A lot of fun for everyone! I am a bit older and still had a blast. It is best to get there early so you have time to do everything.

We had a company party at this location and it was a blast for everyone and every age group. We spent most of our time bowling, and sampling their delicious ice cream. Other members of our company spent time in the arcade or in the rope course. An amazing place for a company party. Usually we try and sneak out early, but we closed the place down we were having so much fun!

Provo Beach is a phenomenal fun center and a great place to bring little kids. Its got a wide variety of attractions, including the exhilarating ropes course, classic bowling alley, and thrilling laser tag. But above all, the Flow Rider is, by far, the funnest attraction here. Would definitely recommend!

Super fun! Sometimes the machines break, like any arcade, but the activities are super fun! If you go, you gotta try out the laser tag and the surf machine. Laser tag is best either when it’s busier or if you go with a large group. Surf when it isn’t busy to get more time in the water

It Ben a great experience weve had such an amazing time I recommend this highly to anybody whos wanting to do all kinds of different things bowling climbing swimming surfing all kinds of stuff

My company rented out the entire place for a party. We had family members of all ages and everyone found lots of things to do and had a fun time. A lot of the game machines were out of order but there was still lots to do.

Worse experience for a birthday party! Got to the place right on time and the room wasn’t completely ready, they had just started to blow Baloons, no sign at the entrance. I literally had to ask for every single thing. Napkins, plates, forks, cups, drinks. Pizza came burnt (children are eating these, they do not like burn pizza!). The host kept asking if I needed anything, like she had somewhere else to be, she couldn’t wait to be gone. I’m paying a day pass for each child and it has been a very frustrating experience. I’ve done parties here in the past and the host was so helpful, greeting the birthday boy, guiding the children to their activities and so on. This experience was with the personal being clueless, unaware, with no initiative. Very frustrating!

The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. My kids loved the laser tag (first timers!) And the playground.

I love to do bowling here and it’s very fun. It’s nice to be there and I love to play with siblings and friends.

Provo Beach was a lot of fun. If you do the Day Pass it is a great value. Our family loved the laser tag which you get to do twice with that pass. Bowling and the ropes course was also a lot of fun. The mini croquet seemed run down and lame but part of that is probably due to the fact that we have no idea how to play croquet. Rules posted somewhere would’ve been helpful.The day pass also comes with five dollars to spend at the arcade. A bunch of the games were not working including the ski ball which took my money and didn’t work. But that is OK since the laser tag, ropes course and bowling made up for all the short comings Provo beach had offer.All in all this is a really cool place to spend your time.

It was our first time at Provo Beach and we had a blast. The rope course, laser tag, bowling and arcade games were so fun (and the flow rider looks like a blast, next time!). The staff was perfect. The place was clean. Thanks Provo Beach!

Had a great time today with our group. Not a moment of boredom to be had. Perfect for a work retreat. I only wish it was cooler on the upper floors. Laser tag and bowling can be sweaty business when its hot already.

The line for lazer tag took forever. My brother fell and hit his head really hard in the flow rider area, and was pretty hurt. The staff didnt seem to even care. They told him he needed to leave when he was trying to help his son put of the hot tub area as well. His neck is hurting now and his head is really hurting. Most likely a concussion. Not a fan because of the staff treatment.

Fun place. The $20 pass is a great deal for all that it gets you. They have a lot to do there.

I waited TWO months to take my 7 year old boy here.Half of the arcade machines are busted (yes, the half remaining that arent yet marked as under maintenance). Others will charge your card twice for one play.. nickel and dimin ya.My son wanted so badly to do the ropes course, so we bought the day pass for our 3-hour outhing.. Because my son was one inch too short, he wasnt permitted Ok, understandable, I suppose.. We were told to ask for a refund by the young man at the rope kiosk because of this.We asked for a refund at the front counter and were told that because we had done ONE game of bowling and ONE game of laser tag, it would equal the same amount we paid for the day pass. Thus, no refund. Little teeny bopper running the joint without a clue..Laser tag was fun, however, you have to wait for enough players to show up and play.. time killer.Arcade ticket submission completely sucked.. Two teens with zero math skills wanting to ring in our cards multiple times and not helping my son with options of prizes.We still had $25 on our game cards by the end (thanks to game shortage) but could hardly stand the thought of asking if we could retrieve our money after the entire ordeal...I will stick to Cowabunga or Fat Cats for future outings with my kiddo.

Love this place

Great place for kids and teenagers. There are places in the front when you walk in to eat and arcade games and different fun games on the first level. Some of the games are set up to give you tickets that you can redeem fun prizes for. If your inclined they have an indoor artificial wave pool. There is also later tag. There is bowling and a suspended ropes course. Its a fun place to spend time as a family as well.

This place is a huge step up from a nickel arcade but isn’t top of the line. Nonetheless the price is right when you consider how much you can do and stay entertained for hours. We did surfing and had best time in a long time. Then 2 games of laser tag. Next we did ropes course and spent some money on the games. The location is pretty convenient with tons of parking and good options right around the venue.

Great fun for kids or all ages, lots to do, the bowling got crowded on Saturday night so get there early. Staff was nice and friendly. Bowling was fun once we went the next time. The kids area is little but nice for the younger kids to run around for a minute. The older kids loved the surfing and boogie boarding. The day pass would be a great value purchase.

Pretty fun, the ice cream place there is also good. The employees are usually helpful when you have questions.

There are some fun things to do here. However if feels like to owners arent really in it for the long term. A number of the arcades and other activities are in varying states of disrepair. Also, they were somewhat understaffed which led to long waits.

We had a blast! Loved it all.Plenty to do for hours with kids of all ages. Lines can be a little long on Saturday, but thats expected for a place that people like to come to. Very impressed with the sanitation efforts. Thats a lot of extra work for employees!They definitely do their part to help with COVID, and thats all that can be expected!

Dallas and Emily were so accommodating to our Elders Quorum Manrichment Activity! We had 23 people and they were so helpful and fun and made it not a big deal that we showed up on a super busy Saturday night! They got us checked in and were even able to get us grouped together on three lanes! This place was so much fun and we didn’t have a chance to do everything but man we had blast with the good music and super clean environment! We will be back to try out the rest of the activities this place has to offer! Unforgettable!! Thanks again to Dallas and Emily for making our night so much fun!!

We have been coming here for years. My children are 5 and 2 and they love it here. When we have a long wait for one of the near by restaurants we come here and let the kids place in the play place to pass the time. Cost for the kids area is $4 and totally worth it. My youngest sister is 11 and she enjoys the arcade area. I also was recently on a girls night out and instead of sitting at happy sumo for our 45 minute wait we came here instead and played a round of bowling. I truly think that anyone at any age could find something enjoyable to do here :) 5 stars:

Fun place to bowl, play games, laser tag, and eat good food. There’s a ton to do!

Fun times with the kids. Only three stars because the arcades not only took our money, but about 1/3rd of their machines were broken. Also, the weight for bowling is SUPER long. 1.5hours so if you want to bowl, get you name on the list the moment you arrive.

Went as a work party. I think everyone had a good time. My granddaughter made a new friend and got some great prizes. Would love to do this again sometime

This is a fun place, obviously if you have children it is amazing! But, even has an adult I have had a fantastic time here. Do the deal while it is there, otherwise you are wasting money.

MASKS ARE NOT ENFORCED! The employees were great; however we made the mistake of coming on a Friday night. Not even half of the customers were wearing masks. We did not feel comfortable or even safe being here.

The ice cream tasted pretty good and my shake seemed to be softer than any other shake I have ever had, seemed to melt quickly. Still delicious.The place was super disgusting and floors were disgusting as well. There were no clean tables. I had to use my own baby wipes to clean our table. It was a turn off and we almost left, however it was hot outside and we wanted ice cream.A good thing that we really loved was the decor of the place. Loved all the signs.

The all day pass is worth it! The kids and the adults all had a blast.

This place is a lot of fun! I’ve been several times and I’m impressed with the variety of activities they offer. From bowling, to laser tag, to surfing, to arcade, and much more!Most recently we did the two activities pass for $12 and wound up spending a lot longer here than we thought we would. This was mostly because we spent a lot of our time playing the arcade basketball game. It was a blast. We each took a turn, paired up, shooting hoops and had a great time.The activities we did were bowling and laser tag. Bowling was great, but laser tag...The laser tag arena wasn’t very adventurous. Which I understand they’re trying to appeal to all ages. More frustrating was that my gun didn’t work 80% of the time. I even had the worker help reset it twice but it kept breaking. I was also surprised when the worker didn’t offer a refund or anything for the poor experience.Come have fun at Provo beach, but skip the laser tag. It’s not worth it.

We spent around six hours here and still didnt do everything! The biggest hit was the mini bowling lanes for small children...they loved it! We also loved the laser tag! The prices are great right now and well worth it. Enjoy an ice cream or a meal without leaving as well! If you want to skip the crowds go early and youll be able to socially distance. I will definitely take the kids here for exercise during the winter months.

What a fun spot!! There are so many different options that you can’t possibly get bored. Great for big groups or dates or anything. The bowling is great, the wave rider is hilarious, there’s all kinds of laser tag and climbing and games...what a cool place!

Kids had a blast. Also has an elevator and is easy handicap accessible.

Flowrider was a lot of fun. We had a goup of teenagers and we made a reservation so they could have access to it for themselves. It worked great and they loved it. The arcade games look great and the ice cream shop is delicious!

Overpriced. Long wait times for activities. Half the arcades were out of service. Not worth it. It was fun when we actually got to do stuff but the bowling and laser tag wait times are over an hour.

There was a crazy mixup with our birthday party booking. Provo Beach was amazing at Compensating us for the mix up. Jacob and Brittany were awesome at customer service. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly. Kept Covid-19 regulations, and standards. Very happy about my visit. Very delicious ice cream and dole whip. Seven brothers is by far my favorite place to get burgers!

I love Provo Beach Resort. There is something there for everyone! Laser tag, ropes course, bowling, croquet/mini-golf, arcade games, merry-go-round, etc. Arcade games actually work and the place is super clean! Perfect for family outings, office parties and game nights.

I came to this place EXPECTING they would follow necessary guidelines for Covid but apparently not so. Despite the signs demanding for people to wear masks and distance, many people didnt even wear their mask properly or wear one at all. It is frustrating that the staff doesnt enforce these policies and even many of the staff themselves dont even wear their mask over their nose. I left after 10 minutes of being in this unsafe place. Would not recommend.

We had a birthday party there today and it was really fun. They had so much to do it was truly a great place. Every thing was clean and the staff was very kind. The only complaint I have was the pizza, we ordered pepperoni but they literally gave us one pepperoni for each slice. That would be my only complaint.

We just came in with our own pizza and hung out while the kids spent all our money playing games and then we got ice cream which was really good especially with the waffle cone.

We recently visited Provo beach to celebrate my sons birthday. I had an issue with an activity card and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly to work with and very helpful.Everything was very clean. Disinfecting wipe stations are set up to keep high touch surfaces clean.The thing that will keep me coming back is the wide variety of activities. We played laser tag, and did the ropes course. Both were awesome. I really like how the ropes course was open and above everything. I was able to watch everyone in our group master different challenges.The real highlight for my son was the FlowRider and it did not disappoint. I cant highly recommend this enough. Our group was able to surf and have fun for an hour. All the kids thought it was epic and they cheered each other on while they tried new surfing tricks. Some kids in the group had never been on a FlowRider, they were able to pick it up fast and have fun. The locker rooms were large and very clean. They have showers and changing stalls. This made it easy for everyone to shower off and get back to some friendly competition at the arcades.The kids were entertained for hours. My daughter is already planning to bring her friends next time. As a parent this is a win in my book!We are looking forward to coming back to try the bowling and other activities. This is a great location to have a party or just some family fun.

Our family has always enjoyed coming to Provo Beach. Decent bang for the buck if you get a passport. I thought they limiting numbers, but we came on Labor day and it was as busy as its normally been

This place is amazing and my siblings and I had such a fun time, especially at the indoor surfing and the ropes course.

Our granddaughters had fun but also frustrated with alot of the arcade games were not working. Not alot of hand sanitizer or wipes as instructed.

I would get the day pass. You can do so much + you get to do laser tag. If you get the day pass the bowling, ropes course and croquet are free. You also get $10 for arcade. The wave runner is also fun but bring some friends.

Usually great, but they upped the price for flow rider, just go to lindon aquatics center if your going for just that.

My kids enjoyed it a lot more then I thought they would. The laser tag was the high light for them. The food is excellent, especially the burgers at seven brothers.

9/10 would recommend. Spent a lot of time here and always had a great experience. Amazing staff. A bit over priced. Miniature Croquet course is trash but everything else is great!

The staff is always friendly and helpful and so many fun things to do. My grandkids love this place!

Decent selection of activities to chose from. We did the ropes course. Which for 30 minutes costs $8/pp. less than thanksgiving point and just as good.They also have bowling, croquet, laser tag and many other games. Seemed a little short staff but it was a weekday. Staff was helpful and nice despite it being pretty busy. Fairly clean place too.

Masks are a good idea but wearing one exposing the nose defeats the purpose. IJS.Provo Beach is a nice afternoon for children with the all-inclusive ticket.

A lot of fun stuff to do. Id love to see this place grow and add even more activities. I picture it as a future Belmont park for Utah Valley, or the Chicago pier. A couple big rides in the area would be amazing. Some mini golf would also be cool. The laser tag is really good, but it isnt my favorite.

I love this place! Ive gone multiple times and almost every time I did the VR. I would highly reccomend the VR part, they have really good games. The laser tag arena is also really nice and I enjoyed that very much. I would highly reccomend the place.

Previously I had a poor experience. The general manager invited me back to give them a second chance. And they didnt disappoint, the staff was friendly and attentive. And when an issue did arise they were quick to fix it. Also the mini bowling and crochet is pretty fun. Worth a visit.

I came here for a work event and had a great time! There is so much to do here: laser tag, croquet, bowling, arcade games, and the wave runner. The ropes course was probably my favorite, it is really fun and a great thing to do with a group. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be back with my family!

Would highly recommend taking friends, family and dates here. So much fun to be had for everyone for just $20 a person. That may seem like a lot but it is a day pass and they have so much to offer. I really enjoyed taking my lady friend here, we had a blast

This place is so much fun! I have been in this area for over 5 years now and I wish I had found it earlier.Arcade games, bowling, ropes course, crochet, lazer tag, swimming and more. They have everything here.Seven brothers is inside as well with excellent food and staff. Affordable menu, and they offer free drinks for Military personnel.

Not impressed at all. I heard all the hype about this place due to working in the mall so decided to try it out for date night. I walk through the door up the the counter the worker had to finish his conversation with another worker before greeting or helping me. Asked what the all access pass was told me brief explanation what you get so I purchased it thinking that’s quite a few things. We go up play a game of bowling decide we want to try the ropes course only to find out it was “reserved” thought we would play some croquet that was pretty fun except a lot of the course was broken. Then we decided we would go play some laser tag to only find out THAT WAS ALSO RESERVED! Super frustrated at this point we went to play arcade games multiple were broken and out of order. I tried talking with a worker to express my frustration but was told “you already paid for it no refunds.” I was a rolled off issue. So I payed over 40 dollars for a two dollar bowling game and $10 credit of arcade games. Don’t recommend this place to anyone terrible customer service and machine quality. Would have been nice to be warned before spending all that money it was all reserved or broken.

Overall average. Very expensive but a variety of activities. Spacious and not usually overcrowded. Lots of broken games, mediocre bowling alley.Update: very expensive as far as the quality and game-play. For example, almost all of the arcade games cost a dollar, whereas nickle city is usually 40 cents tops, with some as few as 5 cents. I liked the 2 for 12 deal, but the quality of the bowling alley as well as the expense of the arcade made it feel over-priced.

First time and kids loving it, affordable price and kids friendly👏👏definitely coming back🤙
