Send like theyre trying to double charge me and they dont do alignments. other than that, seems like a pretty decent place to take your vehicle for basic auto services. if you need something major done, on the other hand, youd be better off going to ask actual established mechanic.

Worst place ever. Service and customer service was horrible. Rude employees that cant put a tire on correctly at all. It took 4 hours each time I went. I had to go somewhere else to fix their mistakes. And they overcharged me. Seriously go somewhere else.

I had one tire already removed from my car with one nail that needed to be removed and it took them 5 hours before even looking at it when they’re line was completely empty half of the time. I could have done it faster and better quality myself.

This place has great prices on batteries and tires, replaced while you shop.

Never again. They are rude and I do not prefer to use this walmart again. The person working the cash register is older so that was okay, but I seen him use the outside PA phone to ask someone to bring a size tire in [i was in line for a while and watched]. He made me go outside and the workers saw me and proceeded to ignore me while I waved them down. Then I walked straight up to one who tried not make eye contact with me. Then I asked him to retrieve the tire. He was busy but didnt delegate to someone else who was just standing around. Poor older guy had to get the tires himself. They are sh#t. Customer or employee. Waited just 45 mins...just to pay for tires I was taking with meSad day.

I had a flat and needed a repair . I had purchased road hazard protection when I bought my tires from Walmart. They got me in right away and there was a problem with the tire period there was no charge for the work that they did the tire was able to hold air but had internal problems. John and DJ and Auto Care took care of me ordered a new tire and look forward to going back and getting it put on when it comes in. Good service good people.

Horrible everyone wanted to work on mu truck. But some man came out said no saying I had an oversized camper and it was no where near it. Your loss i was buying new tires and an oil change and then some in the store. No ill take my business else where. I work on the front line of covid as a traveling nurse. Pretty sad.

I got an oil change and asked for tires. I was quoted a price and agreed. I was then called back after 45 minutes and told the size quoted was incorrect and they were $20 more each and they had them in stock. I said that was fine. After another hour I was told they did not have them in stock but they did have the tires that were another $50 each. Another person also waiting said they should at least give me a discount because if the inconvenience. He paged a manager and after another 30 minutes the manager did not come. I called discount tires and they had my tires so I requested they put mine back on which took another hour. They then tried to charge me for the extra $40 maintenance price for the tires I never got. I called the next day and was told the automotive manager would call me. Still waiting. I was in and out of discount tire in an hour and received amazing customer service. Don’t waste your time here. I did not pay any more for the tires at discount.

I did compare pricing on batteries for my Ford Focus. Walmart was the least expensive by far. And they had what I needed in stock plus they did not charge me to take the old battery. I was in and out in under an hour

I have always bought my tires here, the warranty you get (and pay for) is good at ANY Walmart you may be near if you have tire trouble. The prices are very competitive and my service has been stellar at all the Walmart that sells tires. Really like the peace of mind I get traveling the US, Walmart is everywhere.

Purchased New tires through them and Im very happy with the tires I bought.. My car literally rides like a NEW CAR!! It took FOREVER for the service to be completed and it was hard cause we werent feeling well but other than that Im happy with the service I received! 😁🚗

Well, went to get an oil change and they offered the fuel injection service for 10 dollars and I accepted then they forgot to do it. So if you go there I guess you have to remind them what all they agreed to do before they finish your car.

I went to the Walmart tire and auto, located on Dillon Dr. The North Pueblo, CO store. I needed an oil change and fluid check on my car. The staff was helpful, funny, and quick. I shopped for 20 minutes, my car was finished. They vacuumed, washed my windows and did all maintenance thoroughly. Thanks Walmart!

We arrived to get a new battery and 1 tire replaced. They said it would take 2 hours so we went and ate lunch across the street and then did some shopping which took about 2 hours and 15 minutes. We headed to the auto department and they hadn’t even started on our vehicle. They had finished vehicles that showed up after ours and just left ours outside sitting. They managed to get the vehicle in after 2 hours and 30 minutes of just sitting. THEN a manager comes over knowing we had a problem with this and hands us his business card if we have an issue. We have an issue now. let’s fix it now. So what? you’re going to give us your business card to call and say what the problem was and you’ll never call us back. We know how this goes. I will never be returning to walmart for any sort of auto motive repairs again. You can’t fix stupid. Discount tire is the way to go always.

Got my oil changed the other day and realized I was leaking oil when I found a couple of small puddles in my driveway. I called and spoke with Aaron who told me to bring it over and he would take care of it. When I got there he made my car a priority and before I was done shopping they called me back. Aaron told me that when they put my drain plug back in the gasket was missing most likely on accident. He said he replaced it and I thanked him for doing so. That’s when Aaron made sure I’ll be a customer for a long time to come. He told me not only did he replace the gasket but he drained the remaining oil and refilled with fresh oil. He was also very concerned about the mess at my house and was willing to go the second mile to make sure I was taken care of. Good customer service is often hard to come by especially in a larger chain company. Aaron did Walmart proud today and I’ll be sure to pass along to everyone that this is where they need to go.

A bit slow and kinda like they had no idea what to do with customers. But was nice enough.

Proceed with caution, I just dropped my car off for an oil change. After 30 minutes I pick my car up according to their sheet everything was completed vacuum, windshield washed, oil changed etc. Get in my car windshield isnt washed, car not vacuumed, maintenance light still on, no sticker in the window. The car was just as I left it. Be prepared to stay next to your vehicle to make sure the job is actually done. Wont bring my vehicle here again.

Went inside to the counter for 20 mins no one ever showed up. Went to the tire lane for another 20 no one acknowledged me. Just left. Im astounded.

Scott the manager was very nice. He ordered a tire for me because the other mechanic at Firestone also special ordered a tire for me but Firestones tire machine broke down and told me it is likely gonna take a week! Fortunately Firestone did get it fixed and I had to cancel my special order with Walmart. Walmart would have charged me $40 more for one tire if it were not for warranty discounts and the service discount (the net difference was $25). The tire did come in 24 hours but Firestone came in a thte 11th hour. Nevetheless I will recommend to people to seriously consider Walmarts service dept:)

I didnt go for automotive repair or whatnot, just the need to install window tint on my front windows of my home. Robert took the time to find the perfect tint for my needs. He put me on hold and actually came back! (That alone is unusual for any Wal-Mart). I like this auto place. Thanks Robert and thank Wal-Mart Automotive. 😁

Requested to have a flat tire fixed. Had a nail in the tread. Employees filled the tire with air and didnt remove the nail or repair the tire. Tire was flat in a few days. Went to discount tire to have it done right. Lazy employees with no supervision at Walmart.

Never too busy when I go always get it done at a fair prices and go the extra mile to impress such as rotating my tires when all I wanted was new ones thank you :) and I like to walk around looking at stuff while I wait

Reasonable rates for oil change, but takes a long time. At least there you can shop or look around while they charge your oil.

It started off the mechanic said 45 minutes to an hour so I gave him an hour, 2 hours later my car hadnt even been touched with the hood up and he said oh man give me 20 minutes Ill get it started so I watched my car for 20 more minutes nobody touched it I just came in for an oil change never will recommend that Walmart ever!

I needed an oil change and the guy walks up told me they wouldnt accept my car because they were short staffed with 4 guys even though they only had 2 cars in the garage bay. I was already having a bad day. They werent even close to beomg closed and didnt offer me a solution like if i could wait or come back another day. I went to brakes plus and they took me right away even though thwy had only 4 guys. I do not recommend them.

Tire center employees that run the counter are rude. Shouldnt have to do their job for them either.
