I like to drop by here when we shop at Maceys. They have good buys on seasonings and birthday cards. 2 for $1. For any Brazilians reading this they have rice that is from Brazil so you can make rice like you did in Brazil.

It probably has what you need and more! But I would say that it is glum inside. A solid 2 hours of effort and a budget of ~$100 would make the interior more appealing. (Well I guess the budget would have to be higher to make the lighting less drab). As far as functionality, its just fine 😊

Tall girl with long brown hair was very rude she threw the product in the bag, then threw the bag to the side, and didnt speak in a friendly way. As a customer or even an african american female its not appreciated to be treated in such a manner. Very poor service at the provo location near target and maceys

I was helped by some very friendly staff, as far as Dollar Trees go, this is a good one.

Dollar Tree of 2020 is the Woolworths of 1985. Its a great place to get anything and everything you need for the right price. We take a trip here almost every Saturday and let out little kids pick a great and a toy. I also completely stock my classroom prize closet from here and my students who are 12 to 14 years old cant get enough.

Was in and out fast, found what I needed.

I was able to find what I needed under 10 minutes. The lady was friendly and upselled but wasnt pushy abt it.

Its the dollar store, everythings a dollar. What could be better, especially when I you want cheap snacks and drinks!

WOW! Completely amazed at how this store has cleaned up since I went in last. Customer service has improved a lot. I was ignored by a girl stocking shelves when I was there last time. I went in hoping to see her again and report her to the store manager. I didnt see the girl, I did meet the store manager tho. She was so friendly and helpful. She even cashiered to help out and the line wasnt very long. Keep up the good work!

Went here a week before Christmas and there was no Christmas items in sight. Instead they replaced everything with Valentines Day things??? Which doesn’t make sense because that isn’t even the next holiday to come. Very disappointed.

It is ok for what it is. Get cheap stuff for 9ne time use and chuck it out!

Wow! I thought it couldnt get worse, but it did. I tried again.... So few things on the shelf that I asked one of the employees if they were closing. She said they were short on staff. The worst managed store I have ever seen. I wont be going back. No costumers in the store (I wonder why?)Store is very poorly run. The shelves are partially empty and inventory sits in the aisles in boxes. Eight people in line with only one person to check out. They can do better. When we go to Colorado we go to a Dollar Store that is clean, orderly, well stocked and no boxes in the aisle.FYI the store in Orem on State Street is great.

This store is an absolute hot mess. The shelves are partially stocked, boxes are *everywhere* in the isles. The store isnt very clean either. Lines are long and good luck finding someone helpful.I am giving an extra star because I was greeted when I walked in the door and the person that rang up my items was nice and personable. He even thanked me for coming in. This was a huge step up from the regular customer service at that store.

Hads lots to choose from and already had lots of Halloween stuff out. Great service, too

The quality isnt the greatest but at least you know what youre getting before you buy it. Some things are actually pretty good on the quality front. The biggest attraction for Dollar Tree is the price, obviously. They also have a decent selection of items. 5 stars for overall price and selection.

I went in to find some garland for our Christmas tree and there wasnt any out, so I talked to Katie who literally raced around the store trying to find everything for me. Eventually she found it, and was incredibly nice and accomodating! The store manager (I didnt get her name) was also great!

Its well-stocked and they always have a variety of seasonal decorations. Many that dont look as cheap as they are. As a college student, this is extremely desirable. Also, lots of cheap off-brand snacks for a quick buck.

Dollar Tree is my favorite dollar store! And everything is actually a dollar! They have party items, crafts, kitchen items, and just about everything else. Its the best place to buy gift bags and bows! However, they are usually under-stocked in some areas.

This dollar tree store unit is just the worst! I feel sorry to say this, but things are always a mess.

It doesnt have necessarily everything youd need, but still a great deal for many of the items there that are typically inflated in cost. Also eyeshadow there is totally pretty quality stuff, as a random note. :)

Only 2 people running the store, absolutely no interest in customer service, and every time I have been there they looked like they were in the middle or restocking and and when the store opened they just dropped everything to open the store, putting none of their restocking carts or empty boxes away. Good if you need something quick but that is about it

We try to avoid Dollar tree as much as possible. They are always dirty inside and have carts stacked with unopened boxes of stock that look like they can topple over and kill someone. Sometimes those arent there but its always a very unpleasant experience. I would give 0 stars of I could.

This particular dollar tree is a total pit, its always a mess in there, selection picked over and shelves remain empty while inventory boxes sit in the aisles unopened for days at a time. The dollar tree in Spanish Fork is excellent but this particular store in Provo is terrible. Management needs to step up their game, they need to hire more people and clean the place up.

This is hands down the worst dollar store Ive ever been to. There are constantly boxes of inventory stacked all over the store in the middle of the aisles, everything is picked over because they dont stock the inventory sitting in those boxes, and its always a complete mess.

Its great for finding good stuff at a great price. But multiple aisles were blocked off with stacks of stuff that needed to go on the shelf and the staff arent very personable.

Always ALWAYS messy. I have never been in that store without the isles being cluttered up with stuff. I mean I know it gets that way when they are restocking and I have seen that, but even after its horrible. I love shopping there just because you cant beat a dollar prices stuff, but I have been to plenty of other Dollar Trees to know that this one is just straight up messy all the time. Every time I go there are only two people working and the line at the check out is super long. So of course they cant organize! They need more staff. Specifically one to keep the place clean, stocked, and organized.

Well, Ive been going there for a while and the employees are super nice and try there best. This location is always a mess. Boxes to be unboxed all over in the middle of the aisles. Theyre always understaffed with only one register open and a long line. I usually go to the one in Orem on University Parkway, its a little farther from my house but its much more organized.

My local dollar store in Provo as most do not give refunds or credits. I had bought 9 items to paint my room, bad idea. So I asked Garth the store manager if I could return and exchange the 9 items. He gladly agreed.3 1/2 Stars ***GARYLEESCRITIQUES

Good selection and it is incredible that everything only costs a buck. One of the best kept secrets of provo. Enjoy the hersheys milkshakes they are my favorite.

One of the employees was very accusatory and thought I had shoplifted a soda when I was purchasing a few items, when in fact I had bought it at another store. I dont recall the cashiers name, but it was very unnecessary. Ill leave it at that. Just beware of employees that may harass you.

Theres actually quite a bit of really cool and useful things here! Granted, a lot of it isnt the highest quality stuff youll ever find, but if your tight on money, this place will help you get by for quite a while on a lot of essentials.

This place is always a mess when I go. I do like to come for their balloon selection, but the last couple times I went they were out of helium.

Holy moly. They are currently understaffed and the place looks like a tornado ran through it. You will feel frustrated trying to find anything on the back wall and then will waiting in a LONG line to checkout.

Went to this dollar tree again after 2 months. The place has cleaned up!! But i had the worst experience with the checkout person. She was rude not only to me but another morther ahead of me. She told me to put my iteams that i was not getting back myself. She had a problem with my kids keeping themselves busy looking at stuff (maybe playing with them/not sure) and told me if they break it i buy it. She was acting like it was a fancy store!!! Haha but all and all the manager handled the situation very well!!But the Was very dirty and unorganized there was boxes everywhere, it looked like they jus took out the boxes from the back with no organization or care for customers being able to walk in the store. Only reason im giving any stars is because the guy who helped check me out was very Patient with me when i used coins to check out.

Went here to get C batteries, they only had AA and D. There was inventory everywhere all over the floor, the racks were a mess. This was during the middle of the day too, not late at night or early in the morning. Only positive is that they have prefilled mylar balloons for birthdays in amply supply, usually the only reason I go here.
