I went to Auto Zone and they wouldnt come outside to look at the part on my truck I needed, so I went to Advanced Auto where Jay C helped me. He came out and looked at the part, found the part in the store, and then put it on for me. It really made my day better.

Advanced Auto parts dont stand by what they price you have stuff sitting on the shelf with the price label for 385 and they will not honor that price because all of a sudden the price changed, Ive been to stores where they honor their price tags the customer service was s*** I would not recommend this place I should have stayed going to AutoZone, its not the fact of money its the fact of honoring your businesss prices, price change! Change the tag!

I will never use advanced auto parts again because of the bad service at this store. Refused to replace a bad starter with a lifetime warranty. As soon as I tried a new one from a different retailer it worked perfectly.

Had what we were looking for and they waited til 3 minutes after 9pm for us to get there

Walked in 5min til closing time, guy returned my item no hassle and unfortunately they couldnt get me the alternator I needed for warranty swap but he informed me the Southside location has it and can go the following business day(this was the night before Thanksgiving) hence the 4 star. Great location so far Ive always been treated great here and the guys have been very helpful!

The service here is really good. The staff go out of their way to help you. Almost in a way that it feels pushy. Id rather just shop around and look at oil prices myself, but the lady insisted she pick it out for me. I ended up with higher quality oil than I needed which cost a heck of a lot more than cheaper oil at Wal-Mart.

For best results look up you own parts online screen shot the part number. Also bring your Vin and year make and model maybe the old part and hope you can convince the employee behind the counter to help you. There will probably be a wait with no public restroom so make sure you stop somewhere along the way. Or consider alternative part store that pretends to want your business.

Overall the selection here is pretty good for an Advance Auto Parts. I got to say though, I see a lot of signs of the building needing maintenance that it clearly has not received. The staff here was friendly and prompt and helped me find exactly what I needed, even if i was a little vague about what I was looking for. They say it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill. Robert sold me parts back when I was in high school 18 years ago. I was surprised to still see him working there when I went in to purchase rotors and Guess what? Robert sold me the wrong size. So >37,000 (2,080hr/yr x 18 yrs) hours later Robert still can’t type in numbers and pull parts. Definitely had a flashback to an alternator what was also wrong many years ago.

Headlight burned out of my company car. Its a bad image, especially if you work for a driving school. The guys had the part I needed and the tools to swap it out. Great employees at this store. It wasnt long before I was fixed up and legally on my way.

I do not go any where by here or a place in the springs for my car parts. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, and they are willing to help where they can.

I feel Advance Auto Hi 50 West... should be extremely proud of NOE AGUIRRE!!!I have always experienced such amazing customer service and genuine concern from Mr. Aguirre, when I am in a car crisis with my Mercedes! He is always there with a smile and great attitude ready to help!! this Gentleman, is First Class all the way!!!!I have been to Mercedes parts dept. in Denver,CO. and never recieved the Five Star customer service as I did with Noe Aguirre, at advance auto in Pueblo! I will not go to any other store but this one! Noe, is the reason!!!!!

Love Advance Auto Parts because their counter people have it going on. Used to shop Auto Zone but ran into so many employees that couldnt tell you a nut from a bolt and were more than willing to sell you the wrong part. Thanks Advance Auto for having your act together.
