Need a replacement windshield for my Harley.. Though they are not being produced any longer.. They looked thruThe book and internet until they found one for me.. Was an aftermarket. Good price should be here next week.. Kudos to OUTPOST HARLEY... JOSEPH

Just bought a new 2020 Road Glide at Outpost. Went down there from Colorado Springs as they seemed to have a better selection than most dealers in the state right now for what I was looking for. Im sure glad I did, my sales rep Anthony was awesome! He went above and beyond to help my wife and I pick a great bike out! Was able to test ride several bikes to make sure we found the ONE. The deal was easy and quick, no BS! Gave me more for my trade than I even asked for, he could have easily just gave me the lower amount and I would have been happy. The whole staff from motorclothes to sales to service and parts were top notch. If you want to buy a bike in a friendly and family style atmosphere, look no further!

I am on a road trip from Northern Utah to San Antonio and back. I have stopped at multiple Harley Davidson dealers. They have all been friendly and hospitable until this one. Save your time and roll on by.....I was really disappointed. Staff was not friendly. No cold water that is typical of the dealerships. Felt like a foreigner in a place where I have always felt welcomed. I highly recommended both Grand Junction and Javallina Harley Davidson in San Antonio.Obviously the response speaks volumes about the store. Save yourself the frustration. Shop elsewhere, somewhere more professional. Somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

As part of a long, cross-country trip this summer, we had mechanical issues and ended up getting the bike towed to OutPost HD for help. Kevin (in the Parts Dept) and John (in the Service Dept) were SUPER helpful in diagnosing the issue and sorting out a plan. Friendly service, honest and fast diagnosis of issues!! I know I can only give this review a 5/5 but if I could, I’d give it way more. I’m active duty Air Force stationed in Colorado Springs and I’m set to deploy here in a couple weeks. I called Outpost a few weeks back inquiring if they do motorcycle storage for military members when we deploy and was SO HAPPY and EXTREMELY RELIEVED to find out that they do! I spoke with Nate and Sam via phone a few times and went to the dealership to fill out all the paperwork. Nate was very professional when I met him and had a positive attitude, same with Sam when he came to pick up my motorcycle. Huge thanks and kudos to those two for greatly assisting me the past few weeks and for making my deployment situation much easier!!Also while at the dealership, I talked to a few of the other staff members as well. Everyone there is fantastic and they treat you like a person, no pressure or push to buy anything. The customer service is outstanding! The layout of the store is simple and nice, well maintained. The merchandise section has plenty to offer when you need to get your HD souvenirs/gifts (I bought a few shirts for myself and some friends and got some other things).I will gladly keep doing my business with this dealership because of the staff and how I was treated my first time going there. Even though Pike’s Peak HD is right here in the Springs, they DO NOT offer military storage on bikes. A lot of my friends/co-workers recommended Outpost to me and I’m very glad they did.

Top notch dealership. Was able to negotiate all details from home. When I arrived for delivery the entire staff was simply amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even in these tough times it made for a fun buying experience. There may be bigger dealerships out there, but staying local will give you some great vibes and an a great experience.

I BROUGHT MY TRIKE IN FOR MY 25000 MILE CHECKUP AND OIL CHANGE ON 6/12/2020 IT TOOK 99 MIN THE TOTAL BILL WAS $751.53 THE LABOR ALONE WAS $630. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE COST, I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS OVER CHARGED AND WOULD GET $102. BACK. I STILL THOUGHT THE BILL WAS TO HIGH. SO I CALLED HARLEY HEADQUARTERS. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE NO CONTROL ON WHAT OUTPOST CAN CHARGE. SO WHEN I CALLED OUTPOST ON THE NEXT DAY THAT THEY WERE OPEN, I WAS INFORMED BY THE MANAGER, NICK SAPUTO, THAT THE RETURN OF THE OVER WAS TAKEN OFF THE TABLE AND THAT I WAS NOT TO CALL THEM AGAIN. I WILL NOT GIVE ANY STARS TO OUTPOST!!!!!!!!!!!!MY WIFE DID NOT HANG UP ON YOU!!!! SHE THOUGHT THAT YOU OWED US MORE THEN THE $102. SINCE IT WAS HER CREDIT CARD THAT PAID THE BILL, SHE WANTED TO KNOW FROM THE BBB AND HARLEY HEAD QUARTERS ON WHAT COULD BE DONE. SHE CALLED OUTPOST BACK ON THE NEXT DAY THAT YOU WERE OPENED TO GO AHEAD WITH THE REFUND. AT THIS TIME YOU TOLD HER THAT THE OFFER WAS TAKEN OFF THE TABLE. EVEN THOUGH YOU ADMITTED THAT YOU OWED US THE MONEY!!!! THEN YOU TOLD HER NOT TO CALL BACK. IT SEEMS THAT THE OFFER WAS TAKEN OFF THE TABLE BECAUSE SHE COMPLAINED TO HARLEY HEAD QUARTERS AND THE BBB???

As far as bikes go, Harley Davidson is the best. We were offered a show and got to perform for the patrons, staff, and sales personnel. Great showroom and lots of merchandise. Would love to make a purchase but Im holding out for my retirement present, and YES, Outpost Harley Davidson of Pueblo has it!!!

I own a 2015 FLHTK Harley Davidson, as any hog owner will tell you that his or her hog is the most sexiest thing theyve ever ridden. I was returning from a three thousand mile ride when I was coming downhill and around a curve through New Mexicos border to Colorado on I-25. The entire front end went into what is commonly known as The Death Wobble. I was scared! More than being in Iraq scared! I dont know how, but the bike wouldnt steer from the edge of the cliff, then it stopped, and I was able to shift all of my weight to the other side and get the bike back in the road. The men at Outpost was able to repair my bike and completely remove that wobble. I tried to recreate the problem by cornering hard and it was like riding a sport bike. They also corrected a few other things that needed attention. Thanks guys and gals at Outpost Harley Davidson!

Anthony was the best, communicated well, timely.

Called and got parts with in a few seconds which is what I needed. Spoke to I believe Tony who took my order over phone for shipping out ups in a speedy matter. Seems simple enough but my local Harley took 2 weeks to order the same part just to tell me after 2 weeks it was on back order and would be over a month before they could get part. Wish these guys were in my back yard and my local HD would move along.

I had only gone into this shop to make a return in the apparel section for a jacket. Overlooking the fact that nobody was wearing a mask but expected me to, the girl at the counter was fairly helpful. But once she called her manager over, she was rude and unprofessional. I shouldn’t be treated as an annoyance by requesting you simply do your job. I was merely trying to exchange a jacket, and not having one in stock I wanted a refund. Overall this is the worst Harley shop I have ever encountered. The guys over at Indian will definitely get my business next time.

Stopped over at the Harley Davidson outpost while I was in Pueblo to pick someone’s brain about a problem I had with my bike. I dumped it and had a problem with my shifter since then. I wasn’t even buying anything and the guy was super helpful, tossing out ideas and suggesting parts.It turned out he was dead on about the problem and how to fix it. I had it fixed when I got home within 30 minutes.They’ve definitely earned my business. When I need parts or service, I’ll be bringing my bike here. Super helpful, and very friendly. Thanks guys!

We were in there last Thursday. We we were stopping in to possibly get some apparel.We had a shirt and a hat and waited at the register. There was someone at the other 2 registers. We still waited and finally went over to the register, where the childrens apparel was. As we walked over there, the clerk went into the back.We waited there for a few minutes, and went back to the register, in the adult section. Noone, ever came. We put the shirt back, and was putting the hat back, as the clerk walked out, and we were on our way out, and not a word was said to us.Things happen, so that is why the rating.Thank you

This place was awesome! I have been to Pike peak many times and never felt as welcome as I did here. I wasnt even there to buy a bike and still ended up getting one. Deja was my saleswoman ... Very friendly and there was never any pressure. I got a no hassle deal right away including more than I was expecting for my trade. Vinnie worked magic on the computer and got me into a 2016 street glide special.. my dream bike.. and couldnt be happier. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Deja! Shes amazing!

We live in Colorado Springs and have been in Outpost on several occasions for the last year and a 1/2. ( Because we refuse to give the Colorado Springs dealer any business) Outpost has always been patient with my husband and very courteous as indecisive as he was about buying another bike. But this week it paid off we found the bike that we liked, and could not be Happier with all the staff. I would recommend anyone to Outpost but you must have patience and the time of day when you go to visit as they doget very busy. Archie and Vinnie You guys are awesome!!!

Donny takes Great care of his customers. He sold me many accessories for my bike. Actually Blacked it out before it became popular. Now as a service manager he takes care of you but doesnt abuse his position with unnecessary repairs. Honest and upfront.

After I purchased $343.19 they told me tomorrow December 13, 2019 there having Christmas Purchases will get 10% / 20%/30 % witch kinda upset me cuz I could save $60 on my purchases.. other then that everything was good..

Vinnie is awesome we have bought three motorcycles from him now. He does everything he can to get exactly what you are looking for. Went there on a Sunday, so there were not sales associates... therefore, no one approached me or my wife to see if we needed help. Overall, a nice looking store, nice bikes and nice equipment. But when Im ready to by my bike, Ill go to a place that wants to help me from the moment I walk in.

I recently purchased a 2019 Iron 1200 from Outpost for my wife. I was helped by Nate from the Sales Team and he did an awesome job of answering all of my questions. Nate and Shane the Sales Manager got me fixed up with a great first bike for my wife and worked well with me to get me the payments where I wanted them. In the past, I was unable to get previous members of the Sales Staff to work out getting the bike I wanted brought in and went to Thunder Mountain in Loveland to purchase my Softail. I decided to give Outpost another shot and I am glad I did! Now I can recommend to everybody to shop local at Outpost!
