Best pharmacy. My wife and I love this place. It’s a very very welcoming atmosphere and peaceful. They know us by name and always ask how we are doing (they really want to know how we’re doing, they’re not asking it to pretend). I’m never afraid to ask them questions about my medication and they know their stuff, very wonderful people. No other pharmacy compares.

Best pharmacy experience I’ve had in Provo. I’ve been to numerous stores in the area (CVS/Smiths/Walgreens/walmart) and had bad experiences with the services and long waits. Tried Bettercare and they were quick, friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back!

I love this place! They’re super friendly and go the extra mile to. I went inside to buy cold medicine and then gave me candy and a bottle of water. Especially in the era of Covid-19, it’s hard to find people who will make you feel welcome in their store.Update: 3-4-2021 Usually I love this place, but when I had an asthma attack I needed a nebulizer and the medicine. I had the medicine transferred to a bigger pharmacy because I needed it right away. Gena told me she would send the prescription for the machine to the home health store and she didnt. I went to intermountain to pick up the medicine and the pharmacist there made all the calls to the doctors office and to the home health place. I ended up buying the machine from Amazon because Gena at better care said I wouldnt have to have a prescription to buy from the home health place. I dont drive, so making 2 or 3 trips for no reason is highly inconvenient if I would have known that the prescription hadnt been sent to the home health store, I wouldnt have paid for a Lyft to go over there.

Pharmacist and Pharmacy tech were super polite, friendly and quick! Better prices and wait time than any other pharmacy! Definitely made them my pharmacy of choice!!

These are guys are the best! Super friendly, kind, and happy. The store is super clean, they are quick to order your prescription if they dont have it in stock. The staff are caring and willing to help. I highly recommend them over any of the other pharmacists in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Best place to go.
