there to wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes to pay for there items.Im sure someone knows the correct answer to help figure it out.

I dealt with 3 fantastic ladies in the store today. The first was Bella. What a wonderful young lady! She was so helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The second lady I met was Lisa in the fabric department. Again, such a helpful person and such a pleasant person. Finally, I met AudreyAnna (?, shes a cashier). She was very pleasant as well. These ladies need to be recognized for the fabulous job that they do and the fact that they come to work. Job well done, ladies! I appreciate that you do.

Its Wal-Mart you can only expect so much but all in all a great store. Fully stocked 93% of the time. The service from there associates is better then some Wal-Marts that Ive been to.

One of the better ones!! Not living in the immediate area, this was just my first time shopping this location and area. Certainly not as busy as other locations I have visited and definitely one I would shop in the future.

This Wal-Mart was very well stocked. Clean and easy to find what was needed. Cashier was polite and nice enough to check my 3 items right as he was shutting off his light to leave.

Usually its a in and out experience. However today myself and other individuals waited over 45min. To get any assistance from an associate in sporting goods. Nobody ever came.

Place was almost full as far as the parking lot was concerned. While Walmart is a great place to go to find a little of everything, I get tired of the employees who are gathering items for the curbside pickup shoppers. Blocking the isles, looking at you like youre in the way. Nobody seems to know how to say excuse me...Ive started to shop at the smaller stores who know how to treat people like they are actually welcome customers.

The lines are extremely long. Im standing in line as Im writing this review. Walmart staff must know that people are waiting 20 minutes plus to check out yet they do not care. I will not be coming back here for groceries again. King Soopers is the best way to go in Pueblo. If you are able, go shop at Target and save yourself some time.

I like this Walmart store. The workers are always helpful and friendly. I go during off times and never on weekend this store can get busy.

My husband went to purchase dog food and was stopped at the door by some dude with pink hair by standing in front of the cart, he stopped my husband, (the only Hispanic guy he stopped) saying, “are you gonna pay for that?!”My husband kindly took out his receipt and said, “I already did. Why did you only stop me and ask me, you didn’t ask any of the 5 other white people with items in their carts without a bag. No. You only gonna ask me?”It was completely uncalled for an profiling. Not okay at all.

I really do hate going to Walmart, I hate the thought of enriching the Waltons, especially when they dont treat their employees right, but they do have a lot of items for the house there. Although, I went to this location to cash a paycheck, they wouldnt cash it because my address was a P.O. Box, the center to cash checks was closed because they didnt have the personal to keep it open. When will employees understand, they dont have a business without your labor! Theres no labor shortage, theres a wage & benefit shortage.

I bought a Beautyrest air mattress from this location last night. It was one of the air mattresses in the lock box. So when I went to inflate the air mattress and check it out to make sure everything is fine and see how it feels I noticed there was a hole in it as well as duck tape around the edges, dirt on the mattress itself and a long strand of hair. The pump sticker was also falling off which made me think that it had been used before, keep in mind there was no official seal on this box. It was taped, which shouldve been my first red flag, but I didnt think much of it. I wasted my lunch break trying to resolve this one issue. I tried to come to a resolution, but I was told that they cant take it back and that the exchange that I make has to be exact value (I was trying to get a mattress that was 60 bucks) I understand somethings are policy and cannot be changed or altered regardless of the person, but I am frustrated because I feel like nobody was really trying to help and instead of trying to understand my issue I was completely brushed off and told we dont do returns on air mattresses. When obviously, somebody returned this, otherwise I have no idea how it has duck tape on the sides and a hole on the mattress, which defeats the purpose of an air mattress. Maybe beauty rest needs to do better quality control?

I am handicap and this store did not have any working motorized handicap carts. There for I did not do my shopping. It was very difficult not to have access to a super store. LOL

This particular walmart in my opinion is the busiest. Definitely feel like Im weaving through traffic just to make my way through the store. 😒 Although on a positive note I find so many good deals on clearance. I always find something I wasnt looking for but needed.

Great store but checking out is as always a time consuming job. In the afternoons the self check out section is only card so if you have cash get in behind the long lines of people. Walmart has also taken out the floor help in all departments so to get help you have to stand in line at the registers. Have fun shopping at Walmart 😂😑

I came to bring something back and get refunded something I did not buy. The customer service desk was closed and doesnt reopen until 7 am the next day, waste of gas and my time.

Mind you that Im have not been to the Pablo Walmart but Canaan but the one I had problems with but have had the best experiences with Salida and every other woman Ive ever been to and the two different Graeters from Cannon on two different days feel theyve always been very helpful friendly staff and men need in a problem theres always help I have one problem dont understand policy on dogs being able to come in I found that its different for different counties find out but theyre not supposed to ask you if your dog is a service dog what I was told Im very upset when I had to leave my dog and my husband been out in a hot car do any shopping because they would not bring our little we felt like someone was telling us we couldnt bring our kid inside I said they were worried about Im using the restroom but dont confuse the restroom sometimes in Walmart 2 accident happened and I but surely tell someone and clean it clean up greater I said they were not allowed Im in there but as I was saying my shopping there was another couple with their little dog almost wanted to get kicked out because I have too many responsibilities in the only thing I believe its private property whats Walmart I believe I did not give us the information at this Walmart but I found out now and will be taking my dog when I feel that he needs to come inside Walmart if youre very nice just had a bad experience only one Walmart thats why was going to give only four stars but believe everyone should forgive do they remember they compact their trash if something is used when its returned I hope that they would save things that are salvageable give it to the homeless pretty sure the I also wouldnt mind if it was used but I clean it fix it felt very bad about returning internet cuz I liked it but cannot afford to keep it needed surprise daily life those are the only two reasons but every other time and everything else has been great but in all still five stars

Very crowded quite often... Sometimes can get very frustrating because of that.Often, it is difficult to get an associate at Jewelry counter to get some service.It would be a lot better if WalMart could get ALL the registers open at once.But, ultimately, I feel like it is the fact there are SOOOO many people rushing around.

I usually order & pick up & they have always gotten my order correct.

I traveled 80 mikes and was on the way to visit my husband in the hospital, on a Sunday. When I stopped for gas, I noticed I had a flat tire. As my car does not have a spare,, I called for roadside assistance.. When the wrecker arrived, we were uncertain where to take it because everything was closed. The driver suggested Walmart. I called the store, the Clerk stated they could probably get me in. Once I arrived, the mechanics stated they were able to start immediately, I selected my tires, they took the car in right away and I was back on the road in about an hour. The staff was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I would have certainly been stranded had they not bent over backwards. I am really grateful to them for their help.

They have a fairly wide selection of items as most Walmart stores do; however, their shelf stock is minimal.Several items I needed were difficult to locate and the employees were not very helpful which was a disappointment. Being a disabled vet I had expected more help.Ive recently relocated to La Junta and hoping their customer service improves. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the employees that I encountered.

Came to the store to pick up trading cards found out that they were put behind the tobacco line asked a manager if he could show me he was very rude didnt get his name all I remember as he had braces But thankfully I found another lead Eileen Who gladly walked over found the Box I was asking for and took me to a register to sell it to me so I did not have to wait another 20 minutes in the tobacco line to get a thing of trading cards. They have nice ppl like cydne and Eileen so I will be back because of them not the other manger.

So I had some trouble with my phone I purchased there. Sam from electronics was so awesome nice kind friendly and sweet she actually went up and beyond good customer service is so hard to find now of days but when I tell you she showed me so much respect and empathy like no other need more people like same around the world again thank you so much SAM you were awesome!!!!!!!

I liked they had a lined register employee manned for 10 items or less.

Too many of the workers there are very stereo typical...I believe everyone should be treated with the same respect regardless of how they look, dress, or ethnicity... Too many very uncomfortable and unnecessary occurances at the south side location, and even after speaking with management, and leaving my number, not even a follow up, or call back to assure their valued customer that the incident was looked into, handled accordingly, and wont be happening again in the future, in order to make a customers shopping experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Actions always speak louder than words...

I needed help and the help was friendly and helpful. They didnt have what I needed in stock but I was informed that they had a big shipment coming in this next week. Very helpful

Upon entering Walmart, grocery doors, an old bent over lady pushed her cart full of purchased groceries and asked two young door greeters if she could get help with her groceries to the car. The guy said I am sorry, no. The lady started pushing her cart out of store. I told my 34 yr old daughter to go help her. My daughter and I were both upset for an elder in our community and two young lazy non-working people. I took a picture of both of them. The girl was covering her face, knowing I was taking the picture.

Today I met a really awesome guy that works in the toy department here at your store Adriem I believe he said his name was he was on the front register while I was checking out. He did an amazing job of getting my cart full of groceries through fast and sorted out properly so that nothing was squished or bruised when I got home to put them away.Adriem did a fantastic job and I think that he deserves recognition for his hard work.I love to shop here a lot. I went to the automotive to get a tire changed That is going to blow any time now and they refused me because they only had 45 mins left until they closed and they just didnt want to help me. I wont be bringing them anymore service anytime in the future.

Rude staff long lines occasionally have to wait in line in what seems like hours there is a lot of the staff walking around when asking about the checkers they just say were trying our best.Ordered chicken from the deli once for a birthday party they lost my ticket with my name and info on it and didnt have my order ready so. I complained about it to the deli worker which she replied with rude comments so I reported her to her manager.

A few very nice roll back deals which was pleasing, however slightly disappointed at the zero stock on a couple basic everyday houshould items(great value baking soda, ect.) All in all still a nice experience.

I had to go to Walmart to once again buy anew cellphone I always dread going to Walmart for this but I love my carrier so to this time was a little different from previous encounters with electronics usually the workers dart away or no one is there to answer questions or able to pay for your things they usually are not knowledgeable about what you looking for or sell you a tablet that thay stated you can put your phone on not but this time I had a older lady who knew her stuff helped me find a replacement phone because like the previous 2 times the didnt have in stock what I was looking for or done other devices that seems to fail as far as cell phoned are so we decided on na tcl cell its awesome although I dont like having all these cameras

Lime most other Walmart. Organized and clean. Shelves were empty of some items but restocking g was occurring while i was there. The young lady in electronics was awesome. I wish I had gotten her name but she was very helpful. Parking g lot was a little tough getting in and out. Overall good experience.

Customer service rep was very nice helping me with a return.

Was not appreciative of the photo center associates that was so quick to prove me wrong, when I went to another Walmart and was able to put my home video on a DVD at another Walmart in Colorado Springs and just wanted to make a second copy for my family while I was down here.

Its walmart but this one is clean and the shelves are stocked and the employees are nice.

Went for groceries, veggies were fresh, meats prices were lil high but all in all my whole boll wasnt too much..

Only two lines open and both were self checkouts. No managers anywhere in the front. Im sure they were hiding from the customers. Shame on the managers. I called on the phone to get some help and no one was able to get ahold of a manager. I dont blame the poor employees. I put the blame on management on the Northside of town.Im never shopping there again

This Walmart is very trashy. Long waits for pick up. They dont answer their phone. The voicemail is very funny though. Definitely did not practice it. Even that wasted my time with the very long pauses. Will not be coming to this one again.

They no longer carry boxed Get Well or assortmemt cards. Just birthday and lots and lots of thank you cards

I changed the rating and actually gave another star because of a young man named Noah who is very helpful. There was a really gross woman in the produce department who was coughing all over the produce.I think this was last Friday and she had red hair and I didnt get her name there was also another young lady in the produce department who acted like I tried to take a lung from her when I asked to be able to access a plastic bag.There is definitely a managerial issue here.Some of the young women in the store need retraining in customer service.Also, where a mask!One more thing there was a woman at the cash register who took about 20 minutes to ring up one guy because she spent the whole time trashing the store.I finally went to another cash register and I cannot remember that womans name otherwise I would post it.

I definitely prefer this location to any in Colorado Springs. Its cleaner and less crowded. Well stocked compared to other locations Ive been to in the last year as well.

Too much unorganized chaos. Its as if every single person in Pueblo who does not have morals, manners or respect seems to gravitate towards this location. Motorized carts at shopping center check out line traffic and having their family business in the middle causing everyone to stop and scurry around the people in order to get a check out and keep from hitting others doing the exact same thing that I am. Or of course keep from hitter the person in the cart!

Walmart is an average discount and grocery store. I find myself shopping there less and less. They have cut back to the extreme on cashiers. Twenty check out your own items, groceries etc. and I line with a cashier. I spent less and less at their stores. I buy as little as possible because I know I have to check myself out.

Getting super annoyed that they do not have things in stock. Constantly out of produce to where I cant even come back again and pick it up. I ended up buying my own plants like mint/cilantro and planting green onions because its been such an issue.

Picked up a few items. I was mostly there for the Jackson Hewitt tax booth.My dogs were happy as you can get pupcups in the freezer area here. Always a big hit with them.

The tire place was the worst couldnt balance a tire. Customer service sucks. Do not get the road side or hazard with your tires they will not honor it.
