Had to return 3 times to get the proper headlight replacement bulb. I guess the store associates have access to the same website as I did,which lead me to the wrong headlight bulb for my car.

It has been years since I have been in an Autozone and that is only due to poor service and unknowledgeable staff. It was a complete shock and comfort to see how much things have changed! The staff were so nice and very helpful that they made me change my mind. The gentleman who was helping me searched through just arrived inventory to locate an item I required and even found unopened products for me, even though it did not bother me. They are on my list of go to places now!

The best customer service I have EVER had at any car part store!! The counter guy took his code reader out to my car, took a reading, then plugged that into the store computer to find out why my (idiot) light was on. He then described the three things that it could be, provided me with a printout of each fault listed. ALL free of charge!!! Never tried to sell me parts that I may or may not need. Great job!! I will return here when necessary!!

Always a great experience with these guys. Even when mistakes are made they’re always willing to work with you to fix it. It’s the only place in town I shop for parts at.

Didn’t catch his name but the guy with the long pony tail was super friendly and saw my boyfriend and I struggling to get our headlight in and helped us get it fixed. He wouldn’t accept a tip but he deserved a shoutout. Quality customer service. Props to that guy for saving the day.

ZERO STARS called ahead to reserve parts and manager was rude when I got there. Realized they gave me the wrong rotors after i drove 20 miles to town and back to Beulah after took tires off. Had to go back so 80 miles. Thanks Autozone. I shopped here 10+ yrs. Never again. Dont support unprofessional ism.

My headlight was out and when i asked if they could replace it, the guy behind the counter said he could but only if it took him about five minutes. so he came out to my car and checked it and said “nope can’t do it for you.” but this is where it got kinda crazy. this guy’s random friend came over out of nowhere and said he could do it. this guy didn’t even work there or anything. and this guys friend was all like “here i’ll do it. all you need is a ten.” so the guy who worked there literally got this random guy all the tools he needed to put in a new headlight bulb. (i would’ve done it myself at home but didn’t know how) and it took less than five minutes. but i don’t understand why the guy working at autozone couldn’t of put in the bulb. i get that they might’ve been short staffed or had a rush or whatever, but why couldn’t the autozone worker of seen that his friend was willing to help me and not have just done it himself for me? this guy’s random friend had more customer service skills than the guy who actually worked at autozone.

My husband and i frequent this store alot for our automotive needs and tonight 2/13/18 was the first I was completely disgusted by the customer service. We came to the store tonight to purchase things for our oil change. And my husband went in I remained in our vehicle well my husband goes in and goes straight to the bathroom. And the manager manuel t comes outside sits down on a stone pillar takes out a notebook and records the license plate numbers of myself and four other vehicles which I found odd. However it gets worse he goes in to the store and keeps coming out and he would stare directly at me in my vehicle . Well my husband comes out of the store with his purchase followed by the same store manager who watches as my husband puts the things he purchased into our vehicle I tell my husband I wonder whats up that guy keeps coming outside staring and I noticed he took down the license plate numbers of myself and other vehicles. He said the guy with all the pins I said yeah he goes yeah he accused me of stealing some stuff. He said he went to the bathroom did his business this guy manual waits til he comes out of the bathroom and he enters closing the door only to come out with two empty packages that apparently were opened in the bathroom seeks out my husband and blatantly accuses him of stealing the product. I was livid I went in and asked manuel What the problem was and why he was accusing my husband of stealing without solid proof and why he took down my license plate number as well he said I took everyones and I didnt accuse him of stealing I asked him if he did. I am going to look at the video and find out for sure. I told him good lets see it. He says I will not look til tomorrow so i told him you want my name and number so you can call and apologize. He said I have your license plate number.Then I asked to speak to someone over him he pointed out numbers on the door. And then sarcastically said as Im leaving would you like pictures of the packages of the merchandise that was stolen.I have never been so angry or so disrespected by someone in my whole life. We pay for what we need never have I stolen nor do I have the need to do so. I will not shop there again and I am following up with a formal complaint to the corporate office. Completely disgusting.
